We have our foundation focused on GIS and the coordination of the cable and pipeline process at infrastructural projects. From this specialism, we have introduced pioneering technology for field staff and are now working on GIS for the entire industry. I am Head of Marketing Communications of the company.

One of our platforms had to be rebuilt to meet our functional and design requirements.

Design & development and integration of new application to excisting platform, based on requirement input from GOconnectIT.

What was the team composition?

1 Projectmanager, 1 lead developer, 3 developers, 1 designer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

1 year after going live, the number of requests processed via the platform has doubled and the number of leads has risen sharply.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Very good project management. Good communication and deadlines where met. They offered good solutions and alternatives for unexpected issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Quality of development, creative thinking, communication, flexibility.

Documentation for new team members.

I’m the webmaster and product owner at a regional broadcast station in the Netherlands. We deliver news and information through a variety of platforms. I manage all of our digital content.

For what projects/services did your company hire Elastique b.v. ?

We hired Elastique b.v. to help us create a new online environment for our regional broadcast news station.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a clean design and easy-to-use interface that would help us prepare for future changes in the online media industry.

How did you select this vendor?

Elastique b.v. is a household name in the broadcast industry. We chose them because of their experience and excellent track record.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They built a new website and developed a hybrid app for us. Their team also created a cloud-based environment for our existing newsroom system. They then connected our system to the CMS of the site. 

What was the team composition?

We had a project manager who liaised with several developers, designers, and QA testers. Their developers specialized in frontend, backend, iOS, and Android development.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Although we have the same capabilities, many of our processes are now much easier and quicker. We’re also in a better position to update our website and app. The environment that they created gives us the flexibility to make changes much more rapidly. We feel like nothing is impossible.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They developed our system using Scrum sprints with me serving as the product owner. We communicated daily, and they invited me to each sprint meeting. Their developers recorded every step of the process in Jira.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was happy with how accessible their developers were. Also, their team is highly skilled.

There’s nothing that I can think of right now.
