Our website consists of two Major user type as Buyers and Sellers, it also has a Payment module which is integrated to our account. The Trackability of the virtual services and communication channel between seller and buyer are some of the other complex modules.

They Started with a Discovery phase to document the entire flow and provided the wireframes. Post signoff, the development was started and was managed under Scrum methodology. The project manager handled the scrum cycles and made timely deliveries. We used PHP for development.

They allocated a unit of the team including The Account Manager, 2 Backend developers, 1 front end developer, An UI-UX expert, A Quality assurance team and a server expert accompanied by the project manager.

We were highly impressed by the efficiency of the team and their timely deliverables. The end-to-end process is smooth and well defined which I guess reflects their industry expertise. They keep everything well documented including the version releases. The marketplace was delivered as per the provided project plan.

They worked as a team to ensure that the product was developed up to the standards. We kept receiving guidance throughout the development process with minimal involvement. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks to the Elsner team for the wonderful job!

The project was managed as per scrum methodology. We have had biweekly meetings to review the project status and everything was explained in great detail. They used Slack for communication and Jira as a project management tool.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We’ve worked with other Digital agencies in the past but we liked Elsner most due to their well-structured team and in-depth knowledge of the industry. They’re customer focused and truly a representation of a service-based company. We were skeptical initially due to our past experience with Outsourcing but Elsner gained confidence with their working standards. I’ll highly recommend the company to anyone who’s looking for a tech partner.

I am the owner of the ARTBOX.GROUPS GmbH. We providing different platforms where upcoming artists can showcase their art to a big audience, such as for example art festivals, exhibitions and now through our new online platform ARTBOXY.

We hired Elsner to develop ARTBOXY, our new online platform for artists, completely from scratch according to our requirements. This platform has been developed for both mobile and web.

Elsner has been personally recommended to us. We have contacted them and were able to find common grounds on how we could approach this project with them very quickly and profesionally.

This is extremely difficult to list, as our project literally covers every aspect possible. First we have delivered our key concepts for the platforms along with the very vague requirements.

Elsner has then created design mockups according to our concept and wrote up more specific requirements. We then went back and forth until everything was perfect, at which point they have started the development.

The main deliverables were broken down into 3 different milestones and key functionalities were shared, discussed and tested inbetween those milestones. We basically discussed issues and queries every single day in our Skype chat to move forward as quickly as possible.

Main technologies used were React JS for web and Flutter for mobile with Firebase.

The size of the team has varied a bit throughout the past year but at any given point around 10 people were working on it.

We had a very successful launch with over 2'000 new users in the first 2 months which already create a mostly cost covering revenue stream.

Basically the whole work style was based on scrum. We communicated over Skype and rarely e-mail. During the development phases we had minimum 1 call per week and in the periods after deliverables multiple calls a day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their work ethic and friendliness were impressive. They have always managed to find the perfect solutions for any issue very quickly.

As this project was conducted from scratch there were a lot of changes to the original concept throughout the development from our side and they have always done and changed everything exactly according to our wishes without discussion.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As I was not very familiar with all of the technologies used in this project at the start (I personally don't have an IT background) Elsner has made some decisions based on their best practices.

In retrospect it would have been good to include me more into those tech specific decisions from the very beginning. But this is mostly my fault because I have never asked them to do that during the first phase of the project. After I have expressed that wish they have included me in everything.

Nila Groceries AB is an Indian online grocery store operating in Stockholm with deliveries to all main cities across Sweden. I am the CEO of this Company.

We were running our store with Magento 1.9, it was due to upgrade to Magento 2.4.3. We need to keep our customer data (more than 2000) and Products (more than 1500). We wanted to transform the platform without further burden on customers also wanted to have a professional storefront for our online customers.

We need to rebuild the e-commerce website with the existing database and the newest version of backend software (Magento 2.4.3). Upgrading from Magento 1 to 2 is a complex process and time-consuming. The project was divided into several steps Analysing the process, gathering business requirements, choosing the right platform and Theme, designing them with the business requirements, copying the existing database, creating a demo or staging website, QA, and getting satisfaction with us. Then final phase with live to public and hyper care.

After the new web design, we can see the increment in customers, visitors, and no of orders. I am analyzing through google analytics, it shows no of the time spent by customers on our site also increased. we took some random feedback from our customers, they are very happy with the new design especially easy accessible, searchable and professional design. Also, I should mention that the website loads very fast and feels like Television when switching over the pages.

It is too close to completion to give feedback yet on how the website is performing. What I can discuss is that the site looks great and far exceeded my expectations. I have something that I am proud to show thanks to Elsner and I am excited for the future of the business.

Communication with the project coordinators were great. Skype was typically used and the team was very flexible with meeting my needs to schedule calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive about working with Elsner was how responsive the team was. I would type up a page long list of changes or new ideas that I had for the website and it was always completed within the week.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the areas for improvement on this project goes both ways between myself and Elsner. I think that the original scope could have been discussed in more detail so that we didn't waste time backtracking and making changes.

We hired a company for a Magento 2.0 Upgrade. Unfortunately the upgrade was done very poor - with poor coding and alot of tasks undone. We had a lot of problems on issues like page speed, customer emails, checkout process etc.

Most important for our business was the improvement of Page Speed (Desktop from about 70 to 90 / mobil from about 35 to 60). All other tasks also were done accurate and in time.

We used skype as the basic commuincation tool and I had direct contact to the programmer as well as to the senior and junior project manager. We came all together on a regular base on meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company has great project skills, and was very committed to finish the tasks in time. The most impressive was the developer worked even on weekends and holidays.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Next time, I would not use skype as the main project and communication tool.

I’m the director of Ojas. We provide affordable health care services to individuals and actively engage technology to provide health care services.

We needed to develop a telemedicine software. We wanted to connect with patients who live in rural areas.

Elsner developed the software end to end. We initially didn’t provide them with specifications. Instead, we discussed everything about the solution with them. Their team then made suggestions for the product.

Their team discussed the project with us on a day to day basis. They suggested features and communicated how to add them as well as the potential impact of the changes. Elsner constantly made tweaks to the software.

I knew an individual who worked with Elsner to develop an application. He recommended them to me, and I liked the app’s interface and features. We had initial discussions with Elsner during which they told us about their previous engagements. We then gave them the project.

The project started in January, and it was delivered in July 2020.

As a result of the pandemic, it’s a slow start. We had a good number of successful trials. However, we haven’t used the software on a permanent basis. We’re now in the process of implementing the software on a regular basis.

In the beginning, Elsner gave us the project’s entire workflow. This meant we understood the expected deliverables. For non-technical people like myself, the explanation was simple enough for anyone to understand what to expect including for the timelines and workflow.

By appointing a person as our main contact, the project went smoothly. Our point of contact was always available.

What did you find most impressive about them?

As a customer, I initially had an idea for what I wanted to develop. During the development, my ideas changed. That meant Elsner had to make tweaks, but we already defined the project, timelines, and workflows. It can be unfair for a customer to expect changes.

Elsner, however, was extremely flexible with my changing needs. They never said a change was out of the scope of the project or our agreement. Working with them was like working with an in-house software development team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have experience working with other software providers. However, I can’t see any challenges working with them. As a customer, the biggest apprehension toward an engagement may be a service provider’s flexibility. Elsner was flexible, and I can’t expect anything more out of any service provider.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them your idea and start working on the project right away. They will be flexible enough to make changes along the way.

I’m the head of marketing and sales for a furniture company. We sell blinds and shading products. We’re primarily B2C, but also sell B2B and wholesale.

What challenge were you trying to address with Elsner Technologies Pvt Ltd?

We needed a reliable partner to help with development and SEO. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started off with a small scope, did some small trials, and eventually grew from there.

They built a couple of websites for us and did everything from design to coding. We had an idea of what we wanted for the design, which they were able to implement.

They used WordPress, WooCommerce, and Magento for development. One of the existing sites needed to be restructured while the other website was a brand-new platform they needed to build from scratch. 

They’ve been doing all of the SEO and content creation as well. There are certain elements we wanted to include in the content, and they were able to deliver.

Working with them really helped us get a return on our investment. They're a great value and the quality of their work is pretty good. If we’re not happy with something, they fix it right away.

Their customer service and communication really stand out. There’s always someone there when we need them. They’re very proactive.

I used their very basic PPC package. That didn’t perform that well which is why I canceled it. It could have been a number of factors. That’s when we first started building the site. Maybe our landing page wasn’t that good. I can’t say 100% that they didn’t optimize the ads properly. I can’t fault them.

Know what you want ahead of time. If you tell them you want a template website, they’re going to get you a template website. If you want something that’s custom-made from scratch, it’s going to be a bit better. It just depends on what you want.

Originally, we had some issues with our website and it needed to be updated. After doing that, we decided to redesign the website from scratch.

 We run on Magento, which is very technical, so we needed professional Magento experts who were able to do the job. Initially, was IT, update the system, and fixing issues with plug-ins.

Before working with Elsner Technologies Pvt Ltd, our website didn’t take many orders. Now we receive several orders per day. Now it’s covering the costs to host the site. I’m quite happy with the results.

They’re one of the best vendors we’ve worked with, especially for an off-shore team. Other companies just logged in and did the work, whereas Elsner Technologies Pvt Ltd planned everything before they started working. They said exactly what they would do and how the process would go.

We typically communicated over Skype. We discussed our ideas, and then they would come up with a proposal or mockups. Once we agreed to that, they would start working on it and it would be done in a week or so. They were very professional, and I was very impressed.

What did you find most impressive about them?                                               

Their professionalism impressed me the most. It was quite the technical project, so we worried that some developers would make a mistake in the code or break the site. I don’t have to worry over that when working with Elsner Technologies Pvt Ltd. I wouldn’t necessarily go to them for cheaper jobs though.

Not really. I was quite happy with it.

Have a good idea of what you want designed beforehand. Make sure that you’re ready to give it to their team. If you can’t tell them what you want, they can’t deliver what you need.

They perform very well. The team is on hand to offer expertise, and they give us enough time to get tasks done. Elsner Technologies usually delivers on time.

I’m the VP of Flying W Awards, a company that has been serving the Indianapolis and surrounding areas since 1969. We are a small family-owned and -operated business.

The project was set to be completed by December 2019, however, Elsner had the website completed and working properly four months earlier. Communication between us was perfect. Their team was always on time quick to reply to any questions or concerns.

We’re very impressed with Elsner. All the work was explained before starting and any questions during and after the project were answered within 24 hrs. They’re truly great to work with.
