Emotive is a creative agency, powered by emotion.
Emotive is a creative agency, powered by Emotion. We exist to create brand resonance - the key factor for brands to evoke emotion, change consumer behaviour and drive long term profitability.
The Problem
The way people interact with brands has dramatically changed, but the way creative agencies approach brand communications largely hasn’t. Brands are losing their resonance as a result.
Our Purpose
Emotive creates brand resonance, the key factor for brands to evoke emotion, change consumer behaviour and drive long term profitability.
What We Do
We create, produce and distribute emotive ideas that come alive in content, experiences and advertising.
How We Do It
We combine the enduring fundamentals of storytelling and advertising with a new world Social to Scale iterative approach.
Our Values
Fearless Thinking: It’s our daily mantra and creatively liberating. Without it, we risk losing the chance to stand out and engage with an audience that in general has such limited mind space for brands.
People First: Our staff, our clients and our partners are our people and our people mean everything to us.
Have Fun: We are in the business of creating big ideas that emotionally resonate. If you are enjoying yourself whilst you work those ideas are much more spectacular so we like to keep it chilled, friendly and fun.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a former executive at a software marketing company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Emotive?
We needed help in driving brand awareness.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Emotive has been helping us to refresh our brand. They started with the core messaging and the brand pillars, including the logo and concept designs. To jumpstart the project, we gave them the market research we had.
What is the team composition?
We’ve been working with at least 3–4 members of their team at every stage of the engagement. We have different sets of experts throughout the phases of the project.
How did you come to work with Emotive?
We put out an RFP, and they made a pitch to us with a competitive bid.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $400,000 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The project has been running on time, and they’re a super collaborative team. Overall, their work has been on-point, and they’ve elevated our positioning by capturing our company from a storytelling perspective.
How did Emotive perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been excellent with project management. If there are any lapses or delays, it’s on us, not them — they’ve been fantastic. In terms of communication, we use emails, Slack, and frequent check-in meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They combine both messaging and design exceptionally well. They’re also crisp in their ability to capture us as a company, and that’s unique.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I’m super excited about their work!
Any advice for potential customers?
It’s important to get alignment with your executives.
