The quality of Exult Cyber Solution’s work is high. The technical part is right on, and the app is easy to work with. I gave them a small amount of technical information, and they were able to take it and run with it.

They managed the project quite well. During the project, we were chatting all day every day through Freelancer. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was easy to work with Exult Cyber Solutions. I’m a developer myself, so I was able to give them the technical specs, and they understood what I needed well. 

When they ran into a place of options, they were excellent about providing me with them and advising me on which direction I should take based on security or performance.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Everything went exactly as expected.

Be quite broad in the description of what you need. That way, Exult Cyber Solution can offer a wide range of options for each aspect of your project.

I needed help building a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Exult developed and designed our website. I gave them a list of requirements for the job, and they built the site using Python, Django, MySQL, JavaScript, and PHP.

Exult has developed the website such that users can register, verify their email, and click on pages where they can watch videos and fill out surveys. Once users get enough points, they can request payment — we offer virtual gifts, credits, and real money. Exult has also worked on the site’s design. I gave my vision on what the website should look like, and they integrated that with their ideas. Lastly, Exult created content for the site.

I found Exult online, and I picked them out of a bunch of different providers. I had a provider who tried to do the project, but they couldn’t finish it. After that, I went with Exult.

I have spent somewhere below $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working in March 2021, and it’s ongoing. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I'm very strict with my developers, especially the ones I find online. When I choose a developer, I want them to work the way I want them to work. I typically don’t allow them to deviate from my preferences — that's true with almost every project I've worked on. That said, Exult met my expectations. 

How did Exult Cyber Solution (P) Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

We used text-based messages to communicate — that's typically the way I like to work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It's hard for me to pick one thing, as Exult did the job as I had asked them to. They delivered on time and within budget. They're fairly responsive, and they message me now and again when they have questions or come up with ideas. That's why I'm still working with them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Exult didn't do anything wrong or needs improvement. Software development is a messy process. What you want to look at is the quality of the product, and Exult delivered high-quality products that worked properly.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I work with developers in my preferred way, and other people might work with them in different ways. Other people may have better ways of working with developers than I do. However, I would ultimately say that Exult is a good company, and I recommend working with them.

A bit suspicious at first since we first worked with them, but after seeing the results I feel much better.

We are still in the testing stage, but everything is showing very well

The transparency of their work is very impressive.

Everything has been good, a bit complicated due to the time difference, since I live in Colombia and the company in India.

I’m general manager for a private transportation company for outsourcing.

Development of holistic transportation management software. Includes tracking and records of all trips transaction and finance management.

Response time was fastest, have experience in different areas as described in company profile.

Scope includes all of our actual fleet management and CRM for our customers, from preemptive maintenance past due to customer billing. Custom admin console and App.

Their response time is 20/7. They are very professional.

Admin panel to manage our custom internal department DB

To develop a admin panel which can connect to our DB using web apis

They designed and developed full admin panel according to my requirements. Also the API's were done as per the requirements.

What was the team composition?

I did not interact with the project team, but had communication with one project coordinator who managed the project and took all my requirements.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My first time experience working with exult tech, from my previous experience companies dont usually deliver on time but they delivered product on time and as per the requirements. Only downside is i didn't get the deployment steps for the application as was requested.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was good and communication was done through skype with all my queries were taken. It was good

Their on time delivery and no big issues was impressive.

They should do the testing from their side and not ask client to do it for them and find bugs
