I’m the director of Lawyer 4 Help, a lead generation company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Exlval?

I needed someone to develop my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Exlval developed and designed my website, and they’re working on creating content for it. In addition, most of the online tasks are handled by them, including social media management, SEO, and paid ads.

What is the team composition?

I have one main point of contact who is always communicating with me. Additionally, Exlval has assigned us different team members for all the services they’re providing, including for content, SEO, design, and social media. There are two people for each service, so we work with eight teammates, in total.

How did you come to work with Exlval?

We posted a content writer position on LinkedIn and they contacted us. We had a meeting with their team and proceeded from there.

We’ve invested less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2020 and the partnership is ongoing.

The content writing is very good and meets our requirements. Exlval has a friendly team — they do what is required and deliver quality work on time. They’re also accurate and great with the budget and their service.

How did Exlval perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is good; Exlval is always available when I need them. We communicate mostly through phone calls, and we have a WhatsApp group, as well. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive aspect about their team is that they’re able to deliver what I request.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing Exlval could improve. They’re doing well, and they meet my requirements.

I am an employee of Acute Group and take care of the marketing and advertisement of my company. Acute Group provides service in Accounting & Taxation, Financial Planning, Loan Consulting and Visa Consulting.

Exlval helped Acute Group to develop a Website. We didn't have a website earlier but then we realized that our industry needs a website to grow our business. Thanks to EXLVAL for their guidance and support.

Their Knowledge and technique on product was immensible . They explained each and every aspect of the product briefly which helped us to decide on our needs.

We interacted online and offline as per our convenience to discuss the process and timeline of the project a lot of time. They were very cooperative for managing the time. They came up with a wordpress website of Acute Group after 20 days of our immense hard work on it.

In total there were 7-8 people working on it. The Director and partners met us 3 to 4 times to discuss the details. Other than that there were developers , content writers, designers , in the loop

The website was very attractive and satisfying . Every details that we asked for just as per our requirement. No major changes were made once the launch was done.

Their knowledge of the product and the way to satisfy customers need was the best we liked.

The project was to design posts for social media pages, on initial basis they provided me with a good example of how images will look. so i decided to proceed further with 30 images in 10 days.

2 person was appointed for my project, one for copywriting and other one for design.

Their design was very detailed and minimalistic just like i wanted for my clients. the good design is where you don't have to point out changes and that's what they have done, tremendous job.

Their values toward their client were impressive. They were always available for any inquiry or query.

From my experience there are none.
