I’m a co-founder of a fashion marketplace in Australia.
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
We had a poor-quality website and needed Elogic to fix it. Our previous service provider left the website with many issues that we tasked Elogic to fix.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Elogic fixed our Magento 2 site that had many problems. Their team first did a full code review and scoped out all of the site’s issues. For example, there were a lot of issues around the marketplace functionality. Then, Elogic fixed all the existing bugs, including the issues with our email and invoicing systems. They got into the marketplace plug-in and rewrote its logic too.
Then, their team started building out new functionalities. They worked with different modules that they also customized. Elogic rolled out new features too such as geographic exclusivity to show people who bought products in their area. Their team's still moving the product forward.
What is the team composition?
We've communicated with their CEO and work with a senior project manager. We also work with four different developers but don't speak with them much.,
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
I actually found them through Clutch. We chose Elogic because their team quickly responded, unlike other agencies. They were also keen to work on our project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve probably spent $30,000 on their services so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
It began around September 2020, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The most important metrics are the site’s speed and usability. The site was incredibly slow and Elogic made it five-times faster, which is great. They probably doubled the usability of the site if I had to put it into a metric. Their team definitely fixed the site.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
They have a can-do attitude and are super responsive. I can send them a Skype message any time of the day or night and they’ll be on it. We use email, Google Meets, and ActiveCollab to communicate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their responsiveness is their most impressive quality. They’re really on it. Other people complain about agencies burying their projects into the mix but that doesn’t happen with Elogic. Their team always responds to us and makes requests happen then and there.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I like that Elogic started on our project straight away. However, it may have been helpful for them to have provided us with a more formal onboarding process. They could've assigned a person to set out a bit more of a road map.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you have a Magento site and want quality work for a reasonable price, work with Elogic.

I’m the owner of Watches of Mayfair Australia, a luxury watches and jewelry company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
We needed someone to develop our e-commerce platform so that we could sell our products.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Elogic Commerce developed our e-commerce site using Magento 2.3. We provided specific requirements for the database and the offering that we have here in Australia in terms of the development of the price structure, calculation stacks, etc. They did integration with payment modules and our local bank.
Recently, we implemented 3D security for credit cards. This was a collaborative effort between my company, our colleagues in the UK, and Elogic Commerce.
They also assist us with ongoing website issues and problems that may arise on a day-to-day basis. They offer full support. We will work on blogs next month.

I regularly work with a senior manager and a project manager.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
They were experienced in Magento. Our colleagues in the UK used them prior, and they’d been happy with their service.

We received what we asked of them. The website is an ongoing process, and we’re working project-by-project. We’re budgeting their service up to June 2021, and then we’ll come up with a budget for the following financial year. I have not gotten any negative feedback regarding the website.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
We meet deadlines, and the communication is pretty open. If we go outside of an agreed-upon time frame, they communicate that there are unexpected problems or challenges that they need to invest more time in.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We get good quality for a reasonable price compared to the Australian market. They have enough resources to facilitate all of our requests. They also learn on the go. One example is the implementation of our bank merchant facility and a third party, ready-to-use application. They built the integration with the API from scratch. It works well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They should not stop improving themselves, but there are no specific examples of where they should improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Agree on the strategy of the implementation and the budget, and track budget versus actuals. They provide their timesheets with a breakdown of the work they perform during the month. Their billing structure is time-based — it’s not a fixed price. Potentially for some clients, it’d be beneficial to have a fixed price.

I’m the founder of Sulalat Coffee. We are a roasting company that supplies coffee and the necessary equipment to coffee shops.
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
We needed someone to help us migrate our website to Magento 2 from Magento 1 without much downtime.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Elogic Commerce helped us migrate our e-commerce site from Magento 1 to Magento 2. They also did some customization, including installing software to support Arabic writing from right to left. They put the URLs in Arabic and installed our payment gateway.
They transferred all our credentials to log in to payment services and changed our URL because we had rebranded. They also did SEO and migrated us to a new hosting service, AWS, to support Magento 2. The team tested in a test environment to ensure everything was working properly.
What is the team composition?
The project manager was our direct contact. There were frontend and backend developers, administrators, and designers on the team.

We needed help with backend e-commerce development.

Elogic has worked on at least three of our customers’ projects. The team has helped us with backend development on Magento and WooCommerce. We’re responsible for the UX/UI part and they’re responsible for the development part.
At the start of the engagement, we needed to create the technical assignment for our projects. We relied on them a lot for their backend development expertise, and together, we created the assignment which would satisfy both the design and development expectations of our customer.

Our goal was to develop a B2B webshop for the group's company which primary business area is importing and selling industrial components.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chose Elogic as our development partner because they'd had experience in web development for companies from similar industries. They also showed effective communication from the very beginning. The project estimate they prepared was very detailed and accurate (as it turned out later), even though we didn't completely define the scope at the project start.
The project started with setting up an integration between the Magento 2 platform and the company's ERP. The Elogic team copied the content of the old website and introduced a new home page design. To meet various business requirements, a range of third-party modules was installed and customized during the project.
