What challenge were you trying to address with Eleven Gates?

I hired Eleven Gates because I needed to promote my upcoming app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I wanted Eleven Gates to create a video animation for marketing purposes, and it would be put up on Google Play. They also created Lottie files for me, which were animation files similar to GIFs and GPE files.

I mainly worked with Sadariya (Founder & CEO). 

How did you come to work with Eleven Gates?

I found them via a YouTube video after searching for animated video companies. They were one of the first search results.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent $300. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from January–February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Eleven Gates accomplished the project quickly and well. Sadariya was always involved in the project. He asked and reviewed things with me, leading to good results at the end of the engagement. 

How did Eleven Gates perform from a project management standpoint?

We didn’t have a strict deadline. I asked Eleven Gates how many days they needed to finish the video, and they said it would take around three weeks. Ultimately, the project lasted for a month, but that was okay since we didn’t set a specific deadline. To communicate, we used video conferencing tools.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sadariya was highly involved and hardworking. He worked so much to achieve our goals, and that was important for me. Whatever changes we did, his efforts always complemented the project. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. Their work was almost perfect.

I’m the CEO of a gaming company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Eleven Gates?

We needed help with animations for our game.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We mainly use Eleven Gates for game animations, including introduction videos. They do video editing using Adobe After Effects, and our team works on the design and programming required for that.

They also help with the development of the game, and they’re 40%–50% responsible for its UI/UX design. For context, the game isn’t limited to iOS and Android; it also works on a web browser. Overall, they give us development guidance, though we mostly go back and forth with third-party clients for that.

We work with 3–4 people, including animators and video editors.

How did you come to work with Eleven Gates?

I first saw Eleven Gates on LinkedIn. We then went to their website and saw that they did good work, so we hired them.

We’ve spent around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2017, and the engagement is ongoing. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Eleven Gates is creative. I only have to tell them what kind of theme we need, and they can do everything from there. 

How did Eleven Gates perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is great. For timelines, we can’t always meet the deadlines, but that’s normal in a creative process. Meanwhile, they use Slack to communicate with us. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I need creativity in each project, and Eleven Gates is creative — that’s why I stick with them. Other providers only work to meet the deadlines, but I don’t want to complete a project with just the deadlines in mind.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve their speed.

Push Eleven Gates hard. If you push hard, they'll give you great results.

My company Miracle Lens is a film production house and we hire graphic houses for various graphic projects. I am the Co-founder of my company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Eleven Gates?

We had approached Eleven gates for the complete execution of an infographic for one of our clients. From storyboarding, animation and final delivering the video.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Deciding factors were the previous projects done by them. Also, we had taken a small test on a dummy project which they did very well.

This was an infographic project. The various stages were: After sending the final script we received some style frames from Eleven gates the way they will approach the video. After approving them final storyboard is been made. Final iterations were given to eleven gates.

They send us the final storyboard before beginning with the animation Final approval on the storyboard and voiceover is given to Eleven gates We received the final animation of the whole film in a very quick time

I was only in touch with the owner Mr Hiral which made it much easier for us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The client loved the film a lot and now we are in talks for another infographic project with them.

Very smooth and very swift

We were impressed by the project's quick turnaround time.

Nothing as of now.
