For what projects/services did your company hire Edgebound, and what were your goals?
Our ecommerce was approximately 8 years old and was in a version that did not allow us to evolve, we made the decision to update the version of HCL commerce to the latest one, which implied a challenge at the infrastructure level, it was to change from VM to Docker. Here we managed to migrate 4 virtual stores in the latest technology and supported under Redhat Openshift

After having many problems with the installation, Edgebound managed to make the necessary configurations to launch the ecommerce tool in a short time

The project had the scope of the installation of the virtual test and production store, from the configuration of the environments to the live output.

After going live, we managed to increase the conversion rate we had and we managed to be on a totally updated and new platform.

The knowledge that the Edgebound team was very broad and covers the different disciplines to be able to cover a comprehensive project, which starts from the generation of the strategy to the implementation and support in processes.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. Together with the Edgebound team, work sessions were held to do the initial survey. A weekly follow-up was carried out giving status and progress of the project. In addition to a steering committee where strategic situations were raised so that informed decisions could be made based on the suggestions.
