AtlasCopCo: Industrial Equipment Store from Canada
The great people from Atlas Copco Canada reached out to us. They were having a problem with the product page. Upon careful investigation, we found and immediately fixed the problem but in the process, we uncovered other issues (add to cart for example was not always functional).
We made two proposals, one to fix their current website, and the other one to create a new site from scratch and they chose the latter.
We built the site from scratch again, optimized their catalog data, used only best practices and very little custom coding. Now the site is working great and the client had their first-ever sale as well!
Once this was done we built email marketing automation flows.
Now, we're in the process of syncing up SAP and Shopify and we're going to tackle more interesting projects together!

Email Marketing Automation for Non-Alcholic Drinks
We started working with the company on some usability fixes for the website's frontend and soon realized there was very little email marketing automation behind the store. We've built personalized email flows in Klaviyo for New Subscribers, Site, Browse, Cart and Checkout Abandoners, New Customers, and User Generated Content. We're now in talks with the client to expand the journey on their Hong Kong business

The journey started with us reviewing the website as it was struggling to get results. Upon closer inspection, we found underlying issues that led us to recommend moving to a fresh new theme. Within 4 weeks the client was on a new theme with email automation and the results started showing with the first great holiday sales. We then started doing site optimization and maintenance tasks and started pushing traffic to the website. It's been growing ever since.

They delivered all email flows within the agreed period of time. The team took the time to explain what they had created and also allowed us to provide feedback which was actioned very quickly and effectively.

I’m the CEO of a company that sells maple syrup all over the world. We’re in 6–7 countries, and most of our sales come from supermarket chains.

We hird eCommerce Today for their SEO and web development services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
eCommerce Today has worked on our SEO campaigns. We’ve also asked them to upgrade our themes. Everything is done through Shopify, where they’ve done design work and revamped the entire website. On top of that, they’ve done monthly email marketing campaigns for me, too. I’ve also hired them to maintain the website for a year while also assisting in our social media efforts.

The keywords we’re targeting are maple syrup and maple. Our ranking for maple has increased from 53 to 35, or 18 spots higher than before. Maple syrup is up by two spots, while maple syrup Canada is up by 53 spots.
Overall, eCommerce Today has met my expectations, and I’m truly satisfied with their work. The team has been truly forthcoming and transparent in terms of what they can do for us. They’ve successfully improved our SEO and fixed bugs on our website. They’ve also upgraded our themes in a relatively short amount of time for a limited amount of money.

The communication was excellent. As I explained above, they sent us screenshots, exchanged emails for every clarification or new information, explanation. Google meeting was another way that we used for communication. The phone was available anytime I/them needed. Everything was done, very well, in a short time.

Working with eCommerce-Today was over the expectations, form all points of view: Communication, Professionalism, Knowledge, Work Value, Respect of the Time Frame of the project. Unique - The quality of their work and their desire, to be sure, that I will manage/understand all the changes, materialized in a virtual meeting. Beside all of these, the price was fair, especially that they did more that was necessary and more than other companies did before them.

I selected them through Shopify Experts. The deciding factor was the follow up from Stefan after I had decided to take a step back and not have anything done. He emailed me and very kindly explained all that they could do for me and gave me the cost. he was very professional, not pushy and kind.

There were emails back and forth during both projects from start to finish. Prior to the finish of both projects, they had me review the end results. At the end of the Storefront project, both Stefan & Andreea set up a video call to take me through the new design with explanations on each feature. Stefan set me up with Andreea who was the Account Manager for each project.

The site is much more user friendly and the design is more modernized and up to date. The email marketing set up will help to entice the customers to purchase. It is too soon to give feedback on anything more as I am still in the process of adding products to my storefront. I do have Andreea helping me at this time with the setting up of my Social Media Accounts

Both Stefan and Andreea communicated with me from start to finish. They were ahead of schedule on both projects and each project was completed in a timely manner. Any questions I may have or have are always answered promptly with thorough explanations,

I can not say there is just one thing that impressed me about this company. I was impressed with the quick back and forth communication from both Stefan & Andreea, the ample explanations on ongoing, their web design skills, the email marketing platform and the quick turnaround time for each project.
