The company is specialized in renewable energy. We build and operate EV charging station all across North America.
For what projects/services did your company hire ExpandTheme, and what were your goals?
We had to create a new e-store to be able to sell our chargers to B2C customers. We try to do it via Shopify theme be we became stuck in a short time, this is when we decided to contact Expand Theme so he could help us to program everything we need as we want it to be.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
In a former job, I've worked with Expand Theme, is efficacy and great service has always impressed me, this is why I've decided to reach Expand Theme again cause I know he would be able to do everything we needed with this project.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had to create an e-store on Shopify. We had 4 weeks to make it happen and a less than 10k budget. Expand were able to create a Mock up, do the modifications we ask the program everything in time in three different store (different language). Fast work, great quality, even do more than expected.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had a designer on Expand Theme side to create the Mock up and a developer to create the platform.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching the website we were impressed, we didn't face no bugs, everything went so well! Our sales began to increase. We kept including Expand in all amelioration we want to do with our shop. It's a continuous work in progress and the growth is amazing!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
For day to day communication we use Whats app, in this way it was really easy to communicate. They were always giving us ETA on the task and project, in this way it was easy to see where the project was at.

They were able to do absolutely everything we ask for in a short time!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
For now I don't think so. We are very satisfied how we work in team for this project!
The website was well-delivered with no bugs, which helped increase the company’s sales. ExpandTheme communicated easily via WhatsApp and provided deadlines for tasks to keep everyone updated and informed on the project’s progress. Overall, the outcomes and services completely satisfied the client.
