Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of marketing and communications at FuelBuddy, a fuel distribution company. We have a B2B app where clients can place an order, and we deliver it to them.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ernstaa?
We’d grown quite a bit in the previous year; we'd started in one city and were now in 55 cities. However, we had a limited customer base and needed help with digital marketing to get more leads. We needed a cost-effective service that would give good returns.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Ernstaa does our digital marketing, focusing on reaching customers in our new locations. They’ve created a blog page to get more customer-based leads, and they generate content to help build our brand awareness, including videos.
They’ve also helped with SEO on our website and app. Ernstaa has helped modify the look and feel of our app. Additionally, the team tracks our metrics, and their main target is identifying the reach of our website and social media platforms.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve converted many customers from the leads Ernstaa has generated for us. They deliver what we ask of them, and they're good at developing new campaigns.
How did Ernstaa perform from a project management standpoint?
Some of the heavier work, like video creation, has taken longer than we’d like. However, we haven’t faced any issues with the regular campaigns. Ernstaa is able to work within our budget and provide what we’re looking for. We communicate daily with the account manager via WhatsApp and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like the content Ernstaa creates for us — their strength is creating brand awareness.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve the timelines for the video content. While the regular content is delivered efficiently, they work a little slower than we’d like for video.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to look at Ernstaa’s work and test the variety of content they create.
