Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an independent wealth manager. I’ve had my practice for over 25 years, and I manage investments and do financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities.
What challenge were you trying to address with Fabrik Agency?
My field can be a little dry, so I wanted to step up my image and make it more upbeat and brighter for my existing and potential clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Fabrik Agency created an energetic and beautiful website. It epitomized visuals and goals of a beach, the ocean, water, and retirement, which was appealing for people who look into this area.
What is the team composition?
We had two people streamlining the project, and they had a couple of people underneath them.
How did you come to work with Fabrik Agency?
I found them through an existing client who referred them. I interviewed maybe 4—5 different companies, but I knew they were the right fit immediately after speaking to them on Zoom. Their energy was aligned with mine, and I liked the samples that they provided.
How much have you invested in them?
We probably spent about $6,000.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Fabrik Agency made my company’s image more inspiring for my clients, and I received many compliments from them. In fact, most of my clients didn’t even notice that I had a website before it was done.
How did Fabrik Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
It was really great; their performance was excellent. They’d let me know whenever they wanted to do an update, and then they’d schedule a meeting to go over what had been done before and what the timeframe for completion would be.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their communication skills were great. Fabrik Agency really cared about my vision, and they aligned to it. They wanted to know what colors I liked, what inspired me, and what I thought about it. The team really let me be part of the process; it wasn’t just handing it over to someone and letting them do their own thing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, there wasn’t anything. They were exceptional.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Just communicate. If you want or expect something, you have to tell them. If you stay silent, you could be surprised.
