Blue Sky
Blue Sky is a sophisticated workflow management tool designed to centralize communication traffic between company members and customers. To accomplish this task we created a mobile application which covers mobilization, communication and organization needs between an administrator and staff members of event agencies, beauty centers, and many others.

TechInspect
SquarePeg Software Ltd provides its clients from Australia, Thailand, New Zealand, and Great Britain with vehicle inspection software. When we had an intro to the project their software worked only on Windows Mobile 6.5 platform. SquarePeg team came to the conclusion that they need to make their product compatible with more popular mobile platforms if they want to be up to date, keep the clients' loyalty and meet their target audience needs.
We provided them with an Android and iOS app that is now a working tool used by hundreds of thousands of SquarePeg clients on a daily basis. Thus, we have done our best to make it as adaptable and easy-to-use as possible by optimizing the user experience. The users' positive feedback has proved that we have really succeeded. This project started in January 2014. We currently continue our fruitful cooperation with SquarePeg by providing them technical support and developing new features for their product.

BlastOut App
BlastOut is a B2B app that allows visitors share interesting photos within selected event and in current geo-location. User can make comments on images, create own ones, connect with each other and swipe contacts for networking. Very useful in breaking the ice and makes it easy and fun to meet new people.

ManyWho
ManyWho asked us to help them create native Android and iOS (iPhone/iPad) application. The complex development solution was provided and development team assigned to perform mobile development, design creation, QA testing and project management. The key challenge was in dynamic UI development, which means taking generated objects and generating the actual UI for iOS and Android. All screens are generated “on-the-fly”, so the purpose of this application is to generate the controller layout based on the object descriptions coming back from the ManyWho engine. If the user selects a button action, this will prompt the view to execute the engine and re-render the newly generated UI based on the objects returned.

Event App
The client provided event attendees with access to their personalized schedules and set meetings via the web application which had a couple of weaknesses:
- usage of the application via tablet or laptop was difficult due to the bad Internet connection in hotels and conference centers
- the application design wasn’t mobile responsive, so drop-down menus were difficult to read
Seeking to resolve existing problems, improve service provision, and meet clients needs, the client requested us to deliver iOS and Android applications to them.

Idencia
Our client was Idencia - a US-based world leader using RFID technology in the precast concrete industry. It provides infrastructure manufacturers with a system for tagging and tracking concrete and steel structures.
The Idencia initially had an RFID-based Windows desktop and mobile app. When they realized how necessary it was to keep up with technological trends, they decided to transfer their RFID information tracking system to a web and Android applications.

Smart Tracker
SmartTracker is B2B cross-platform application that helps to track the movement of workers. Shows the location, speed and service information. Also you can send check-in or photo to capture certain places or panic in case of trouble. App was developed for three platforms: iOS, Android and WinPhone. Additionally APK file was converted to the Blackberry mobile app.

Traffic Live CH
Traffic Live CH is a mobile application that provides information about danger zones and traffic disruption on the roads and highways of Switzerland. Users can see precise indications of time lost in traffic jams, changes of the situation and revocations. App provides the possibility of creating a profile by selecting the cantons and highways of your choice, moreover, messages (push, APNS) are configurable as well. You are always up to date in real time about what is happening on the roads and can easily choose what way is best to drive. This service is offered by Delta Information Services.
We created new UI scheme and graphical designs and assigned dedicated development team to perform production.

Screen And Rent
The Screen & Rent system helps improve efficiency, manage risk, reduce costs and increase revenue by delivering comprehensive data, advanced analytics and rental recommendations. For consumers, Screen & Rent provides the tools, resources and education to help manage their credit and achieve their financial goals. It is through efforts like these that Screen & Rent is assisting the rental community in mitigating risks and identifying opportunities at each stage of the resident lifecycle.

TETHER
The app offers the innovative “tethering” to the top global music charts and media stations in real time and gives a full access and control over all music sources. Users can listen to the top world charts and radio stations, watch the video, save in playlist and download favorite songs, create and share playlists, sort their best music on the own music wall. TETHER is available on the App Store.

eyeSafe
The key challenge was to create tracking app for web passwords from scratch to work across iOS and Android platforms. Starting with branding we’ve made a research and created app design concept to meet functional requirements of the client and be appealing to users, taking into account their experiences using similar apps, needs, and expectations for improvement. Xamarin.Forms was chosen as a solution for cross-platform performance, that helped us to minimize development time and deliver application faster ready for launch.

EGO Creative Innovations helped us to win a pitch by creating a stunning app prototype. They created a prototype of the MVP requested by our client, and also managed to implement it in a way that allowed the project to be further expanding without rewriting its business logic. And all of that was done with minimum technical requirements, DoDs, and documentation from the client.

Throughout our partnership, and this project in particular, EGO has helped us deliver beautiful and performant mobile applications for our clients.
How did you select EGO Creative Innovations?
We have known the CEO of EGO Creative Innovations Eugene for a very long time and worked with his team before while at other companies. They have demonstrated expertise in software development, flexibility, and they excel at communication and project management methodologies. It was natural to use them for this project (and others since).
Describe the project in detail.
The project was a brand-new and highly complex mobile application with over 200 screens and many third-party API integrations. We needed a highly polished UI/UX, and flawless implementation - both of which EGO helped us deliver. Further, they helped us with QA, project management and business consulting at a very high level.
What was the team composition?
We have worked with a lot of their team already. During the last two projects, they had teams of 6+ people involved, including project manager, team lead, UI/UX experts, developers (front end, back end, mobile development), and QA specialists.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The EGO UX/UI team that a critical help during the initial client pitch, beating the incumbent software consulting company. We then together delivered the phase 1 MVP that was evaluated by the client so positively we won two further phases, and have become their new preferred software vendor.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communicating with the company’s project managers is always a pleasure. We know we can always speak candidly with their team, and troubleshoot any issues with them. They are always focused on the transparency of the team’s work, on-time delivery, and strict coding standards.

So far very happy with their knowledge, skill set, and professionalism. Always there to help and also did a great job with not much help needed to get the job done. They asked the right questions and offered good recommendations along the way

I took care of all the project management using Trello, which is not their preferred method of project management but they adapted well to the not so perfect situation.

How easily they were to get started with. Within a week, the senior devon our project was already writing code and providing recommendations on how to make things better

I am a CEO of the consulting company in Tokyo, Japan. Our company worked on a mobile application development for consumer service here in Japan but eventually global service.
For what projects/services did your company hire EGO Creative Innovations, and what were your goals?
We wanted to develop a pilot model of the application as teaser for the investors to raise the foundation to start the actual development. The challenge for our team and EGO was that both teams were not familiar about developing such application system before. Also, not only the language barrier, but also we needed to learn some technical impressions of the features for the applications.
So we had discuss about the details numbers of times through video calls or emails to clarify the issues.
How did you select EGO Creative Innovations and what were the deciding factors?
We found EGO through a friend of mine, who works with them in Japan market before. The reference from the friend is one of the best ways and trust worth it based on my experience.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
As we started to build the application, EGO shared us the list of queries that require for developing the test model. We answered the queries and start to hold the video calls to discuss about what kind of application that we want. Gradually our team and EGO team to develop the basic form of the application. EGO team shared with us the numbers of applications images and we gave feedbacks after the review.
EGO team and our team basically went through these sessions for several months, then EGO team successfully finalized the pilot type as we requested.
How many resources from the EGO Creative Innovations team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project manager worked on the project with us and another marketing manager helped sometimes to follow up if they would like to clarify the queries.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our project is still test model and before showing off at the cloud funding system. On the other hand, our team is very satisfied with the test model that EGO team developed for us so far and we would like to brush it up with EGO team from now on.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We communicated through Emails and Zoom. Also EGO team provided us the application images in PDF files so we can easily make comments on it if need. Development phase took about three to four months. Meanwhile, we exchanged the numbers of communications through emails and zoom calls to follow up pending items for the test model.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Even we are not mature about the technical language of application development, EGO team developed the test model from the early stage of the development. Their knowledge and development skills were beyond our expectation level.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
In terms of sample pictures of products or shops that we set on the test model, perhaps EGO can add more variety of it so we can see how it looks different. At the same time, this is something our team can work on it with EGO team for the future project.
As a result of EGO Creative Innovations' actions, the company has secured a partnership with its target client. The team is always communicative, straightforward, and committed. They maintain high standards in every output. Customers can expect exceptional engagement with them.
