Well, we started with our design thought process that we wanted to upgrade the platform with the latest look. Excellent Webworld designers were fantastic from the very first call, they understood exactly what we were looking for and responded with new ideas and suggestions as per the latest design trends in the market. The designers were keen to give me a custom and unique look compared to my current design.

My key contact was Mohyuddin, and he delegated the team which had Project Manager to the communication and Senior Designer. A single contact made it easier than having their whole team coming to us. Basically, a team would consist of a project manager, delivery manager, designers, backend developers, frontend developers, business analyst, and QA during development. The team composition is completely based on the project requirements, its size, and the type of development. If I give an example then for an average app development project - the team contains 2 Android Developers, 2 iOS Developers, a UI/UX designer, a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and QA.

We have hired designers for our project. The team really helped me create a new brand identity with my core routed values and that is the reason we still are in touch and keep on exchanging ideas to engage for long term business relationships.

Frankly, I call Excellent Webworld an ideal software development company that has expertise in working with the industry niche. There are no areas of improvement I find for them. To be honest, Excellent Webworld is an ideal company for software development and designing. They are experts in this industry with a pool of professional developers and designers. I am very happy with the decision of hiring them to redesign my mobile and web app. I hope to keep working with them in the future.

We started by discussing the product and walking through the screens that our design team had worked up. From there, we walked through how we wanted it to work. During this phase, both sides noticed little hiccups that we could get out in front of. We went into the build with regular meetings to update everyone on the progress and any questions that were coming up.

As the build progressed, we received basic beta versions to begin testing and revising the app to make it easier to navigate. Both their team's feedback and our beta tester's feedback was valuable to complete the project.

Mayur was my key contact, and he deligated to his team. His team would give feedback, and Mayur would filter it to us. A single contact made it easier than having their whole team coming to us.

We have a fully functioning app and we were so delighted by their work that we hired them immediately to build a fully functional website to go with the mobile app.

We had preset meetings that were rarely missed (mainly missed by us on our end). We had shared documents to write out bugs to address in our calls that also provided the status of bug fixes and any notes or comments needed. Everything was always addressed promptly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'd never experienced working with a company overseas and was absolutely delighted by how easy they made it to work with them. Communication was clearly addressed upfront, and we were all at ease throughout the entire process.

Nothing really comes to mind at this time.

We hired EWW after evaluating a number of other development companies because of their assistance during the scoping and designing phase, straightforward pricing and dedication to delivering a quality product. Project design and scope included creation of wireframes and screen by screen mockups before committing to the project cost. The project consisted of developing two mobile apps for both iOS and Android, web console, and administrative backend management console and reporting capabilities.

Vendor's team consists of one project lead, and a team of 5-7 developers working on our project.

We have been able to launch our business and product within the scheduled timeframe and scope of the project. The EWW team has helped fix minor issues and assist as needed post-launch.

We communicate with the EWW team via Skype. It has been incredibly easy and efficient communicating with the team throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

EWW is very focused on customer service to the clients they are developing for, and incredibly focused on delivering a quality product. If anything needed changes or updates, they are quick and accommodating to our team no matter the hour of the day, or day of the week. Our project was scheduled to complete right around the time when the global pandemic caused businesses to shut down, which threatened to delay our project and launch. Mayur and the EWW team implemented remote working capabilities incredibly quickly and did not miss a step when it came to the project completion. Again, their dedication has been impressive throughout the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they do fantastic work and we received a quality product. We plan to continue to use their services and skills as we grow and expand our business.

Once the App is launched, we gained 20,000+ downloads in the first month, with over 4-star ratings in both app stores.

The project manager that we were assigned was easy to interact with and gave us daily updates. We connected over skype messaging where the whole team was actively working and updating daily.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am overwhelmed by the knowledge that this huckster has about mobile app development and optimization. We learned so much from this company. We had worked with other companies as well, but this was a completely diverse and positive experience.

We live in the 21st century, and all of us expect things to be done faster, but we were quite contented with their work ethics and quality of the work. However, there's always room for improvement.

Excellent Webworld is very knowledgeable on the technology stack we use and provides various options for us to decide together with their developers which one is the best for us.

I worked directly with the CTO of the company as well as our Project Manager. And behind the scenes, there were a few developers and designers that executed the roadmap we put in place.

The project was completed on time and turned out better than what we had initially planned. We've received great feedback from our customers. Not just how easy it is to use but the user engagement is amazing.

We are very pleased with their team’s pace of work, problem-solving ability, and ongoing improvements to our ideas. They have met all required deadlines, and they are transparent regarding their progress. From the leaders of the company to the designers, do an amazing job. We are very pleased with how things are going from a project management perspective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attention to detail since day one has been remarkable. Their communication skills surpass every other vendor that we have worked with. They always beat our expectations, which doesn't happen often.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I cannot think of any way that Excellent WebWorld has underachieved. We are very happy with their work, they do consistently a great job and we plan to work with Excellent WebWorld for many years.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the IT manager for a logistics company. We’re developing an application for our shippers to be able to book trucks and for our carriers to go online and get these jobs. It is similar to Uber and other applications but for trucking.

What challenge were you trying to address with Excellent WebWorld?

We were looking for someone who already had expertise in working with applications related to transport or heavily relying on Google Maps.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The entire application development was done by Excellent WebWorld and it was done from scratch. They did everything from A to Z. They worked on the design, wireframes, and development for Android and iOS. They even created our database. We only gave them the business processes, the flow, and told them how we wanted it.

What is the team composition?

I have been in touch with three people there, who are the heads. I know that they put 6-8 resources on the project. Currently, we are on a long-term contract with them for offshore staffing, and we have three people working for us on our project.

How did you come to work with Excellent WebWorld?

Initially, we had been negotiating with another company in India but the negotiations were not going that well and decided we needed to look for someone else who had done transport applications before. We found a few on the internet, and Excellent WebWorld was one of the companies that came up in our search. One of the reasons we selected them was because they had worked on transportation applications previously, so it was a good place to start for us. They understood what we wanted pretty fast and would be able to build the app faster than someone else who had never worked on this type of application before.

How much have you invested in them?

We have spent over $100,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in August 2019. We have a lot of things in the application and it is an ongoing process. The majority of the work is finished but we are enhancing the application.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

There isn’t anything in particular but technically they were able to achieve what we have asked for from the business side. They’re knowledgeable too, and that was one of the most important things because we wanted someone who was experienced in these types of apps. They knew the field and understood what we wanted pretty easily. We haven’t published it yet because we are waiting for some legal licenses from the transport authority.

How did Excellent WebWorld perform from a project management standpoint?

I would say there was a bit of mismanagement from both parties, to be honest. In terms of timelines, I would say that is one area that we can improve with them. We mostly used Slack to communicate with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our reason for selecting them was their expertise in our field. They are strong in that area and have developed several transport applications that we saw before signing up with them. This is the only project we have done, and we haven’t really dealt with anyone else to compare.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were delayed in some milestones, partially from both sides. One thing I can say they could improve on is the timelines. We felt the project could have moved a bit faster.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I have recommended them already to another client, as well as a friend of mine who is working on a taxi project. It looks like he is likely to go with them.

A mistake from our side was that our scope was not well defined. I would say that before starting a project with them it is better to have a proper scope in place that is precise so that you get exact timelines and deliverables. If the scope keeps changing, your project might stretch.

We were in search of a company where we can hire dedicated developers to fix bugs and troubleshoot more advanced problems or features required by the websites that we build or manage.

What were your goals for this project?

There were some bugs in an existing website that we boarded. Due to time constraints at the time application decided to hire a dedicated developer to resolve the issues. The developer we hired from Excellent WebWorld worked very well for our requirements.

I came across Excellent WebWorld via Linkedin. I emailed them and was shortly connected via Whatsapp. My point of contact was very accommodating and quick to respond.

The project was an existing WooCommerce website that had developed a number of bugs due to non management of the website. Excellent WebWorld assisted with how some products displayed the video preview as well as how the dashboard was displaying order information.

What was the team composition?

The project consisted of three people including myself. I had my point of contact at Excellent WebWorld and there would have been one Back-end developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We were able to make up the time that we lost trying to resolve the issue. In addition, we have also tapped into a reliable future contact which will make us more agile as a service provider.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed by sharing requirements using Google Drive. Whatsapp played a bit part in keeping immediate contact. For the size of the project, these tools were sufficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

My point of contact was great. The communication was always ahead of time and any issues got resolved fast.

No. I had a very good experience with Excellent WebWorld.

For what projects/services did your company hire Excellent WebWorld?

We had used a developer from Upwork.com to develop Android and iOS versions of a music app that would stream sermons and singing from our Church. The developer we had hired did a poor job and only the minimum needed to get paid. As a result, the app had 2 major bugs, 1. The audio quality was poor 2. The audio would pause after only 5 minutes of playback when using Cellular Data. There were also many more minor bugs in the functionality of the app.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to get the 2 major bugs fixed so that the app could be usable by our church members. And we needed it done quick.

I found them online and, after reading their reviews and seeing their portfolio of apps I decided to contact them and see if they could help us.

After the initial email I was contacted by their salesman who was very knowledgeable and seemed to truly want to help. We had a conference call with their development head and decided to send them our Android source code to see if they could fix it. After a couple more conversations to discuss the flow of the app and our main concerns they went to work, going thru the app in detail and finding about 10 minor bugs we never even knew were there. Within 2 weeks they had fixed both major bugs and most of the minor ones.

We were assigned a Senior developer, QA, backend developer, Android developer, and iOS developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 2 weeks of starting on the app they had fixed our 2 biggest concerns and many other bugs as well. They even pushed the updated code to our Github repository and we were able to build the .apk and submit it to Play Store. Our users were as excited about the update as we were and the results have been excellent.

Very effective. We received daily updates via Skype, several test apps to try, and within 2 weeks a release.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The caring attitude. I was impressed at how they quality tested every test app they sent us and were quick to address any concerns we had.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would say they only improvement would be a little more input on my end as to which bugs to fix first. But, that is hardly worth mentioning. They were very proactive in fixing bugs as they found them, but I would prefer a little more input from my end so I could better direct my resources to fix the problems that are more affecting user experience.

The application was developed from scratch by the Excellent WebWorld. The flow they maintained is my application was just seamless. It is a complete user-friendly app.

The project is completed and is running successfully. The team composition for my project was like 3 Back-end developers, 2 Android as well as iOS developers, 2 Front-end developers, and a QA. With that, we even had many conversations with the CTO.

The whole project was about developing a movie ticket booking mobile app with a few innovative features. The application was developed from scratch. The flow of the app was like users can browse through the app and get information about the various show timings on the current as well as upcoming days. Further, users can book tickets as per their requirements. The unique approach was that we also built an app for the theater owners to manage earnings and handle staff.

In the team, the company assigned us 2 Android developers, 2 iOS developers, 1 QA tester, 1 Backend developer, and 2 Frontend developers. One thing I really liked was that the CTO of the company personally used to take the feedback for the application. The level of dedication towards customer satisfaction from the CTO to junior developer is really commendable.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, the project is now successfully running and we are even getting good user engagement. In short, the project met all the criteria we have thought for.

Their team was really flexible in working with ours. And the best thing was that they used to update us after every phase. We never had to rush to them for updates. Especially at the time of installation, the process went very smoothly between the two teams.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about them is that they are not just here to do business but also provide beneficial suggestions to their clients in every aspect, even the ones that they may not be concerned about. They worked dedicatedly on our project and came up with our expected outputs. They developed my application with such innovativeness that the results speak for themselves about the success of the app.

Their coding is amazing and designing is marvelous, so nothing to complain about as per their technical skills. Although, there was a very minor issue of communication in the beginning of the project, but they solved the issue within a week of me raising a complaint.
