I’m the manager of business development at a roofing and restoration company. We do commercial and residential roofing along with water mitigation and exterior remodeling. 

What challenge were you trying to address with EAM Solutions Online?

We wanted to get ourselves branded and for that brand to be more well known to help generate some leads for our team. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their main goal is to showcase our story and brand and assist us in helping our prospective clients find us a lot easier. That includes enabling us to have a clear and concise brand from the website they built for us. They were in charge of developing and designing our platform. Moreover, the EAM Solutions team integrated pictures, color schemes, and more to the site.

Some of their other deliverables involved coaching what we need for the website and topics we need to blog about. Apart from giving us suggestions on what we need to add to our Facebook and website, they’ve taken over the SEO work for us. That includes backlinking and other services that can help make our website more prominent in Google and other search engines.

Moreover, they also produce marketing videos. Overall, the branding will be supported by other sources such as t-shirts and hats while being able to utilize the same colors, logos, and style in our collaterals.

I only deal with Omar (Certified Digital Business Consultant), but I’m sure he has other people working in the background. 

How did you come to work with EAM Solutions Online?

I found them through a networking group. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $2,500 on our first month, and it’s a little more than $1,600 every month thereafter. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in August 2020, and it’s an ongoing engagement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We measure their impact based on how many visits we’re getting to our Google and Facebook. Additionally, we also look at the number of site visits and measure how many leads we get from the platform. In all the metrics I’ve mentioned, we’ve seen tremendous growth. EAM Solutions has been able to help us with our needs and expand its services in order to improve our SEO. 

How did EAM Solutions Online perform from a project management standpoint?

EAM has tracking software that lines up what they’re going to do and when they’re going to do it. Moreover, they also get down to the tactical and technical aspects of each deliverable. That way, they don’t just simply show us that they’re going to complete a website, but they break an output down into phases and how they’re going to accomplish it. 

Since we only have one point of contact, we’ve been pretty clear and concise with our communication. It has also allowed us to efficiently ask questions and have them answered by only one person. Overall, it’s a good thing that we don’t need to ask 3–4 people just to ask questions because that can lead to a lot of back and forth. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication skills and wealth of ideas have been impressive. We also appreciate that EAM didn't just focus on finishing our website, but they've really considered our branding. The ideas that they’ve developed outside the website have been pretty awesome. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

If there’s a way we can speed up on things it’ll be great for us even if it’s probably going to cost more.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Come prepared with all the pictures and videos that are going to demonstrate what you do for your clients. Try to have descriptions of everything you can do — have it written out and ready to go. That way, EAM Solutions can have a clear and concise idea of what you do in order to broadcast it effectively to the world. 

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Esthetics Dental Studio, located in Cypress, Texas. We are a full service crown and bridge laboratory. We create quality dental restorations for dentist. We have a team of 12 dental technicians who all work under a microscope and use modern technology along with traditional techniques to create high quality restorations.

For what projects/services did your company hire EAM Solutions Online?

We have had several people create or redo our website over the last 9 years. We met Omar for our free consultation with EAM Solutions and we knew then that he was going to be the right person to redo our website.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create more traffic on our website as well has increase the number of inquiries for our service. We also wanted to be able to move up to the first page when people search for our services.

How did you select this vendor?

I received a request to connect with EAM Solution on Alignable. It just so happened we had just started to look for website designers, so we reached out to EAM Solutions. Omar called us back right away and set up a free consultation to evaluate our current websites KPI as well as see what our goals for the website were.

Omar was very polite and professional and truly tried to understand our needs. Other website designers that we had been referred to or found online, either didn't return our phone calls/emails or impress us. Omar really impressed us with his professionalism as well has him showing us our KPI's.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we agreed on EAM Solutions, Omar started the discovery process with a questionnaire that seemed to be similar and repetitive to questions we answered in our free consultation.

This seemed at first a bit annoying, but after understanding the process it made perfect sense! The questionnaire truly helped Omar to understand our business and our needs. He was happy to explain the process the whole way.

The next step was a rough draft of the website outline and the writing to go along with it. After our feedback on the writing and setup we were able to see a draft of the website after a few weeks, in which we discussed changes and suggestions on our weekly call. When all our changes were made, we had one final revision to look over the website before it went live.

Omar was very accommodating and understanding through the whole process and always went over and beyond.

I worked only with the owner, Omar. I was made aware that he does have other team members that would assist me if needed after the project was done.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website traffic was has been up over 100% each month so far. we have received phone calls from dentist and have complemented us on how well our website looks. We have been able to interact immediately with dentist looking at our website and have been able to get some promising leads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our schedule can sometime be a bit crazy and does not always allow for the time constraints put for us to complete our tasks, but EAM was very understanding and worked with our schedule which made the process easy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with the research and KPI's that were presented to us to show what needed improvements before we started our new website. The professionalism and always going over and beyond really impressed us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

you may want to see your finish product faster, but trust the process! Everything was explained clearly throughout the whole process and we knew exactly what we were getting. I couldn't say I would change anything.

I’m the president and founder of an organization that provides virtual assistance and companionship to senior citizens.

We hired them to build a website and assist with SEO. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided a number of services. They began by developing a new website for us and provided another large update of it after the launch of the initial site. This included back- and frontend development. They integrated our site with Stripe. 

After, their team provided SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services. They ran ads on Facebook and Google. Their team also managed content creation and contributed articles to assist with link-building efforts and keyword research. 

Additionally, they integrated software for us that gives us access to corporate portals for our nursing home and care company partners.

We’ve spent between $15,000-$18,000 in total. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began our ongoing engagement in the fall of 2018. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Anecdotally, we’ve received positive feedback from users and business partners. We didn’t get a great ROI, but we’re a B2B organization. Some of the SEO tactics we used weren’t effective for our product. We got a lot of traffic, but our conversion rate wasn’t great. 

How did EAM Solutions Online perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been amazing in regard to project management. They helped us work out several payment plans for each project. Omar’s communication with us was excellent. He always got back to us quickly and gave clear, precise answers. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

He’s very personable. I’ve worked with other vendors in the past, but I wasn’t able to build as strong of a relationship with them. They’re flexible and accommodating.

I can’t think of anything.

Every business is different. However, they’re a great company that will work with you and do a great job.
