Google Ads & Social Media Marketing for Video Software Firm
“We’re truly happy with them, and they’ve been a great team.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and co-founder of Vouch, a video software company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Farsiight?
We’re using Farsiight as our paid media marketing agency. They run our Google and Facebook ads as we try to acquire more Vouch users.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The Farsiight team handles our Google Ads campaigns, so they spend a portion of our budget on paid media ads and SEO. They also run YouTube and Facebook ads for us, and their resources do keyword research, market analysis, and execute work in our pipelines. While they don’t write content for our website, they do create some visual assets for us.
What is the team composition?
We’ve interacted with 4–5 people from their team. One of them is the account manager, and we’ve also dealt with their owners. Some of their ad team members also work with us; they’re the technical people that run ads on Google and other channels. Our main points of contact are Thomas (Partner Manager) and Ben (Co-Founder).
How did you come to work with Farsiight?
We were introduced to Farsiight through one of the companies associated with us. That company recommended the team to us.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen a solid increase in signups for our product. The acquisition rate has been successful, and we’re also happy with our cost per acquisition. Overall, the metrics we’ve been tracking have all been good.
How did Farsiight perform from a project management standpoint?
Farsiight’s project management is great, and their project manager is excellent. We use Slack, Google Meet, Monday, and phone calls for project management and communication; their resources are highly proactive in communicating with us. So far, we’re truly happy with them, and they’ve been a great team.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The best parts of working with Farsiight are their communication style and their knowledge of our space.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. Everything they’ve done has been pretty good.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I definitely recommend working with Farsiight. To make the most out of your engagement, be truly clear about your project brief and what you want them to achieve. If you do that, they’ll respond better to your needs. The clearer you are about your goals, the better the outcome of the engagement will be.

Facebook & Google Ads Management for Online Retailer

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the owner of a swimwear and summer accessories brand, now in our 2nd year.
For what projects/services did your company hire Farsiight, and what were your goals?
Initially to manage our FB advertising strategy but they also launched our Google ads strategy and manage both channels ongoing.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I spent about a month reviewing agencies and Farsiight really surprised me - I found them on Google and usually don't search for agencies in that way so I was expecting a big agency that gave a blanket approach to the opportunity, but it was far from that. I liked their approach to working with us, it was really detailed and focused on our business - rather than applying a strategy that they do for all other agencies (which is what most of the agencies I had met with had done so far).
I liked the way they managed and worked with clients - they use Monday to project manage but also have numerous spreadsheets to build out the strategies. That they were analytical and performance focused and worked really hard to get our business.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
We needed an agency to come on board to help us to scale our FB advertising strategy. We needed to target the right audiences better, with the right create and consistently test and optimise to get to our target revenue goal. We also decided to work with them for Google ads, exactly the same approach to the scope of work as FB.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We work with an account manager, google advertising manager, media buyer for FB, copy writer and a graphic designer. We're also in constant communication with their founders.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We almost trippled our revenue in the first month. Second month we grew our revenue by an additional 50% than the previous month. This month we should have another 30-35% growth on last month. Very quick results, but done in a focused and strategic way - something we could not have done ourselves.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective, and definitely one of the main reasons I wanted to work with Farsiight - they are an extension of our business and I love their boutique size and approach to working with us. I talk to their team daily via Slack which is really great - quick communication and then we use Monday to project manage tasks, plus I get to see updates on our account as and when they are done.
For example, each time they optimise our accounts they upload detailed info on what they've done - I haven't come across any other agency who does that and i've worked in marketing for more than 10 years managing agencies.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Boutique style which makes them an extension of your business. How organised they are towards managing our account - the systems they use to keep everything running smoothly and the processes they've put in place to keep us in the loop at all times. Farsiight truly cares about my business' success, and they have amazing people working for them. I know we are in good hands and that I don't have to worry, leaving me to focus on other areas of the business. I truly think I've found a gem in the industry!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
It would be amazing if the creative (graphic design work) wasn't an additional cost - so it was built in to their management fee. But other than that, I really can't fault them. They're an amazing agency and I'm so glad we're working with them.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the founder and director of a small Fitness based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) We are based on the Gold Coast and deliver our courses in South East Queensland
For what projects/services did your company hire Farsiight?
We originally started the project in need of more consistent leads and a team that we could work with to help develop and grow our business.
What were your goals for this project?
Our main objective was lead generation to increase our enrolments and have consistent class sizes. We also wanted a report that would give us an understanding of where our marketing budget had been invested and the outcomes.
With this, we've been able to gain a greater understanding, make smarter decisions, and understand possible growth potential based on the data.
How did you select Farsiight?
Originally I had searched for agencies that I thought could help however I was really unsure. I spoke to a friend of mine who highly recommended farsight and arranged a meeting.
After meeting the guys I felt really confident of being able to work with them, that they understood my challenges and could offer me what I'd been searching for.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Originally we started with PPC and after we started to generate good consistent leads. With these results, we increased their budget and I've been able to consistently feel outclasses as intended.
We have now also invested in Farsiight for our social media and look forward to our results.
What was the team composition?
I've worked closely with the two founders, who are both incredibly responsive and engaged and remain so. I've worked with account manager Kate who's also been excellent.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The main thing that I was desperate for was a report of where our marketing spend was being invested. Working with other agencies I had not received this but the reporting has been outstanding and our monthly meeting to discuss the results.
We have been able to generate good consistent leads which have enabled us to fill our classes and to plan more for the future.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It's been great working with the guys on our current strategy and also other options for lead gen which we are currently implementing with the help of farsiight that have not been made available to us working with previous agencies.
We often felt an inconvenience at other agencies however Farsiight has been amazing to work with and to communicate around what's easiest for us.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The first thing that I always look for when thinking about partnerships is what are they like as people. When I met the guys they seemed like good genuine people that sincerely wanted to help.
And they've remained that way. I appreciated the transparency and seeing what they were working on with timelines etc with their project management systems etc The team seems to be great at what they do and we are extremely happy and appreciative of all they've provided us so far.
I'm extremely thankful I made the decision to put my faith in them as they are delivering!
Are there any areas for improvement?
At this point, we're really happy and can't see this changing any time soon.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Marketing Director at TradeMutt and oversee the overarching brand, ecommerce and paid media marketing elements of the business.
For what projects/services did your company hire Farsiight?
We were looking for a partner to do the heavy lifting in helping us scale up our brand through paid media channels, specifically social and search, in a collaborative, creative and highly iterative way.
The primary services Farsiight provide to us include overarching strategy, creative ideation, creative development, advertising placement/targeting, advertising measurement and always on advertising optimisation.
What were your goals for this project?
Consistently hit our internal paid media KPI's, which Farsiight exceeded every time. Have a partner that was nimble enough to adapt/pivot as fast as we do, whilst not sacrificing quality or client service.
How did you select Farsiight?
We were referred to Farsiight via an existing client of the agency who could not recommend them enough.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We were running our paid media operation through another agency placed overseas. This arrangement worked for us in our initial growth, however I saw the need for a partner that was locally based, who could change and iterate at the speed we iterate. Regular face to face meetings are very important to me, which is something Farsiight are incredibly adept in facilitating.
Once we met, I outlined our company strategy and was upfront that this is the way we need to work. Farsiight took the strategy, embraced it, developed their own processes to compliment it and proceeded to deliver results that exceeded KPI's on day one, and continue to blow us away today.
Week to week Farsiight develop fresh creative concepts that align to our ecommerce product calendar - they manage the process from concept through to creation, through to implementation and optimisation - I cannot stress enough how much confidence we have in the Farsiight team to deliver what we need, when we need it.
What was the team composition?
We work closely with the heads of the business - Social Strategy Director, Search Strategy Director and Business Director. Through their collaborative model, we then work together with their creative team to provide feedback and approve creative concepts prior to going live to market.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since working with Farsiight we have seen average ROAS figures of 8- 9 on the social side and 16-24 on the Google Ads side. These results are well above our internal KPI's and have held steady for the 2-3 months we have been working together.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Seamless - using both Slack and Monday.com we are able to effectively and efficiently communicate collaboratively to provide feedback and approval for content ideas and executions.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their ability to marry up the two very different worlds of Social and Search in a seamless way - which gives us as a client total confidence that they will hit the mark in both areas, whilst maintaining creative consistency - something which is hard to find in todays agency landscape.
Their collaborative and iterative approach - I haven't worked with an agency that can pivot as quickly as Farsiight can without losing quality in the creative output.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Whilst we are early on in the relationship, there is nothing I can fault Farsiight for to date, and I feel this will be a sentiment that will not change into the future.

Digital Marketing for Online Real Estate Agency
"The only thing we'd like to see is for them to branch into other areas so that we can hire them for more things!"

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CTO at an online real estate agency/platform which assists property owners to sell and lease properties themselves for a flat fee. Our company has a small team of under 10 employees and we serve customers Australian wide. We service more than 2000 active listings at any given time.
For what projects/services did your company hire Farsiight?
Before hiring FarSiight our Adwords were doing 'OK' but we never seemed to be able to scale. Our marketing across different channels was either non existent, disorganised or just poorly done and not cutting through.
There was no omnichannel approach. We hired FarSiight for PPC (Google Adwords/Bing), PSA (Facebook/Instagram), email marketing related CRO. Overall FarSiight task was to to overhaul our entire online customer acquisition strategy, and move us to a truly scalable strategy where all channels work together in harmony, not in silos.
What were your goals for this project?
At its simplest - more revenue. The longer answer - we wanted to move to a scalable and profitable digital marketing strategy that would drive growth for our platform. Specifically, the goal was two parts.
Firstly, we wanted to restructure in Adwords so that we could increase marketing spend whilst remaining at a benchmark CPA. Secondly, we wanted to begin integrating other marketing strategies (social, remarketing, email marketing) and to ensure that all of these were being done RIGHT.
We anticipated that this could have a potentially huge impact on our conversion rate, cost per acquisition and overall turnover.
How did you select Farsiight?
FarSiight had been recommended to us from another company whom we trust. We had not been actively looking for a a new provider at the time but after their free review of the current state of our Adwords and more broadly our entire digital marketing strategy, we were chomping at the bit to work with them.
The deciding factors that led us to hire FarSiight was their agreeing to tangible engagement targets, the level of detail in the reviews and proposals demonstrating substantial skill and expertise across their team, and the excellent quality of communication.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After we selected FarSiight they had us complete a checklist for access across various channels followed by a detailed series of questions about our business and customers.
FarSiight were then able to build out Avatars for our business, isolate hooks for those avatars and create a multi level funnel across Google/Faceboook/email. In the early stages of the project they kept us highly involved so we poured in information and signed off on every bit of creative that was produced, and major and minor decisions taken.
Farsiight were responsible for strategy across each channel, bid decisions adjustments etc, all copywriting, all graphic design banner creation (image/videos/giphy) as well as all the tracking and reporting.
What was the team composition?
The team composition at FarSiight is impressive. We've primarily dealt with 3-4 people including the director, head of social/CRO, head of PPC, and a copy editor.
Through their transparency we are aware that they are also supported by a number of other team members who take ownership of different aspects of early stage work before it comes back to the department heads for final sanity checks/approvals/reviews.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Although it is still relatively early days as we have not yet seen out a 6 month appointment we are seeing some very exciting results. As an example, for September year on year we have seen a 20% increase in revenue!!
This is during COVID where many offices are experiencing significant drops. We have also seen a strong increase in ROAS. We feel that we are now well positioned for future scaling whereas before this wasn't possible with our piecemeal approach.
We have also been delighted that we now have a consistent and highly professional image across a variety of channels. We have also had significant engagement on our Facebook pages with very positive feedback from our customers.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow with FarSiight is outstanding and has made us reconsider contracts we have for services with other companies now that we've seen what a workflow can be like.
Everything is planned, assigned and tracked in Monday so it's easy to get a birds eye view at any time of where things are in the pipeline. Farsiight also have Monday communicate to a Slack channel so that we get updates in real time.
Additionally we've been able to directly reach out to FarSiight team members whenever needed for chats via Slack. FarSiight also provided us weekly detailed reporting at the beginning of the project which has now moved to monthly and quarterly reporting which they run through via a Zoom call to ensure we understand the report fully and have opportunity to raise and questions or concerns.
We always felt we had a strong understanding of what was going on, what was next, who was working on what, what was required of us etc. There have never been any delays or issues with communication or workflow at any point.
We were regularly asked for feedback and for what FarSiight could to to make discussions and reporting more helpful to us - cannot fault them.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
- Communication - I've never worked with anyone like them
- Level of expertise. The senior staff really, really really KNOW what they're talking about and they're supposed in the day today by a great team
- They go above and beyond.
They've supported us in a number of ways e.g giving CRO feedback on our site, promo advice, marketing concepts explanations, advising on software tools, helping design and evaluate new landing pages in order to support their efforts. Without this, we wouldn't have experienced anywhere nearly as much success.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Honestly, I couldn't really suggest any areas for improvement. The only thing we'd like to see is for them to branch into other areas so that we can hire them for more things!

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a Co-Founder of a newly launched E-Commerce business that specialises in delivering innovative and essential life products primarily to Australian men.
For what projects/services did your company hire Farsiight, and what were your goals?
As we had identified a new and relatively unexplored market opportunity the decision the onboard Farsiight from the very beginning meant that we could harness their extensive knowledge base and expertise in the areas of E-Commerce, Shopify and PPC and Paid Advertising to compensate for any technical shortfalls we had, so we could streamline our business operations, play to our strengths and ultimately foster a healthy environment of teamwork, collaboration and professionalism.
How did you select Farsiight and what were the deciding factors?
Farsiight came onto our radar after being referred by a fellow colleague who had started and continues to run a successful tech company with the help of their services.
I have grown to understand the importance of word-of-mouth, being connected and recognising the factors that contribute to the successful runnings or demise of any businesses in the contemporary business landscape.
It was clear the technical backing by Farsiight gave them, was equally as desirable for us and since the decision was made, has largely contributed towards the rapid maturity and success of our business to date.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Farsiight helped us build and continually optimise our Shopify platform. PPC and Paid Advertising were also effectively utilised across and broad range of social platforms.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We were under expert guidance by seven Farsiight team members, each with a unique skill sets ranging from graphic designers, paid advertising and social media experts.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Initial directive was to build and launch new shopify store with supporting email campaigns built in Klayvio. Second phase was launch a paid acquisition strategy leveraging Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads encompassing search, display, shopping and Youtube.
To date we've been able to scale spend week on week whilst also increasing ROAS to 3+ which far exceeded our initial expectations.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
We have maintained weekly meetings in person, which provided an effective soundboard for many constructive discussions. Slack was the communication tool most commonly used throughout the week. Farsiight have consistently provided exceptional communication since day one.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Farsiight have a deep understanding of E-Commerce and Shopify. They also are specialists in scaling PPC and Paid Social Advertising. They provide amazing communication, talking daily on Slack and consistently host regular meetings.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No. All in all, Farsiight provide a well-rounded, expert and reliable service that is second to none.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of Conjoint.ly, a market research company for product and pricing research.
What challenge were you trying to address with Farsiight?
We needed a company to help us with our SEO and digital marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Farsiight helps us with our SEO. They do our AdWords and Microsoft Ads, and they create the content and visuals for those ads such as banners and animations. They also do taglines and all the text in the ads.
Additionally, the team manages all of our ads on Google and Bing. We give them keywords and they optimize them. They manage the budgets, track performance, and come up with new ideas of where our ads can be placed, too.
What is the team composition?
We have three points of contact.
How did you come to work with Farsiight?
We sent out a large number of briefs to agencies. We wanted someone who was based in Australia. We got a large number of proposals back.
Farsiight’s was the most technical and they understood what we were trying to do. They took the time to understand our business and what we wanted. They answered everything very clearly.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent $25,000 AUD (approximately $17,800 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The main metric we gave them was to increase the number of registrations on our website. Since they’ve fine-tuned the campaigns, it’s now pretty consistent and going well.
How did Farsiight perform from a project management standpoint?
Farsiight’s project management is very good. They are very easy to work with, and they make everything really clear. They’re also always on time with monthly reports, meetings, and updates.
There are never any delays. We communicate via Slack, and the team also has a project management tool that we’re invited to use. We don’t use it very much because we don’t need it on our side.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m happy with the number of registrations we’re getting.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes to mind. If the project continues as is, we will be happy.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend working with Farsiight. They’re a small company with only a handful of people. They may have a lot of demand coming in and may not be so responsive because they don’t have a large team. If they suddenly become very popular, bear with them until they grow a little more.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a company that makes products to help people meditate. We make different tools and practices.
What challenge were you trying to address with Farsiight?
We were looking to grow our digital marketing spend, specifically in Google Ads.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We already had a good strategy for Google Ads, and we brought Farsiight on to help us refine the strategy, pinpoint the indicators that we should be following for success, and improve our return on ad spend. Their team researches keywords, competitors, and different trends that they see in our industry. We have monthly meetings to talk about our future plans and how they can help us move into those goals.
What is the team composition?
We have a main point of contact, and then we’ve worked with a few different account reps.
How did you come to work with Farsiight?
We found them through word of mouth.
How much have you invested with them?
For Google ads, they manage between $7,000–$10,000 a month for us. They are on a monthly retainer.
What is the status of this engagement?
It’s been over two years. We began working together around March or April 2018. They’re the longest-running Google partner that we’ve had.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our return on ad spend has increased. We’ve also increased our repeat orders. I’d say that across the board, we’ve gotten stronger in the different categories that we’ve explored with them. When they’ve named different categories of expansion, we’ve gone into them, and over the past two years, we’ve probably doubled within those categories.
How did Farsiight perform from a project management standpoint?
Farsiight is very clear and organized. They’re in Australia and we’re in Canada, but you can’t tell. They’re quick to reply to every email and Slack. We have a monthly phone call with them, and they email us weekly and monthly reports. They’ve been very good.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re a smaller team, so they definitely spend more time and attention on our brand. We’ve worked with really big agencies in the past, and we’d often be passed around to different account leads who didn’t know our product. Even though we’ve had a couple of changes to account managers, they all already know our account because the team is small and super keen to being on top of it. They make an effort for all of them to be on calls. When we do a video call, there are often 3–4 people on it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Every time we ask for a change in reporting or any kind of improvement, they do it right away. There aren’t any gaps that I see in working with them.
Any advice for potential customers?
Have a really clear understanding of what your goals are.

SEO & PPC for Construction-Focused SaaS
"They moved fast to push out campaigns without sacrificing the quality of work"
the reviewer
the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the co-founder and CEO of Felix an enterprise SaaS company targeting the construction and mining industries.
For what projects/services did your company hire Farsiight?
We engaged Farsiight to launch a PPC campaign utilizing Google Ads & Google Display Network.
What were your goals for this project?
Noting that our competitors have deployed similar strategies using Google Ads, we wanted to compete in this space and capitalize on the available search intent for our solution.
Prior to engaging Farsiight, we split our team into specialised roles (SDRs, AEs & CSM) so the goal of the Google Ads campaigns was to increase the number of qualified conversations our SDRs were having each month.
How did you select this vendor?
I had a prior working relationship with one of the founders and engaged them because of their specialisation and track record with other SaaS companies.
Describe the project in detail.
We were at ground zero for Google Ads and Display marketing so the initial part of the project was to build these campaigns from the ground up and launch. From that point forward, the directive to the team was to continue to scale up provided the CPA was on/under target.
What was the team composition?
Whilst Ben (one of the directors) was our main point of contact, we also worked in with Josh (other director & head of growth) and his team. Everyone who was assigned to our account was a respective expert in their field.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our goal in this project was to drive leads at or below our target CPA and enough volume to supplement our SDRs outbound efforts. Farsiight was able to quickly achieve this and the directive changed to scaling up the campaigns. As a result of their early efforts and our ongoing engagement with Farsiight, we are now able to lean on Google Ads as a reliable source of MQLs month on month for our SDRs. Worth noting that these are converting through to SQLs at a healthy rate.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
This is an area where Farsiight really shines. They created a group slack channel with our team and integrated this with their project management software. This created a live feed of events which gave us complete transparency over what was being done on a daily basis and made back and forth communication super easy. They act as though they are apart of the team.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
There were a few concerns I had with engaging an agency vs. hiring someone in house namely the level of understanding of our SaaS, responsiveness and speed of execution. Farsiight over-delivered on all of these fronts.
The entire team we worked with deep dived into our SaaS at the start and continued to immerse themselves in our solution throughout the engagement. We spoke with them most weeks often daily via slack, had weekly meetings and they moved fast to push out campaigns without sacrificing the quality of work.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Nothing to note.
