Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the COO of a commercial and retail lighting distributor operating across the country.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fetch & Funnel?

We hired Fetch & Funnel to help implement our soup-to-nuts digital marketing strategy. We had rebranded our website and needed help launching to different markets across the country.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have a multi-level strategy across social and paid advertising to increase traffic, and ultimately conversions, to our site.

How did you select Fetch & Funnel?

We were introduced to Fetch & Funnel by a colleague who had worked with them in the past.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Scope of work included detailed conversations about our business, goals, strategy and budget before coming up with an approach to implementation. Their team helped with creative, ad spend, and ad placement, as well as ongoing pivoting based on market feedback.

They managed our entire paid social media and advertising campaigns.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with Jeff and Matt who organized weekly meetings to go over results from the prior week and advise on upcoming promotions and strategy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Proof is in the pudding - we saw an increase in traffic and sales within weeks of bringing them on.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was of utmost importance to us when evaluating a partner - and the Fetch & Funnel team was on point. In addition to the weekly meetings, Jeff and Matt were always available and would not wait until our weekly meetings to bring ideas or updates to our team. Seeing as this was a new business channel for us, we were communicating almost daily to get feedback from their work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were most impressed by their communication, positive attitude, and fresh ideas. We've worked with many agencies over the years and I can honestly say that working with Fetch & Funnel was our best experience. It was difficult finding an agency that would work within our (initially) small budget, but they saw the potential in partnering with us and made it work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't say there is anything I would change. Our engagement was only for 3 months as we had to pivot our overall business strategy (nothing to do with Fetch & Funnel) shortly after engaging their team.
