We needed help with organic SEO and SEM.

The team worked on our cosmetic website rebuild. They also did keyword research, backlinking, and geo-marketing for our PPC.

We started working together in January 2018, and our work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve helped us get into double digits revenue growth YoY over the last three years. The team averages 50–100 leads per month.
How did Fanatically Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Microsoft Teams to collaborate. Whenever I give them a project, the turnaround time is extremely quick; usually, they complete assigned projects within the week. We check in regularly on our results. The data Steve provides is always super informative.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Steve is the only person in this industry that I trust. It feels like every other agency I’ve hired has been learning on my dime; they really just didn’t deliver. I don’t have to manage Steve at all. He delivers results. Whenever I pay Fanatically Digital, I know I’m going to get 5–10 fold back.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes to mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Get out of Steve’s way and let him do his job. I find that he’s incredibly honest.

Describe your organization and what you do there.
We market and distribute vanilla through different channels such as Amazon, Walmart, and our own e-commerce website. We operate in four different countries and I’m the co-founder and COO.
What challenge were you trying to address with Fanatically Digital?
We were trying to get our advertising costs in line and grow our advertising efforts on Facebook and Google, so we asked Fanatically Digital to do our social media marketing and SEO.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Apart from providing us with SMM and SEO, we also expanded to creating display and search ads, as well as creative ads on Facebook. I initially set out some goals and KPIs in terms of advertising impressions, as well as ad revenue cost per click and a couple of other metrics.
They implemented the advertising on Facebook and Google, and reported back on a biweekly basis — this was so I could check the progress at any point and made sure the ads fall in line with the KPIs.
I gave them basic information about the company and branding materials in terms of descriptions, product information, and photos, but they did a lot of the writing and creative work.
What is the team composition?
I worked directly with Steve (Founder) in structuring the ads and a marketing assistant.
How did you come to work with Fanatically Digital?
I was referred to them by another group that we were working with at the time, and after a few phone and Zoom calls, we signed up with them because they exhibited a high level of service.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $15,000.
What is the status of the engagement?
We worked together from January–June 2021.

Fanatically Digital increased our sales through Facebook significantly by 25–30%.
How did Fanatically Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed very well as they were never really late on anything, and they were always open to feedback if I wanted anything changed. We communicated mostly via email, Google Meet, and Zoom for meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed by their level of service. Whenever I needed anything, I was always able to reach out and they would help me even after we stopped working together — they'll still occasionally help me out with things.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could’ve used a little more creativity on the initiative side instead of me initiating the projects.
Any advice to potential customers?
It depends on what you're looking for, but I would suggest having a clear vision of what your goals are, and know how you want to accomplish those goals in terms of marketing. I would also advise staying in contact with them on a consistent basis.
