Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the account manager for the Xeworks team. It's a programmatic business in the tech sphere. We use our solution for business and sell it to other partners.
What challenge were you trying to address with Fiddle Digital?
The big challenge was to make our solution famous, so we needed to promote ourselves. Apart from the business development team’s work, we needed the website landing page so other potential clients could search and reach us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Fiddle.Digital worked on one page of the website. They designed the page’s campsite from scratch with all the animations and topography.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Dmytro (Owner) and one more person.
How did you come to work with Fiddle Digital?
Our CEO found them through a referral from people in our industry.
What is the status of the engagement?
We started this collaboration in the middle of April 2021, and the whole project took around three weeks. They still support the backend of the page.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The main target of this web page was to generate more leads. At the beginning of our promotion, we had a low amount of leads, but almost a year into our business, around 60% of our leads come through this web page. We’ve talked to other companies, and we see it’s a pretty significant percentage. It usually goes more through direct connections.
Additionally, our clients have also pointed out that the page is fantastic.
How did Fiddle Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very reliable and great with communication. We worked like teammates, which helped our project positively.
We mostly communicated via Skype. Also, we used Notion internally to track and manage the project, and they agreed to use it.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were involved like our own team, so we didn't feel that we hired them to work for us. It was easy to communicate with them, and they were always on the same page. Moreover, they suggested many adjustments to our original plan, and most of the suggestions were brilliant.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there wasn’t anything to work on. They delivered everything as expected.
Any advice for potential customers?
If you don't have experience in design or web development, you should be open to any of their suggestions. They’re the professionals in this area.

Web Design for Supplier & Manufacturing Company

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of Bird Collaborative, a supplier and manufacturing company for the hospitality and FMB industry. All of our products are 100% sustainable and come from wood harvested in the forest in Finland.
What challenge were you trying to address with Fiddle.Digital?
We were looking for an out-of-the-box creative agency to help us with our website development and creative pieces. We’re a young company, and it’s a new product, so we wanted an agency that could deliver the message in the best way possible.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Fiddle.Digital provided us with a complete website development, which they built from scratch using WordPress. There was a lot of animation involved in the creation of the platform. We gave them the freedom to deliver on our requirements. Still, we required them for a user-friendly website that targets the B2B industry — we wanted it to be easy for customers to easily understand what we’re trying to sell and order samples through the website.
In phase two, we’ll be adding a cart where customers can go in and purchase products through the website.
In addition to that work, they also provide us with creative artwork to share by email and social platforms. We haven’t started posting ads, but they've helped us with email newsletters.
They will be outsourcing the SEO work eventually. It was my request to finish the first phase beforehand.
What is the team composition?
I'm in contact with the project manager and the designer.
How did you come to work with Fiddle.Digital?
I posted on Upwork and received a lot of proposals. Throughout our shortlisting process, it was very clear they were the ones based on their portfolio and website because they're creative and out of the box.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent $5,000–$7,000 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’ve worked with other developers that only do what they’re told even if they know it won’t work. Fiddle.Digital has its own opinion, and it makes sense. If I had done the project myself, I wouldn’t have achieved the beauty they deliver. We had an incident where there was a misunderstanding, and they didn’t come back and ask for more money.
How did Fiddle.Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m extremely satisfied with their project management — it's perfect! They deliver on time and within budget, and their communication is clear. In terms of tools, we use Upwork and Zoom — I can reach out to them at any time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re smart about handling business because they're not robots like many other companies I’ve worked with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I know that every company needs improvement, but there’s not much I can think of — they've done a great job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Let them be creative and don’t micromanage them; they’re willing to fix anything you don’t like, but it doesn't happen much.

Web Design for Hiring Company
"The science behind it was very creative. They were using something very simple to do something unique."

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of a startup that helps people relocate to their dream places. Today, lots of people think differently about the way they want to work — with companies, teams, projects, or remotely. We help people with legal issues, taxation, and also some logistics.
What challenge were you trying to address with Fiddle.Digital?
We had an idea, and we basically needed to create a website because we’re on the initial stage of the project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Fiddle.Digital created all of the visuals, style, and design of the website from scratch. We have different posters and collages, and they created those as well.
We had some ideas of what we wanted to achieve, but their team offered an absolutely different approach. For the initial results, they created two presentations: one with our guidelines and one with their perspective. We all understood that what they were offering was better than our initial request, so we trusted them with that and took the risk.
The design for the website was done quickly, in two weeks. We had some delays on the development side, and then designers from Fiddle.Digital were involved in the development process, which was quite lengthy.
What is the team composition?
We only spoke to two people. Dmytro (Owner) was the team leader, and the other person was more on the administrative side, handling all of the contractual parts of the project.
How did you come to work with Fiddle.Digital?
We researched through Behance and did a procurement. Our manager contacted us with more than 40 different teams, and we eventually selected them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them between February–May 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
At the moment, the website isn’t public yet, so we don’t have anything we can measure. However, our internal team of developers told us that the quality of the design is very high. It was difficult to implement, so the science behind it was very creative. They were using something very simple to do something unique.
How did Fiddle.Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
I wasn’t involved in the day-to-day work, but we communicated through email, video calls, and apps like Telegram.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were very committed to the final result and spent additional time and energy to deliver the best work possible. They offered their ideas, even if we weren’t taking them at the beginning. Fiddle.Digital provided many different examples of work, following both our and their ideas to help us make our choice. They spent their own time to actually convince us how it would be best, and eventually the results were better because they made us listen to their professional opinion.
We were very happy with this approach, and we appreciated that they were very passionate and enthusiastic about the project. I work with many contractors, and they really impressed me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we were very satisfied with their work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The team is very creative and a little bit sensitive about their ideas; they feel very personal about them. Thus, I would suggest that other clients take the opportunity and give them time and space to create. For the best results, try to listen and not criticize. Don’t be too inside your box and give them the potential to provide good ideas and products. Being open to ideas is the best approach with this particular provider.

Website Redesign & Branding for Media Agency
"Communication was professional and on time."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m COO of Xendiz, a media agency.
What challenge were you trying to address with fiddle.digital?
We needed help with redesigning our website and rebranding our company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They did our web development and rebranding, which included our logo and other materials. The website is a general corporate website, and we didn’t intend it to be a big project, rather a landing page. We managed to build a dialogue with them and they did the full course, starting from the first page and then going into the details of our products and solutions. They did special animations for our features as well.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two people. There was one person for all documentation and a second person who was our director and presented all the work.
How did you come to work with fiddle.digital?
They were referred to us by friends. We liked that they prepared videos and other illustrations when they came to our office to present their work.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June until August 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have really good results based on the conversion rates of the people who write us from the website. The site we have now is different from all the industry websites we see today. There’s a form that one can fill in and send us, and it’s doubled from the numbers we had in 2018.
People are immediately contacting us when they enter it because they see something different from what they’ve seen in the industry. It’s an attention grabber and has some features that connect it to outdoor advertising. If you enter the website, you see the flashing lights of the advertisements. This is something that everybody remembers.
How did fiddle.digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Everything was presented on time. We had Skype calls and three personal meetings. Communication was professional and on time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They pay attention to detail and their level of frontend work is impressive. We’re also a tech company and we know how it’s done from the inside. Their frontend work is really good.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They know their job. They have good expertise in design, brand design, and digital design. Anyone considering having an outstanding website should contact them.
External stakeholders praised the page and, after almost a year, Fiddle.Digital’s work now generates around 60% of leads. They communicated effectively through Skype and used Notion to manage the project. Overall, they stood out for their collaborative work and commitment as a team.
