What began in 1949 when Elmo T. Legg bought Harold Soper Advertising in Los Angeles, grew into E.T. Legg & Associates today. We are specialists in spectacular outdoor advertising assets, building programs for the world's largest & most demanding advertisers, now leasing to companies such as CBS Outdoor, Outfront Media, Van Wagner, and Clear Channel.
Through the years we have purchased various properties and parcels at choice locations for our displays. These properties include office buildings, restaurants, light industrial complexes, and farmland in California, Nevada, Florida, Missouri, and North Carolina.
Carol Legg and Lawrence N. Legg currently serve as our Managing General Partners who nurture and grow the legacy of E.T. Legg & Associates, LTD through operational, investment, financial and strategic planning decisions. Our principal offices are located in Studio City, California, and Hollywood, Florida.
Our most recognized assets are located on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California. You may recognize this real estate as the gateway to West Hollywood, which is located directly in front of the world-famous Chateau Marmont. This is home to our restaurant building in what was once The Players Club, Imperial Gardens, Roxbury, Miyagi's and is currently home to Pink Taco. Also on this site, you will find our four iconic outdoor bulletins that at one time displayed the Marlboro Man and currently displays advertising for Apple.
A new addition to our portfolio is a residential development in Western North Carolina, Old Oaks Estates. This property is prime mountain-view residential land located 45 minutes from Asheville and one hour West of Charlotte, just minutes from I-40 and other great attractions.
