Ciclo CMS
The Ciclo project is a Bike Rental System that allows people to rent and ride available bikes through the city, make payments for their rides and manage their account & ride history, all with an easy to use experience. The CMS(content management system) part of the project is used by the Ciclo staff to handle all the administrative parts of a project like this whether it is monitoring bike traffic, handling payments or any other management of the Ciclo activity. So having all that in mind we delivered the best possible solution 🚲
The Challenge
The main challenge for the Ciclo CMS was to understand the requirements of the mobility app and all the effort that goes into managing a product like this, with a lot of dynamic components and multiple stations all around the world. All the parties involved need to have the greatest tools possibly available to sync with each other, manage teams, tehnician, bikes and customers all within a continuously evolving environment and updates for all the sides involved clients and third parties.
The Solution
So after understanding the needs of the Ciclo project together with the Ciclo team. We have built a new solution that can help all parties involved in the world of cycling rentals do their part as efficiently as possible whether it’s a technician or end user. Monitoring the situation in real-time and providing accurate data is a key component of Ciclo systems, so we made sure the solution will take into account the needs of the project. We used the best available technologies to mix a fast paced development, stability and speed so we used Ruby on Rails for the backend and Vue + Nuxt for the frontend part. The end product left everyone happy and satisfied.

S-on
S-ON is a mobile app and an advanced method of clinical intervention for optimizing sexual and couple life, but also for treating female and male sexual dysfunctions. S-ON is an important tool in assessing, testing and resolving sexual disorders. At the same time, this digital approach has proven its effectiveness in sex education as well as in interactions with other sexual partners, all done from the confort of your phone, thanks to the internet, software and advanced algorithms. The S-ON method used in the treatment of sexual dysfunctions and in the optimization of intimate and couple life proposed by proven specialists in their field is advanced, scientifically validated and effective.
The Challenge
When the client initially came to Fabel with an idea for the therapy app we realized the biggest challenge would be to accurately understand and represent the vision of the specialists who developed the treatment algorithm. So after grasping the desire we began with a team of experts to work the wireframing & design process for the project. We understood both the view of the expert therapists and the needs of the end user so we had a great point of view of how the end product would look and feel like. We also understood that the product would have dynamic content which needed to be updated from a custom CMS(content management system) so we started working on that from the beginning, the app also needed a landing page and marketing materials, we provided all of them with stellar reviews. From this point on the development to release race was on.
The Solution
Together with the S-ON team we developed a fresh concept to be able to treat various sexual and couple related problems that affect people. Going through a screening and an evaluation process where a diagnostic is done according to the identified problems. After the diagnostic is finalized, target treatments will be generated algorithmically in order to be able to treat the identified problems.

Farmec AR Makeup Try On
Farmec is the biggest Cosmetics company in Romania, with whom we have had previous collaborations on various projects. With a big online and physical presence throughout the country, they alway strive to improve the experience of their clients. In this venture they desired to improve the try on process for Make Up in their stores creating a smart digital mirror using an iOS Tablet and with the help of Artificial Reality technology. And we said that’s great, using our previous experience with Artificial Reality we managed to design and develop a beautiful and performat app.
The Challenge
Working side by side with Farmec to define the concept for the final product, we applied our technical expertise to the wishes of the product owner team. We had to define an impressive app for a product that would be present in the physical stores from the Gerovital brand owned by Farmec. The app would have some impressive features to replace the current try-on methods for make-up while also improving the in-store experience with suggestions, real time inventory updates, and the possibility to try multiple styles in a short period of time and some other very interesting features. We used 3D modeling and the latest trends in AR to deliver an impressive smart mirror.
The Solution
The next step was to start working on the designed and approved product concept. So the assigned Fabel team started developing a state-of-the-art Artificial Reality iPad, from a custom & beautiful design. We used the latest iOS practices for the best results and 3D modeling tools for Artificial Reality. The development team made sure to use the best practices in the AR field to provide the best artificial reality experience possible. Working on design and developing this project is a pleasure for all the parties involved, bringing new exciting experiences to the increasing present and future customer base for all sorts of cosmetics products.

VSA Customs
Speed up the Custom Clearance process using the VSA Customs Platform. Solve a preliminary clearance of the shipment pending full clearance once the shipment arrives at the port of entry which must be submitted to Customs electronically, now made easy through the VSA Customs portal. The software solution is a new and fresh approach to an old and hard to use competitive space. The VSA Customs custom clearance process is made efficient throughout the development expertise of the Fabel team and the knowhow of the space of the VSA team.
The Challenge
One of the big challenges we faced during the development of this product was to fully understand how the VSA team wants to improve the Custom Declaration space and to bring something new to the industry. With the help of communication sessions where we had with our design team and developers to fully grasp the concept and how we could add more value to the product VSA Customs wanted to bring to the world. We used all the experience and know-how acquired to succeed in creating a great product aimed at new customers who have never had to deal with such a complex field of expertise(Fiscal Custom Declarations), and transformed a hard and difficult process into a pleasant one.
The Solution
The solution was to create a fresh, simple and easy to use interface, oriented towards the very core concepts of the industry but also with a high level of functionality. The vast experience of our designers spoke for itself when we delivered modern solutions in terms of user interface & user experience. The final product is like nothing out there and with plans of continuous improvements and new features. Ever wanted to get in contact with your favorite celebrity or if you want to surprise some of your friends, family or anybody at all with a custom video of their favorite celebrity now you easily can through ShoutOut. Initially launched in Romania with plans to extend throughout the world, Shout Out is a web platform which gives you easy access to all your favorite celebrities. With a pleasant and easy to use web interface ShoutOut is there to offer the best possible experience possible. The system was developed with passion and love for the ideea.
The Challenge
Besides all the logistic challenges of this project there were some technical challenges that we had to overcome and did successfully. Payments were especially sensible because of how the payment needed to be split and the exchange mechanism for videos, but we managed to handle them gracefully and to deliver a high-performance solution. We started with a custom made original design and then the development team started the implementation with ongoing optimisations during the development process. An agile approach was applied during the development of the product with stellar results.
The Solution
The end result was something everybody was happy with, a high performance platform with dynamic content straight from our CMS(content management system) developed with Ruby On Rails while the frontend client side was developed using VUE and NUXT JS for a high SEO performance. The story of Leveel Fit is one of greatness and discipline. It all started with the passion of talented fitness experts who saw the issues of the industry and desired to bring a good experience and a platform clients and trainers deserve whether it is finding the best personal trainer fit for you or training with online guidance. Leveel Fit is a subscription based fitness platform where customers can book great verified fitness trainers for a private training session and connect with them in every way possible by call, by message or by videoconference. All the trainers have their available schedule available and customers can book them using the advanced filtering system to pick the one that fits the best to their needs.
The Challenge
Working on this project, what we strived for was to create a smart subscription based system, making it easy and secure for customers to book Fitness Experts and make secure payments seamless and having an intuitive way for each trainer to add and manage his profile, schedule and clients. Reproducing a system which would work for anyone was one of the tougher challenges we had to face, but after suggestions from multiple experts we reached a solution which left everybody satisfied.
The Solution
So working continuously with a group of trainers and nutritionists we managed to design and develop all the features which would create the best experience on both sides of the app, trainer and client. Every trainer uses a custom CMS(content management system), where he can customize his profile, manage his work schedule and appointments with the clients. Also one of the important aspects when working on the platform while developing the platform was to have a great SEO(search engine optimization)in order to have the best indexing possible for the search engines. Using Server Side Rendering with one of the specialized technologies in this field, Vue JS, we managed to achieve the desired SEO score and also a great performance score.

Maresme
Maresme is an online restaurant which allows customers to order delicious food from the comfort of their phone or browser , customize their menus and make direct online payments under a secure system. With the help of a powerful CMS(content management system), the Maresme team can manage orders, payments, discount codes, all of the different types of food and customizable menus, all done with no effort at all. The mix of traditional delicious Mediterranean food and the fast and carrefull development of a custom delivery application gave birth to Maresme Online Restaurant 🥘
The Challenge
When developing Maresme our goal was to understand how the hungry clients will best navigate the website in a most effective way and also how easy it will be for customers to find the Maresme restaurant among other competitors. The website needs to be fast and responsive so the clients won’t lose any time when ordering and at the same time SEO (search engine optimized) so it will be easy to find with a few simple keywords. In order to get to the best possible outcome we choose some great technologies, VueJs and Ruby on Rails for a fast & clean development approach.
The Solution
After researching and finding the ideal customer’s behavior, we came up with a beautiful, modern and easy to use User Interface for the ordering system. We developed the application to focus the experience in 3 easy steps: choose the menu you desire, add it to the cart and fill your delivery info, pay and send the order. We improved the experience in the website to remember the data for each client, so that every time they visit Maresme they will just have to pick what they want to eat. In the end the product improved the experience for all the parties involved and keeps doing that on a daily basis

Mediscor
Based on the National Early Warning Score (NEWS) 2 algorithm the client proposed to us to help him build a helper tool for physicians. Applying the algorithm to a beautiful and informative interface would help both doctors perform monitoring and guided self-diagnosis for patients to assess the gravity or minority of a situation. Creating and building a beautiful UI with a exquisit user experience for ease of use of a guided process was most important for the product. The founders of the project had one goal to help people and this became the motto for the project.
The Challenge
With a tight budget and a short deadline we had to move fast in delivering the product. We had to develop 2 mobile apps for Android and iOS in a short span of time. Even though the deadline was soon, we went through all the phases of developing a product in order to have established all the aspects of the app and have a strong set of guidelines for developing and releasing the product.This way we made sure everything is going to work according to our expectations and the product would be up to a great standard.
The Solution
In the given context and the given requirements the safest and obvious choice was to choose Flutter for development, and developing the best app possible in the fastest time possible while maintaining a high quality component for the features developed. JustKnock, is one of the highest growing solutions in the real estate market in the US, operating in California only, but with the plan to expand to the rest of the country. The idea was born from a group of top real estate agents which, using their combined expertise, came up with a very simple and attractive concept of what will be called JustKnock. With the option of selling and renting houses, apartments or plots of land, the platform gives potential customers the option to check out hundreds of properties with complete descriptions and suggestive imagery,optionally having a 3D virtual tour integrated which offers customers an interactive and complex experience.
The Challenge
In this project we started working with our internal team on an already developed solution with plans to improve the current experience and develop new features. The main focus was on performance. Displaying over 2 million properties throughout the entire California state and over 30 million photos for the available properties, we needed to make sure that the platform works very fast and is also mobile responsive. Developing new features while also working on the existing code-base we made sure we would continuously improve and bring to current standards every area that would need so.
The Solution
Working side by side with the client to understand the wishes and needs of the project our team managed to improve the existing code-base significantly while also managing strict deadlines and offering support for the already released version of the website. Also developing new features like complex sorting and filtering for properties, and new database systems were part of some of the features we had to work on. We managed to greatly improve the experience of the users and bring to a reality the wishes of the clients.

Glass.AI Android
The GLAS.AI core emulates the basic functions of the human brain by copying its basic component architecture. The system is split into several types of cortical lobes each one of them having a specific function such as Reasoning, Memory, Conversational, Data Sensory, Computational and Visual. Most of the lobes employ Deep Neural Networks for data analysis, processing and further learning. Working with the Glas AI Team we developed an Android App which would use all the functionality of the AI core.

We had weekly stand-ups with the CEO, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack, and Trello, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

A fast delivery which also was exactly what I needed and wanted in order to propel my business forward. The communication was transparent from the get go and everything related to the development of the project was smooth sailing. Also the update and maintenance it’s done without any hassle. Fabel is my go-to development team.

After the first release, there were some minor bugs with the order menu form, bt they were fixed in a matter of hours.
