EAG is a full-service advertising agency
Our market is constantly changing. Our audiences are becoming more demanding and harder to captivate. In recent years, the advent of cable television networks, the Internet, smart phones, video games, iPods, and satellite TV and radio have empowered consumers with endless viewing and listening choices. Unfortunately, these technological advances have rendered traditional advertising strategies obsolete, fragmented audiences, and made it harder than ever to attract and retain target markets. As a result, the need for a revolutionary new marketing approach that utilizes a broad spectrum of integrated marketing communications has never been greater. EAG understands these challenges and has proven techniques and results to ensure that your company remains top of mind. Although EAG has created integrated marketing campaigns for a wide array of General Market and U.S. Hispanic products, services and industries, we understand that our ability to connect with your target market on an emotional level is instrumental in determining the overall success of your brand. This enables EAG to leverage the latest, most cost-effective and profitable methods of generating unprecedented recognition, loyalty and revenues, including print, broadcast, online, electronic, outdoor, and direct response television (DRTV) advertising.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president and CEO of an adult training education provider.
What challenge were you trying to address with EAG?
We needed their team to promote one of our newest demo offerings through digital marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve initially discussed our marketing goals and present metrics with EAG’s team, and they’ve helped us finalize tailored campaign ideas and strategies to address our needs. Following EAG’s suggestion, we’ve decided to deploy an email marketing campaign to reach out to our target audience. We’ve then gone through rounds of feedback sessions before launching the campaign.
What is the team composition?
We work with four resources from EAG, including Willy (President) and Pascal (Creative Director).
How did you come to work with EAG?
Willy was a long-time friend of mine, and I saw how his team has grown over the years. I didn’t hesitate to reach out to him when it felt right to entrust my marketing needs to his company.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $2 million–$3 million at this point.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our long-term engagement with EAG dates back to January 1995.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our main success metrics for EAG’s performance are the quantity and quality of the leads they produce. I can confidently say that they’ve exceeded our expectations by significantly increasing our enrollment rate. They devise marketing strategies that work well for our business.
How did EAG perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate via weekly Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings. EAG is a proactive and feedback-oriented partner that utilizes a systematic workflow to deliver our needs on time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
EAG puts a lot of effort into building strategies and executes them seamlessly to ensure the success of our campaigns. They’re not a lightsome provider that relies heavily on luck or hope.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t point out anything that needs improvement. They’ve consistently met our needs and standards, and I won’t hesitate to engage them again for future projects.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Set clear expectations and plan each campaign ahead of time.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the chief development officer for an insurance company; we sell health and life insurance products.
What challenge were you trying to address with EAG?
We were trying to create a more serious branding for our business that could put us in the upper level for the consumer.
What was the scope of their involvement?
EAG has been doing branding for us. They came in with what we had already and then went through a creative process to rebrand it using our same name, but with a revamp of the visuals to make it more mainstream and for a broader audience. They also make digital radio billboards, TV commercials, logo design, and other marketing efforts from the creation to the execution.
What is the team composition?
We started working with three people who worked on strategy, creative direction, and media placements. After that, we increased the team to around ten people who put everything together.
How did you come to work with EAG?
They found us. They came to our office and pitched us a proposal. We chose EAG because they were persistent, and I convinced my team that they were the direction we needed to go in.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $3 million–$4 million with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They help us tweak our identity so that we’re better received by the general public, which helps us increase our brand awareness and general business growth. They keep everything clean, simple so people can know exactly what we do. In addition to that, the commercial they did for us won an award — it was a total hit.
Overall, we’ve grown 27%–33% since we started working with them.
How did EAG perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very hands-on and on point with communication and scheduling — their team keeps us on task all the time. In terms of communication, we use email, text messages, and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their overall vision of what we can do for our business and their way to make it happen are outstanding. They deliver on everything they promise and have a good pulse of the market we’re trying to get into. They also take the time to understand what we do, how we do it, and how to make our business more attractive for several demographics.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’re good all around.
Any advice for potential customers?
Have a clear vision of where your brand is and where you want it to be. Also, let their team do their thing, and don’t try to micromanage them; we’ve trusted their ability to deliver, and that’s been working great for us.

Lead Generation & Marketing for Cosmetology School
"They don’t give up and are very persistent."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an executive at a cosmetology school.
What challenge were you trying to address with EAG?
We needed help with lead generation and development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
EAG is handling nine of our locations. They’ve developed various marketing strategies for our company, including direct response advertising, positioning advertising, and digital marketing. They are also implementing and monitoring our plans, and they improve them as we move down the road.
EAG is constantly evaluating our cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rate. We’ve given them access to our reporting system so they can analyze our statistics.
Additionally, EAG has helped us put up ads on our social media pages. They also set up remarketing and tracking cookies on our website. Aside from that, they’ve implemented direct response advertising on TV and radio, created billboard ads, and helped us promote over 200 events a year.
What is the team composition?
I work with William (President), an advertising director, a copywriter, an artist, and an internet manager.
How did you come to work with EAG?
William had been trying to work with us for years, but I declined because I didn’t need an agency. However, I found out they could put out a package that meets our needs, so I hired them.
How much have you invested witth them?
On average, we spend over $50,000 a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around 2000, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
EAG has brought down our overall CPL from $200 per lead to below $100. The conversation rate we are looking for is an 85% appointment rate from initial inquiries, a 50% show rate on appointment promises, a 35% enrollment rate from appointment shows, and no more than a 12% attrition rate after enrollment — EAG meets all our goals.
How did EAG perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate through phone calls, in-person meetings, Zoom calls, and emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
EAG has an old-school mentality — they don’t give up and are very persistent. William has requested access to our system so he can read reports about conversion rates, and he took the time to read and react to our numbers. If our lead cost spikes at a particular moment, he’ll be worried about it.
I’ve dealt with other agencies where they only displayed good work at the start, but it went downhill from there. That’s not what I got from EAG. William is for real, and he drills into the points that matter. He’s tenacious, old school, and follows the numbers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything. I like what EAG is doing for our company.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Share your metrics with their team so they’ll have the same targets as you.
