We needed help migrating from Magento to Shopify.

We needed help improving our online presence.

The eComIntegrate team has helped us improve our online presence by developing our site, creating content, and managing ad campaigns. We continue to expand the project as we grow.

I am the head of eCommerce and Marketing for a company that deals with the fluid power industry. Our primary focus is the manufacturing and supply of hydraulic components like hose assemblies. Within this scope, we also provide brewery hose assemblies to the beer industry.

We hired eComIntegrate to help us hone in on our goals, strategy, and execution plan on our eCommerce sites. Once the foundation edified, they developed several Google Ads campaigns with intricate aspects to ensure we were able to reach our audience in an efficient manner.

eComIntegrate came highly recommended from several people in various industries. The deciding factors to move forward with them were many, but two of them stood out above all:
1. The level of transparency and how the technical terms were explained to us in ways that made sense to us.

The scope of work included digital strategy planning, website re-platforming, launching a new Shopify store, SEO, and PPC campaigns. The work is still ongoing as eComIntegrate is a key part of what we do by assisting us with our Google campaigns, SEO, and updates. The process involved identifying our compatibility, learning more about our industry, breaking down our industry into segments, creating a plan, executing the plan.
After that, the follow up was key to ensuring it was a well oiled machine - regular updates and tweaks to our campaigns and site.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Keith has been our main contact, but over time we have worked with several of his staff, and they have always been very helpful and knowledgable.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Over the last 3 years, year over year with several eCommerce stores, we have seen anywhere from 150% to 450% growth in revenue. eComIntegrate does exactly what they say they do: They help companies sell online.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The communication and management have been top-notch. Everything is communicated in a very transparent manner and any questions that we may have had were answered in a very timely manner. Having a direct line to immediate support from the company was the icing on the cake.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The personal level of care that this team has for us is what is most impressive of all. The can-do attitude and the amount of pride they take in their work speaks volumes about what they do, and they do it all very well.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only area that I see room for improvement is growing their reach and bandwidth by expanding to more locations and duplicating their team. More businesses need to experience the same level of service and growth that we've been able to get since we began to work with eComIntegrate.
