I am the COO of two companies. One is a virtual assistant staffing company, mostly working with law firms. The other is a lead generation law firm, focusing mostly on mass tort cases. We use Erudite Works for both companies

We looked into a few vendors but selected Erudite due to the kindness of the team members, their knowledge of Salesforce, and their reasonable price

We have used Erudite for a number of projects. For a typical project, we meet with our Erudite contact to discuss the goal of the overall project/functionality we are hoping to add. We then connect on progress via update meetings. Once the solution is complete, we test it alongside Erudite to make sure it is functioning properly

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We primarily worked with one Salesforce admin, but he also brought in team members to support him. Some Erudite team members also helped us build out our company websites

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to build a number of impressive Salesforce customer objects with Erudite Works. One in particular is an invoice object, which has allowed us to seamlessly manage our client invoicing, including integrations with QuickBooks and other tools

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have meetings every Mon-Wed-Fri to keep up with projects and discuss next steps. This has helped us stay on top of the Erudite Team and ensure they are continuing to make progress on key items

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The constant communication and kindness of the team. We receive frequent updates that keep us on top of what is going on. It's easy working with the Erudite Works team, thanks to their kindness and responsiveness.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not many. When it comes to testing solutions, there were times that Erudite Works failed to account for all possible break points in a solution, which led to some rework to ensure the solution was truly bullet-proof

I am the Co-Founder and CEO at North Point Works LLC. We specialize in Field Service and Field Sales Automation using next generation technologies.

Erudite works worked with us for a reputable client (CodeGreen) in the New York city which is leading the real estate industry to a low-carbon future.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to establish a seamless interaction channel between the CodeGreen customers with the internal team. The idea was to provide the customers with a more holistic view of their projects being worked upon by team CodeGreen. Also the internal team management process needed to be streamlined as most of the work were done in excel.

We got Erudite Works referred to us by one of our partners. We were looking for a young team to take up the task and had heard great things about the delivery quality and timelines of these guys. We are in for a long collaboration.

Enabling the client to work efficiently thru digitalizing their process that were cumbersome. Salesforce is used throughout the company and integrated with several different applications. Creating a customer community portal for the client to see their property and interact with CodeGreen.

What was the team composition?

The team has a pretty even composition of Senior Managers to Senior Developers, Front End Team, and QAs, available at disposal. They have dedicated resources that are focused on delivery.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is an ongoing project but what we have achieved in the last 1 year has been commendable and greatly appreciated by the client as well. We are gauging success based on an increased enhancement request that speaks volumes of the adaptability and ease of using the designed system.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team has been really flexible and accommodating. Their turnaround is quick, so there is never a moment of uncertainty working with them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company has some really good minds working for them. They have people who can switch roles on a need basis and are really capable of managing and delivering complex requirements. I personally like the transparency maintained by the team so as a client I am always aware of project status.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We have requested more resources for our other projects for which hirings have already begun, as told to us. So I think, if that is covered, we are in for good.

We undertook a major upgrade of our Salesforce usage, integrating workflow management across Sales, Project Management, Operations and Cost Tracking. Whilst we did a lot of internal config work, there was significant coding and visualforce page development that we did not have the in-house skills for.

We originally used EWPL for a small package of work through Freelancer to evaluate their skills and service.

For the more complex visualforce pages we provided a detailed layout and design, and then asked Vaneet and the team to convert it to code.

For most of the coding work we worked with Gaurav; we had regular contact with Gaurav, Hemanshu and Vaneet (Director).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The pages and code developed have had a high impact for us in terms of platform functionality and user adoption. The pages designed were clean, and provide our project managers with the a powerful 'project on a page' view - incorporating complex data from across sales, PM and invoicing data tables.

Communication is excellent, with regular contact and updates on project progress. Communication was through Email, Skype, TeamViewer or Whatsapp - whichever suited the situation.

The team was totally committed to developing a solution that met our needs - they are strongly committed to customer satisfaction.

Clarity of lines of communication were a little confused early on - this was addressed as we went on.

We needed to add functionality to our salesforce.com to approve grants for our non-profit program called, The Pass. Our goal was to get more data on each application and refine the approval process. We needed a community page that allows external users to review and approve grants that needed extra review before approving.

They built us a community page that allows us to select certain applications that require additional review from an outside group. The page was built and works for their review. They have helped me improve our processes and have improved the data handling for us. They used sophisticated programming to solve the problems and ensure data accuracy for us.

We were able to launch our program on time. They elevated the experience for our external users and they did a great job helping us solve complex technology problems.

They did a great job communicating with us and answering all questions. Even given the time difference I have always gotten my questions answered in a timely manner and been able to get demos and have conversations with them when needed.

They have a comprehensive tool kit and they do a great job of using those tools to solve problems.

The only issue I have had is getting a detailed bill that shows me what the bill equates to. They have fixed this promptly once I brought it to their attention. They are very committed to producing satisfied customers.

We were trying to build a Salesforce app solution for one of our products on the content side.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We scoped the app, API, design requirements, and mockups internally then we discussed them with Erudite Works Private Limited at the start of the engagement. They gave us an estimate, and we started the project. We built the backend, and they did the frontend. The development was strictly in Salesforce.

I have worked with Erudite Works on many projects over the last few years. This most recent one was a merge of two Salesforce CRM environments after an acquisition. We have done everything from new implementations, Lightning Migrations, special projects and optimization of existing environments.

I have worked 5-6 members of the team. Most of them are developers, some of them had specializations in tools like CPQ.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

On this most recent Org Merge project, the client sent a very tight deadline four month deadline of June 1st. I could always depend on the team at Erudite to finish daily tasks to continue moving the project forward. We delivered the project two weeks early and after a couple days of HyperCare, both companies were working “business as usual” in their new combined Salesforce environments.

My style with the team is really based around communication through group chat. It’s how we work best being in separate locations. It allows for time communication. I set the tasks daily and the team completes them for the next day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This team never misses a deadline. If I need something quick, they turn it around quick. If it’s a huge project, they take every step in stride and diligently work their way toward the finish.

I can’t think of anything. They have been amazing partners and I love working with them.

It’s a growing company, so they have some growing pains, which every company will have. I would say they should keep doing what they’re doing for now since they have a pretty mature client care cycle. We’re very satisfied.
