I’m the president of a leather wallet retailer company. We’ve been dedicated to selling wallets for the last 11 months, switching our production over to Italy.

What challenge were you trying to address with HEXIIM Marketing?

We needed help with our advertising efforts because our company rebranded 11 months ago.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our collaboration with HEXIIM Marketing mainly revolved around Facebook advertising, Google marketing, and digital marketing. We provided content, and they suggested the changes to it. For example, I gave them some three or four-minute videos, and they edited them into 15 and 30-second snippets to make them more appealing. They also edited images whenever they found it necessary. While these edits weren’t their primary focus, they’d take care of it to make the ads perform better.

We mainly worked with two people. A third would occasionally jump in to do any content editing and ask for us for any specifics.

We saw a positive ROI, and HEXIIM Marketing provided the reports we wanted to see, including bounce rates, cost per click, click-through rate, and so on. In the beginning, we tested them for almost two months; our ROI used to be at 1.5, and their team was able to find the right type of content for our audience and improved our ROI to 4–5 consistently, depending on the season. They also have a performance guarantee where they won't accept payment if they don’t perform at a certain level.

We had daily contact through chat, and they’d provide constant information about content, ads, and such.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were confident about themselves and what they were doing. I’ve worked with agencies like this before, and HEXIIM Marketing stands out with their trust. They don’t require a lot of back-and-forths and get their work done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At the beginning of our collaboration, we were a little less satisfied with their work. We had a tight budget, so we were worried about the testing and our ROI. We wanted better results and were thinking about stopping their work. However, they assured us that it was a normal part of the process. In the end, everything was great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate with them as much as you can. Sometimes, we’d spend days without replying to them, and they’d send reminders. Because of this, things can get out of hand, which was entirely our fault.

We needed a website asap and needed help with finding the right design for us. They presented us many different design. One day after we chose the first design, they started creating our website and it was finished within 4 days. We will launch the 100% final version by end of the month once we internally have everything lined up from our side.

We will review the SEO results within the first few months. We are very happy with the design of our website, their team are very professional and made each update and change to the website which we requested

Very good, they did almost all the work and needed some main information including content, branding info etc

We appreciate the speed and quality of their work. We needed the website done asap and they managed to do this

I prefer communication via whatsapp the most because I am used to this, we didn't use this with them, but I understand that whatsapp is not the best for company communication

For digital marketing in Europe. Our goals were to increase our revenue by x4 because we knew there was alot potential with digital marketing

Firstly they released 2 videos and 3 images for facebook ads. Additional point, they helped us to optimise our shop funnel so it increases our conversion rate

We reached a very high return on ad spend within the first month of facebook ads running, the return was 7x This resulted in us being out of stock for most of our products, as we only had about 12, but we soon scaled our budget more because the results were very profitable

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Every 2 weeks we had a video meeting to discuss current outcomes and sharing ideas. They even met us in person a couple times during our colaboration. This was great before we needed to close our shop due to corona stopping our manufacturing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The certainty in their expertise because they are the only agency I have seen which offers performance guarantee. This is only possible if you are 100% about your service delivery. They have guaranteed great performance and delivered it successfully.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At first I wished they would use our microsoft teams, but their choices of Slack/Google Chat proved to be better options
