Although I don’t have specific metrics, the videos have been helpful during customer engagements. We’re consistently satisfied with their work, so we continue to work with them. They did a fantastic job on the retail explainer video, so we’re in the process of completing another one.

Though they’re great listeners, we sometimes have to explain the technical aspects of our work a few times before they fully grasp the idea. This can lead to some back and forth during the storyboarding process, but that’s because they aren’t a technical company.
