    I am the President of a national radio and cellular rental communications company that supplies communication equipment to customers on fixed-term and temporary basis.

    We had been working with Fexle in the past for variety of Salesforce related projects when a major upgrade was required. Fexle has been there as we grew and continued to support our needs by enhancing the base Salesforce technology to fit our unique needs.

    What were your goals for this project?

    The main goal for this project was to perform a Salesforce required major upgrade keeping all our existing functionality in-place for a seamless transition.

    SOLUTION

    How did you select this vendor?

    We had been working with this vendor for some time and have to say they were always our go-to team. We had experimented over the years with variety of Application and Development companies but found that Fexle was the clear choice as they not only were able to develop ground-up customization but the only firm we would trust to fix other firms shortcomings/mistakes.

    Describe the project in detail.

    We were required by our software vendor, Salesforce to perform a major application environment upgrade called Lightning. The Lightning Experience can be looked at as an upgrade from Salesforce Classic in two regards: it upgraded the look of Classic and more importantly, it upgraded the productivity for our individual users. Lightning provided the user tools to improve productivity. The project was broken down into phases which followed the standard SDLC Model: #1) Requirement Gathering and Analysis. #2) Design. #3) Implementation or Coding. #4) Testing. #5) Deployment. #6) Maintenance Upon completion of this project we were successfully transitioned to our new updated platform.

    What was the team composition?

    Our team is focused primarily on the marketing side of this business and assigned a internal IT Project Manager to be the POC for our relations with Fexle and outsourced the entirety of the project.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

    Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

    There were significant improvements in employee productivity by both redeveloping and redesign of application interface and underlying functionality which improved client response by up to 50%.
