I’m the CEO and co-owner, as well as the head of customer success for an e-commerce company.

What challenge were you trying to address with ewasoft Ltd? 

We were looking for development resources to help with our clients’ requests for end-to-end development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The main technology they work with is Magento. We handle all the conceptual work and then provide them with the specifications that they need to build the sites. We have several projects going with them at any one time. They’re fully integrated into our team as our development arm.

We were referred to them.

The total is around 800,000–900,00 Swiss Francs (approximately $825,000–$928,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since September 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In Switzerland, we have a very high demand for quality from our clients; it matters more than price. ewasoft has been able to meet those high expectations. We were looking for a suitable partner for a long time but none of them reached the quality level we needed. This is the reason we’ve worked with ewasoft’s developers for so long.

How did ewasoft Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

This plays into the high quality we require, as high quality starts with proper planning to meet timelines. ewasoft has very open communication as well. If there are issues, we are informed of them early on so we can discuss them with our client. It’s a very forward-thinking approach.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We tested 8–9 companies when searching for a partner, so we’re completely happy with ewasoft.

Work with them yourself because we have been so successful. I’ve reached out to numerous companies to tell them to make use of ewasoft’s services and resources.​​

I’m the QA and HR director at Savacoop, an agricultural projects distributor.

What challenge were you trying to address with ewasoft Ltd?

We needed help with custom software development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ewasoft Ltd has helped us with multiple custom software development projects. They’ve built a B2B platform to communicate with our clients — more than 50% of the orders go through it. In 2018, they developed an ERP system that made us more efficient with our data. Also, they’ve worked on a time and attendance system for employees that integrates with our ERP payroll system, and a SyncServer that helps us integrate everything into one place and save time in identifying problems.

Additionally, we have a B2C project in process with ewasoft Ltd. It’ll be a platform that integrates with our ERP and B2B platforms. It’ll also connect with the systems through SyncServer.

What is the team composition?

We have a main point of contact for each project, and there are different people involved in each one. There are 5–7 for the B2B project; 10–14 people for the ERP project; and four people for the time and attendance project.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent nearly €2,000,000 (approximatetly $2,135,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2012, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We evaluate their work one time per year, and they’re proficient. When we have a request, they give us feedback.

How did ewasoft Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is very clear. We define our goal together, and they respect it — they’re very professional. We have regular meetings during the week to go over our priorities and create our plans. Also, we use Jira to keep track of tasks.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a good team. They’re open to collaborating and growing together. Also, team members share their knowledge with us. Having someone to help us solve our problems is of great value. Overall, they’re very professional and project-oriented.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing we’d have them improve.

I recommend working with them. They’ll save time for their customer and give the best solution.

For what projects/services did your company hire ewasoft Ltd, and what were your goals?

We hired ewasoft for a number of web developement projects that were supporting ongoing marketing campaigns, aiming to leverage campaign messages, rise awareness and traffic to campaign mechanics and engagement.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have organized a meeting after receiving a recommendation, saw their references and started collaborations per project based on quality standards, cost effectiveness and timing.

For each of the projects (mainly WP and PHP) workflow steps were similar, starting from a brief and inputs, estimating SOW, timing and pricing, following up on checkpoints, until testing and launching. Each time they managed to implement our concept, design and functionalities, and show proactivity to propose upgrades for better user experience.

Our key point of contact was their delivery manager, throughout the process we would connect to developers as per need.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Their deliverables were websites, which are serving as hubs for brand campaign messages. Campaigns were media supported and KPIs reached in terms of awareness and traffic. We did not experience any funcionality issues along the way.

Professional, open for communication and truly collaborative. In line with timeframes, and overall responsive and proactive.

For what projects/services did your company hire ewasoft Ltd, and what were your goals?

We needed a new website reflecting our products and at the same time able to provide information to the public similar to our competitors. We focused on how user friendly it should be and how we may affect the end user experience by having a custom made library able to collect all the information in a sequential and easy way to access.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with the same company in the past and we had a good experience as such it was hard for us to move forward with the same

We had to explain our aim and intentions. In return we received a blue print which we had to review along with a digital file reflecting the design we described. The same was reviewed couple of times before we agree on it. Ewasoft translated all the comments into a website which we are satisfied with.

The operation manager was in charge and we had the chance to work with three of his colleagues over the time.

The website was welcomed by our clients as they needed to see the content. however it is a continuous update and support which I am sure that Ewasoft will do.

The person in charge is dedicated and provides the timeline and works on the deliverables as promised. However the change request might affect this process and usually it is reflected within a logical time frame.

The knowledge they have and the solution they present from day one thinking about future updates and modifications before it happens.

We had a good experience, and we were satisfied.

I am the founder and CEO of UniSun Invest. We provide real estate for institutional investors and support throughout the entire transaction process.

Our website was outdated and not up to the newest standard. We required a new website in order to professionalise our web presence and to serve as a point of contact for new investors and partners.

We were recommend ewasoft through a mutual connection and have selected them based on the good feedback.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and expectations. We then where provided with mock-ups to select the best design and where moving forward to change some parts of the design to best meet our requirements. Afterwards, ewasoft implemented our website swiftly.

A project manager was our main point of contact. We also had a designer and a web developer that was implementing the website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our clients gave us very positive feedback about our designs. It helped us a lot to have the initial conversation with new family offices and pension funds that where inquiring for our services.

We had regular catch-ups with our project manager. As the project was quite short in nature, we had our milestone meetings that have been discussed before the start of the project. Furthermore, we had design review meetings with ewasoft.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We felt very well consulted from day 1. ewasoft always gave us the feeling to truly understand our requirements and we really liked that we received suggestions on how to improve our website and the UX from the designer.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a smooth experience. Furthermore, ewasoft was very supportive when we mentioned that we required the website in 2 languages (English and German).
