I’m the CEO of Mesto. It's a unique professional community of entrepreneurs, investors, and simply passionate people from various fields around the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire Feely Studio?

We launched a new project “Mesto on the map” and we needed a website for it. It was crucial to make a beautiful digital experience delivered in a tight timeline. “Mesto on the map” is a relocation service that helps to relocate IT professionals and companies, build a community and provide accommodation and immigration services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Anastasia, the Co-Founder of Feely studio used to work for Mesto as a volunteer and was responsible for the website. We like how she builds communication, her aesthetic taste, and her responsible approach. That’s why when we needed a design team for building a website for our new project we reached her.

Since we didn't have much time, we moved in iterations. First, we launched the location's internal pages, then made the main page. The team worked overtime to meet many deadlines from us.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 people on the team, two designers and a web developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We can’t share the numbers but we got plenty of rapturous feedback from our team members and visitors of the website. I am totally satisfied with the result.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They have stayed on track with the timeline and sometimes worked overtime. They were always easily accessible by Telegram and reacted to our urgent requirements during the project period. It felt like they were a part of our team, not the hired studio.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their deep involvement in the process and outstanding design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I was happy with how everything worked out.

Our internal design team was busy with other projects so we engaged Feely Studio to create design and develop the website for our new digital school. We knew what we wanted to do but we wanted to have a newer look at the design.

They reached us by themselves with another issue at the moment when we were looking for a design team. We’ve studied their portfolio and loved their emotional and fresh style.

At the start, we gave the Feely team texts and photos. We held a briefing to discuss our requirements and design references. After they sent us a layout spec, upon our approval, they moved into the design process. They presented us with three design concepts. We moved by weekly sprints.

I only worked with Anastasia.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have had amazing feedback on the design of our website, it has a friendly and trusted tone. It’s early to speak about the numbers, time will show.

They have an incredibly well-organized and transparent workflow. We got daily reports and were aware of every step. When I gave them feedback, they make the changes the next day. Also, Anastasia was polite but firm.

I liked their responsible approach. If they say they’ll get things done, they will it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, not from my point of view. But It is necessary to improve the quality of testing and bugs fixing :)

I’m the Senior product manager at Everypixel, a stock image search engine powered by AI.

For what projects/services did your company hire Feely Studio?

We needed help with UI/UX design for our webservice because we didn’t have an internal designer at that moment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found them on Facebook while searching for potential design agencies. We had a briefing session with the agencies. Our selection criteria were how personable was the team, cost, and relevant expertise. I liked their reasonable price points and a well-laid-out plan for our goals.

Once we signed the contract, we had a discovery meeting with the founder. Then they sent us a specification with a tasks description. After that feely made the prototypes for all internal pages of our service. After discussion, we've added some changes and went to the next step — design. We got the design of one main page to sync the visual style. It was great and we moved forward with the design of all other pages. We've worked with feely for 3 months and made plenty of pages.

We worked with two people from feely studio. There was a founder, who is the project manager and art-director, and a ux/ui designer.

We've got convenient admin pages for our users that look great.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had regular video calls and every week reports. Feely team was always ready to help and replied to all our questions. The whole project and workflow were effective and smooth. It was an agile process with weekly sprints. Also, we had an access to our Figma file.

Feely has a very clear and structured workflow. I was impressed by their speed and structured approach.

I am the partner of an FMCG company based in Vietnam. We sell our brands worldwide, from Vietnam and Hong Kong to Chile.

We planned to enter a new market and we needed several landing pages to test ideas. After that, we planned to improve our e-commerce platforms.

We googled tons of agencies, checked their cases, and then, I spoke with shortlisted studios. I liked the Feely team because of their Focus style and affordable budget for the quality they provide.

We started from our main goals and expectations, discussed several references. Also, I explained our restrictions on resources. After that, we moved by weekly sprints. Also, we did several zoom calls a week. Figma also was always available for us to see the current progress.

We did several tests on created landing pages and chose the best-selling products for our main e-commerce platforms.
