Describe the project in detail.
Met with the sales manager Mark and discussed his companies history and experiences with supporting our goals. Was then introduced to several members of their team, including the president, Bill Fahy. We developed strategies and a timeline, reviewed my old website and marketing plan.
What was the team composition?
Mark Atnip., sales and marketing Bill Fahy, president, SEO coordinator, general oversight Heather Hatton. lead new website Natalie Bethune, coordinated my SEO and also website Emily Sims, supported all above, project coordination and tracking weekly.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It is great! Never felt abandoned as I had with other companies. Boosted my presence and my inbound calls jumped 45%. We're ahead of schedule on my google ranking. FDI did more over the summer than the past two years combined.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I knew this was an expensive venture, SEO is not cheap. What I didnt expect was the weekly calls just to update progress, help with keeping me on track on the information I had to provide. This was over and above the communication that was coming from the team. It was great that the FDI team communicated not only with me, but it was clear they communicated internally. I never had to duplicate, a nice change for sure.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
What I found impressive was that this is not a huge company, but they performed as if they were. Each person I worked with knew their responsibilities and their expertise overlapped. From the owner through the entire staff, they knew the status, who was doing what and were professional. I've dealt with much larger groups who could not hold a candle to these guys.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I cannot find anything to comment on negatively. I got more than what I paid for, faster than I thought, and better than I imagined.
