What was the scope of their involvement?

Elsner provides us with SEO, website development, and reputation management services to support our clients. For SEO, they’re currently working on our own website, and they provide me with reports regarding SEO metrics and rankings.

As for web development, Elsner’s team helps us develop sites for our clients using WordPress and PHP. One of the sites they’ve developed is an e-commerce site for a wine retailer. That project included integrating a feature for payment processing.

Lastly, Elsner’s reputation management services focus on helping our clients have a good online presence. However, they don’t only focus on brands; they also make our client’s personal profiles look good and professional.

In addition to those three main services, Elsner has also provided support for social media campaigns, PPC, and design work. For every project, I first provide Elsner with a brief detailing what the client wants, and they come back to me with the scope of work for my approval.

How did you come to work with Elsner Technologies Pvt Ltd?

I don’t remember how I originally found Elsner. However, I know I chose them because they felt trustworthy, accountable, and professional. As a mid-size company, they had a large number of staff members, so they were also able to take over the project and do the work to a professional standard. Moreover, they were very patient with me; we liaised for months before I gave them their first project.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $15,000–$30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around July 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Elsner’s services help me serve my clients better and take on more jobs. I’ve done presentations to show the work that we’ve done, and people have been very impressed. Thus, I’m very confident in marketing our services going forward.

I’ve worked with other SEO agencies in the past, and they’ve let me down. Obviously, as a creative agency in London, we’re in a very competitive market. Still, I’ve already started receiving new work and queries due to the great SEO work done by Elsner for us. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work they’ve done for my clients and me.

How did Elsner Technologies Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Elsner has delivered everything on time and within budget. Moreover, their communication is very good, which is important. They provide us with monthly reports, and they’re always happy to discuss our SEO issues via Zoom and Skype, which is nice. We also communicate via email, and I’ve even met three people from their team in person —  they visited the UK on one occasion. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Elsner is very easygoing, amicable, and friendly while remaining formal and professional. Their team is always happy to speak with us every day, and they’re there for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if their price were more competitive because their current price is almost the same as the prices we find in the UK market. Additionally, their team needs to learn how to work together, although we’ve been improving in that regard as time goes by.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to communicate regularly and understand exactly what the contract stipulates. Reading the scope of work and briefs 2–3 times is always worth it.

I am owner of a boutique web development, maintenance and digital marketing company in Northern California.

We outsource most hands-on tech that can't be performed by a front end designer. With over 50 sites under management, we needed extra bandwidth to troubleshoot and fix various issues that arise with sites and hosting.

Their reviews were good, and they answered an initial list of questions satisfactorily, so we decided to give them a try. It turned out to be a good move.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The measurable outcomes included substantially speeding up various sites and identifying and fixing other issues that arose.

Using a project management dashboard, their team kept us informed of progress and comments/questions. We were able to easily initiate new tasks any time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Turnaround speed was impressive. Generally speaking, someone was on the task within the same 24-hour period. Plus, they almost always got the fix in place fairly quickly.
