We are doing a are very complex projects with Savacoop for over a decade now. We build a B2B platform and implemented an ERP system that helped them to be more efficient in a day and overall business. We helped them by integrating everything into one place with ESB - SyncServer, build from scratch that beside above mentioned B2B and ERP, handles B2C, WMS, and time and attendance software system.

I’m the CEO and co-owner, as well as the head of customer success for an e-commerce company.
What challenge were you trying to address with ewasoft Ltd?
We were looking for development resources to help with our clients’ requests for end-to-end development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The main technology they work with is Magento. We handle all the conceptual work and then provide them with the specifications that they need to build the sites. We have several projects going with them at any one time. They’re fully integrated into our team as our development arm.

I’m the QA and HR director at Savacoop, an agricultural projects distributor.
What challenge were you trying to address with ewasoft Ltd?
We needed help with custom software development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
ewasoft Ltd has helped us with multiple custom software development projects. They’ve built a B2B platform to communicate with our clients — more than 50% of the orders go through it. In 2018, they developed an ERP system that made us more efficient with our data. Also, they’ve worked on a time and attendance system for employees that integrates with our ERP payroll system, and a SyncServer that helps us integrate everything into one place and save time in identifying problems.
Additionally, we have a B2C project in process with ewasoft Ltd. It’ll be a platform that integrates with our ERP and B2B platforms. It’ll also connect with the systems through SyncServer.
What is the team composition?
We have a main point of contact for each project, and there are different people involved in each one. There are 5–7 for the B2B project; 10–14 people for the ERP project; and four people for the time and attendance project.

Project management is very clear. We define our goal together, and they respect it — they’re very professional. We have regular meetings during the week to go over our priorities and create our plans. Also, we use Jira to keep track of tasks.

We have organized a meeting after receiving a recommendation, saw their references and started collaborations per project based on quality standards, cost effectiveness and timing.

For each of the projects (mainly WP and PHP) workflow steps were similar, starting from a brief and inputs, estimating SOW, timing and pricing, following up on checkpoints, until testing and launching. Each time they managed to implement our concept, design and functionalities, and show proactivity to propose upgrades for better user experience.

Our key point of contact was their delivery manager, throughout the process we would connect to developers as per need.

Their deliverables were websites, which are serving as hubs for brand campaign messages. Campaigns were media supported and KPIs reached in terms of awareness and traffic. We did not experience any funcionality issues along the way.

We had to explain our aim and intentions. In return we received a blue print which we had to review along with a digital file reflecting the design we described. The same was reviewed couple of times before we agree on it. Ewasoft translated all the comments into a website which we are satisfied with.

The operation manager was in charge and we had the chance to work with three of his colleagues over the time.
