I am the CEO of Idealne Domy a construction company from Slovakia.

For what projects/services did your company hire EZMID, and what were your goals?

We hired EZMID for our custom back office solution.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our previous software vendor recommended them as a reliable partner for our future endeavours.

There where multiple phases scattered across the year depending on our marketing plans. The process was always the same we sat down with a project manager and technical analyst and discussed deliverables and deadlines. Everything was tracked using a common project management suite.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Overall there was a total of 5 people involved. A financial account manager, a project manager, analyst and 2 developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our marketing plans met all our goals and we never experienced any measurable downtimes or security breaches.

Very pragmatic and tailored to our needs, although it seems they use this approach similarly with other vendors.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They communicated deadlines very reliably and were able to improve some older software parts without documentation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes they implemented things too fast and we were not able to catch up so fast :)

I am the management assistant and our company is based in Vienna. moonsoft HR Solutions GmbH has always been a company that focuses on offering its customers the best possible service.

Years of experience from over 100 projects in a wide variety of industries helped them to define the most important requirements within the HR product life cycle and thus to develop a holistic HR software solution.

Implement a web interface for the enterprise administration software module. Understand customer needs, consult HR experts and deliver stable, easy-to-use and smooth performance.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided to work together with EZMID due to a great number of positive customer feedback from the same line of business.

Our common and ongoing projects got implemented to our complete satisfaction.

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a business consulting company for HR departments. We support our customers during the implementation and their work with P&I Loga and Sage HR Suite. We also help them with our BPO services, project management-services and with our consulting for process optimization. As a vendor of HR-Software we cooperate with EZMID in order to develop interfaces between Sage HR Suite, P&I Loga and every other HR-Software product our customers wish for. We use the DATAintegrator as a BI-Tool too who can show an combinate data from different sources.

For what projects/services did your company hire EZMID, and what were your goals?

To customize the DATAintegrator for different projects. For example the development of a Connctor for Sage HR Suite and P&I Loga to differnt programms like People Doc. We also use the DATAintegrator as universal intersection between P&I Loga and Sieda. We work with EZMID together on a lot of different projects and there will be more.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected EZMID becuase of our common past and the good working relationship we had and have with these former colleagues. We share a lot of goals and have a lot of business issues in common.

We started with a concept we develop together and developed on different technolgies for the DATAintegrator and connectors.

In every project we had together the results were as agreed, we have a good working relationship and can discuss challenges in our projects openly.
