I’m an architect in an office with four architects.
What challenge were you trying to address with este international?
We hired este international for design services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
este international sourced a designer to create commercial and residential drawings. She designed the architectural drawings using Vectorworks. A couple of times, she created a few 3D presentations in SketchUp.
What is the team composition?
We work with a designer.
How did you come to work with este international?
We had mutual friends. Someone I went to high school went gave me their name, so I got in contact with them.
How much have you invested with them?
I believe we’ve spent around €10,000 (approximately $11,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement with este international started about a year ago.

My colleagues were happy that we could rely on este international.
How did este international perform from a project management standpoint?
We always discuss deadlines, but they deliver on time. Sometimes even earlier. I have no complaints about that.

The communication-style was always open and to the point. For me this work method was an adjustment (Belgium - Dubai) but with the necessary communication it worked very good. Evelyn has good HR skills which is a benefit for her clients and the people working for her. They are always keeping the end goal in mind and looking for solutions.

Based on idea sketches, ESTE develops the concept into a fully-fledged preliminary design. The project is then worked out into a detailed design plan. Afterwards, the project will be further elaborated technically.

The work volume and time pressure made a quick reflection during the implementation of the project necessary. ESTE responds to this to deliver the project within the agreed term.
