I am the Managing Director and CEO of the company Falconstar Investments and take charge of Dubai, Mumbai & Surat Operations.
For what projects/services did your company hire Enroute Digital, and what were your goals?
We launch Falconstar Investments and we wanted to build presence and engagement through Digital Marketing as everything and anything revolves around Digital Marketing. These days after pandemic everyone is WFH and online for which we choose Enroute Digital to take care of Social Media, Digital PR and Content.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for vendors who have strong background in financial sector. Also we have shortlisted 3 top agencies in Mumbai based on the experience, expertise, duration of the setup, team profiles and any achievements done. We also reviewed cliental base and case studies at the time of pitch & proposals. Out of three, Enroute Digital was the only private limited company which was a trust factor as business entity. They also had a team introduction session, on google meet. We found all the team members in Enroute Digital were on an average 15+ years of experience and had won several awards for their work. This was the deciding factor to Qualify and choose Enroute among the rest.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
First, once Enroute Digital was onboarded with Falconstar Investments, we filled their business understanding questionnaire. From those questions, they identified buyer persona followed by a strategy document for social media. On the other hand, Social Content and Calendar was developed for approval. We used Google meet, trello board for day today tasks and approvals.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with 3 resources, Social Media Manager, Account Manager & Content Strategist.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The Content was excellent. We got desired outcomes of the reach and audience we were actually looking for. Enroute Digital had also helped us to get good data of leads through their personal contacts. We never paid them for this scope. It was complimentary.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had weekly calls on Google meet. Also the team was accessible and reachable to our Surat Office Staffs who were in-charge of communications and followups.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are one stop shop for all the digital requirements. They also had a very experienced creative team which we later got to know. They are truly experienced team to work with. Enroute Digital is very low profile and choosy when it comes to customers. They are unique as don't accept any business partners for me.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The efforts could have been much more effective if there would have not been pandemic situations.
