Our website consists of two Major user type as Buyers and Sellers, it also has a Payment module which is integrated to our account. The Trackability of the virtual services and communication channel between seller and buyer are some of the other complex modules.
They Started with a Discovery phase to document the entire flow and provided the wireframes. Post signoff, the development was started and was managed under Scrum methodology. The project manager handled the scrum cycles and made timely deliveries. We used PHP for development.

We were highly impressed by the efficiency of the team and their timely deliverables. The end-to-end process is smooth and well defined which I guess reflects their industry expertise. They keep everything well documented including the version releases. The marketplace was delivered as per the provided project plan.
They worked as a team to ensure that the product was developed up to the standards. We kept receiving guidance throughout the development process with minimal involvement. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks to the Elsner team for the wonderful job!

The project was managed as per scrum methodology. We have had biweekly meetings to review the project status and everything was explained in great detail. They used Slack for communication and Jira as a project management tool.

Elsner has been personally recommended to us. We have contacted them and were able to find common grounds on how we could approach this project with them very quickly and profesionally.

This is extremely difficult to list, as our project literally covers every aspect possible. First we have delivered our key concepts for the platforms along with the very vague requirements.
Elsner has then created design mockups according to our concept and wrote up more specific requirements. We then went back and forth until everything was perfect, at which point they have started the development.
The main deliverables were broken down into 3 different milestones and key functionalities were shared, discussed and tested inbetween those milestones. We basically discussed issues and queries every single day in our Skype chat to move forward as quickly as possible.
Main technologies used were React JS for web and Flutter for mobile with Firebase.

Basically the whole work style was based on scrum. We communicated over Skype and rarely e-mail. During the development phases we had minimum 1 call per week and in the periods after deliverables multiple calls a day.

Their work ethic and friendliness were impressive. They have always managed to find the perfect solutions for any issue very quickly.
As this project was conducted from scratch there were a lot of changes to the original concept throughout the development from our side and they have always done and changed everything exactly according to our wishes without discussion.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As I was not very familiar with all of the technologies used in this project at the start (I personally don't have an IT background) Elsner has made some decisions based on their best practices.
In retrospect it would have been good to include me more into those tech specific decisions from the very beginning. But this is mostly my fault because I have never asked them to do that during the first phase of the project. After I have expressed that wish they have included me in everything.

I’m the VP of Flying W Awards, a company that has been serving the Indianapolis and surrounding areas since 1969. We are a small family-owned and -operated business.
For what projects/services did your company hire Elsner LLC?
We hired Elsner to help us with moving our e-commerce website from Magento 1.0 to Magento 2.0. We needed someone with the experience to get the website running smoothly as quickly as possible.
What were your goals for this project?
Moving to Magento 2.0 was the main concern. We had a few custom features built into our previous website, but the company that built it is no longer in business. We needed someone who could look at what was there and redesign it to work on Magento 2.0.
How did you select this vendor?
We used Google Search and Google Reviews. After talking with an Elsner representative, we decided to give them a try and couldn't be happier with the results.

The project involved moving our web-based business from Magento1.0 to Magento 2.0.
What was the team composition?
We worked with four different developers while our website was being built, and all four were great.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
I don’t have any data yet to show the impact they’ve had on our business. However, we’ve liked Elsner enough that we’re going to continue working with them and are looking forward to seeing results in the future.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The project was set to be completed by December 2019, however, Elsner had the website completed and working properly four months earlier. Communication between us was perfect. Their team was always on time quick to reply to any questions or concerns.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We’re very impressed with Elsner. All the work was explained before starting and any questions during and after the project were answered within 24 hrs. They’re truly great to work with.
Are there any areas for improvement?
As a customer, I don’t see anything for them to improve. We were more than pleased with working with them and look forward to collaborating together on our next project!
