Amazon Sales Success: Fiber Cables Direct
The Challenge
Fiber Cables Direct provides a range of fiber optic cables to B2B clients across government, education, healthcare, and more. With over a million cables in stock and 15 years in business, they came to eAccountable with an established consumer base and a strong brand presence.
Despite their in-demand products, Fiber Cables Direct struggled to optimize their Amazon presence, leading to a lag in sales.
Limited FBA storage was their greatest challenge.
Their inventory capacity was further hurt by low-performing products—which not only consumed valuable real estate, but also led to additional storage fees.
eAccountable implemented a multi-faceted plan to help Fiber Cables Direct increase their sales.
Optimized FBA Inventory
- Identified the top-performing and low-performing products currently in FBA inventory
- Removed products that weren’t selling and replaced them with the top 20 bestsellers
- Maximized the inventory limit for each best-selling product
Improved Discoverability
- Refined bullet organization and A+ content for more robust product descriptions
- Improved leaf nodes for greater product discoverability during browsing
- Updated business pricing to reward B2B buyers for bulk orders
- Better coordination with Amazon reps to address low IDQ scores
- Stronger Amazon Advertising
The Results
- Improved product turnover to expand FBA capacity by 68,000 units (+1360%)
- +2,008 more units listed in 30 days
- 370 more orders placed and 849 buy box wins in 30 days
- Higher B2B Sales
- With a +1360% increase in FBA limits and a new B2B pricing structure, sales improved drastically:
- B2B sales increased +23% ($60k) YoY
- 600 more units were sold
- Total sales spiked 14%
- IDQ Scores lifted from the low 60’s to over 85
- Improved IDQ scores made listings rank stronger and become more searchable

1,232% Q4 YoY Revenue Growth with Email
Through proper management and enhancement of Nature’s Mace email marketing channel on Klaviyo, eAccountable successfully drove 1,232% year over year revenue growth in Q4, growing their email channel from 1% to 17% of their total revenue.
The Challenge
At the time we took over their email marketing channel, their account was running basic email automations like a Welcome Flow and Cart Abandonment Flow with limited touchpoints in each and using a basic creative layout. We knew their automations and campaigns had an untapped potential to drive more conversions with a few purposeful changes on Klaviyo.
What We Did
To fully maximize Nature’s Mace email marketing potential, we utilized our Klaviyo expertise and made a few strategic changes that immediately made a huge difference, resulting primarily in a positive impact on revenue.
First, we added more personalized touchpoints to automations like the Cart Abandonment Flow and Customer Winback Flow to incentivize more conversions.
Second, we added personalized and segmented campaigns that targeted different parts of their email list.
Finally, we updated the overall creative branding of their email content. We refreshed the look and feel of their content by creating diverse opportunities for clickthrough by offering various calls to action through eye catching, interactive graphics within the email campaigns.
The Results
When we compare October 1st to December 31, 2021 to October 1st to December 31, 2020, eAccountable helped facilitate a 1,232% Increase YoY in Revenue, 884.2% Increase YoY in Clicks, and 1,582.9% Increase YoY in Opens.

200% Increase in Affiliate sales
A global online retailer that sells custom printed products to businesses, advertisers and individuals has a business model that includes regular discounts.
What was holding them back was a lack of resources as well as, uncertainty about the best digital marketing company to support them.
Solution
After analyzing the client’s corporate goals and marketing programs, eAccountable not only implemented affiliate marketing but early engagement tools to support collecting email addresses, cart abandonment management and affiliate marketing for six additional brands around the globe. The strategy and tactics were as follows:
- Affiliate Program Audit: Reviewed the existing affiliate marketing program, policies, procedures, revenue, publishers etc. Created a plan to fully optimize the program.
- Created and Implemented a Marketing Calendar: Crafted an affiliate marketing promotional calendar to update promotions and allow for full view of entire affiliate program in one document.
- Updated Affiliate Marketing Documentation and Policies: Revised affiliate documentation and policies to be up to date with current practices and supportive of partners.
- Reviewed and Revised Affiliate Commission Structures: Analyzed and modified current affiliate structure to optimize dollars and incentivize publishers.
- Revised Affiliate Ads and Text: Created more enticing ads to help publisher and client success.
- Implemented More Effective Coupon Codes: Ensured technology behind coupon codes and coupon codes themselves were effective and performing as expected.
- Integrated Product Feed into the Program: Exported products from existing shopping platform to the affiliate network.
- Developed and Distributed Regular Newsletters: Created newsletters to keep affiliates up to date on the latest news, promotions and programs.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the digital marketing specialist at a wellness and fitness company. I help manage all of our online efforts.
For what projects/services did your company hire eAccountable?
We were looking to expand our audience by dipping our toes into affiliate marketing. They helped us launch our program and establish our company as a name that affiliates can form a relationship with.
How did you select this vendor?
We were recommended to talk with Mike from Eaccountable by a colleague. After a brief introduction, Mike made us feel extremely positive about the prospect of affiliate marketing and how he can help us scale our advertising efforts.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After beginning our program, we worked with 3 team members to develop relationships with affiliates in an affiliate marketing network. The team was extremely communicative and very timely.
What was the team composition?
We closely worked with 3 team members, and would have check in's with the CEO Mike.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We've successfully launched our affiliate program thanks the hard work of Eaccountable.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We would have bi-weekly check-ins to discuss new opportunities, performance, and best practices. All team members were extremely knowledgeable and able to bring new ideas and opportunities to the table.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their ability to advise our particular tough industry. We have a lot of restrictions from the FDA that makes affiliate marketing much more strenuous than your average consumer goods industry. With their help we were able to stay compliant and expand our content around popular web channels.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
Having not have run an affiliate program before, I don't know what could have been done differently or better.

Affiliate Mktg & Paid Search Strategies for Firearms Firm

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the digital marketing manager at Beretta USA. Our company is part of Beretta Holding Group which has a series of firearm manufacturing companies that distributes globally.
What challenge were you trying to address with eAccountable?
We needed help with our advertising restrictions since we’re in the firearms industry. Apart from that, we also needed to promote our brand values and maximize our conversion opportunities for sales of soft goods and ultimately firearms goods.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Basically, eAccountable serves as our affiliate marketing and paid search partner for our soft goods. They’re also going to be our paid search partners for our gallery business, and we’re also planning to start a firearms affiliate program with the team.
Since they were already working with our company when I joined, I started our collaboration by giving the team a lot more structure, insight, and availability. That involved looking at the core competencies of what we wanted to achieve, improving communication flows, and rationalizing the relationship to maximize efforts on both sides.
Within our engagement, they research prospective partners for our business. We also work with them to look for market opportunities, collective partners, and shared partners. In connection with that, they work closely with publishing partners to enhance our brand and customer reach and to find product reviews for us as well.
They also conduct a lot of research about our market space where we can benefit collectively. Then, they bring the opportunities back to us, whether it’s an influencer, a blog, a writer, or a forum. We’ve also had discussions on expanding the services they offer from affiliate onto the page search site, and to further develop it into the different business units of the Beretta Group.
What is the team composition?
We have an account manager we’ve been working with for three years. We also work with a senior account manager, and our company occasionally works with eAccountable’s president.
How did you come to work with eAccountable?
I inherited them as a vendor in 2019 when I joined the company. They had a working relationship with the person that was in the seat before me, but I don’t know how they were originally found.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested more than $100,000 per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2016, and the partnership’s still ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In terms of return on ad spend (ROAS), we’ve managed to achieve a $10 dollar return for every $1 we’ve invested. As such, across our affiliate network, we have a strong return on our investment. We’re also excited to growing those metrics with eAccountable.
How did eAccountable perform from a project management standpoint?
Communication-wise, we reach out to them through phone calls, video conferences, emails, and face-to-face whenever possible. We highly appreciate the eAccountable team’s ability to bring opportunities to our company. They’re proactive, always available, and have a well-structured organization.
We’ve had regular business trips to meet eAccountable’s executive team and management group. Moreover, we’ve had reviews on a quarterly basis. Overall, we’ve got a good working relationship on both the eAccountable’s executive and strategic level.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We've been impressed that they’re invested in our industry and that they have people within their team that understand our market space. Moreover, we like that they diversify their services and always identify opportunities on how they can support us at all levels.
Are there any areas they could improve?
From a project management perspective, they can have software or a system that can centralize and track all documents or communications. Right now, a lot of our communication is over email, but having one tool where everything can be visible will help things be more streamlined.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear about your needs, your budget, and what you want to deliver. If you can give that, eAccountable will do their best to provide great services to your company.

We are an outdoor power equipment company and I am the digital and affiliate marketing specialist on the ecommerce team. I oversee the affiliate marketing program that eAccountable manages.
For what projects/services did your company hire eAccountable?
affiliate marketing management
What were your goals for this project?
Increase revenue with a high ROI
How did you select eAccountable?
eAccountable was selected before I started working at the company so am unsure
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
scope: management of our affiliate program - strategy, execution, reporting, optimization in the Pepperjam platform My role is to oversee the management and provide feedback/approvals on various strategies
What was the team composition?
I have worked directly with just 1 person and the size of the team hasn't changed to the best of my knowledge
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have a very high ROI (anywhere from 10:1 - 13:1) and revenue has increased YoY The results exceeded our initial goals and expectations
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our affiliate manager at eAccountable is amazing! He is very friendly, smart and proactive. I appreciate that he's always straight forward with expectations and timelines.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They really seem to care about us as clients and always keep our business at the top of their minds. The CEO typically jumps on a call with us at least once a year, which is great!
Their strengths are that they really know our business in and out and are always on top of everything. Compared to our other agency, they seem to really be on their game. I rarely ever have to follow up with them on things. With other vendors, I can sometimes feel just like a number vs. a top-of-mind client. That is not the case with eAccountable.
Are there any areas for improvement?
It would be nice to have formal plans/strategies put together for each "season" to review as opposed to approving publishers/ideas on the fly or as they come.

What challenge were you trying to address with eAccountable?
We partnered with eAccountable to run a manager affiliate program. They started doing our PPC and now doing our Amazon. They're managing our marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They do general affiliates for our retail program for bloggers who want to promote our product, sell it, and get a cut. We're doing email campaigns for when the customer visits the site and gives them a promotion.
What is the team composition?
We just worked with one person.
How did you come to work with eAccountable?
Someone from our company researched and found eAccountable. They're easy to talk to.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began work in September 2020, and the relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our PPC campaigns prior to eAccountable were failing. When they took over, we had a 700,000% increase. They also introduced us to a great new web design company that saved us.

Affiliate & Digital Marketing for Beverages Company

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of marketing sales for an e-commerce manufacturing and production company. We offer cold-pressed juices, cleansing smoothies, and other healthy products.
What challenge were you trying to address with eAccountable?
We first hired eAccountable to do performance marketing campaigns on our affiliate channels.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They built and managed our affiliate programs for us. We have been running programs on Pepperjam since the start of our collaboration. At one point, we also had programs on ShareASale and AvantLink.
Over time, we gave them an additional workload, specifically on running our paid search efforts. For our paid social campaigns, they have been managing our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The team also conducts Amazon Marketplace management.
What is the team composition?
I work with Jeremiah (Affiliate Program Manager) and Nicholas (Amazon Manager). We also work closely with Durk (Former President) and Michael (Current President).
How did you come to work with eAccountable?
They were referred to me by a colleague when I was still a consultant for other brands 8–9 years ago. I chose them because their skills in the affiliate space are second to none.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent $200,000–$1 million.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2016, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everything we do has been measured. On average, between all the services eAccountable provides, we get 10-to-1 in return. Since the beginning of our engagement, we have been running successful campaigns and programs together.
How did eAccountable perform from a project management standpoint?
They have been proactive in coming up with strategies, recommendations, and ideas. So far, eAccountable has never missed a deadline that we’ve set up. They have been excellent at follow-ups. Whenever they need something from us, they make sure they ask. I’ve never had any complaints about them slacking in any of those pillars.
We have bi-weekly Zoom calls and everything else has been primarily on email. I have such a great relationship with them. They have my mobile number and they can text me if they need something right away. Overall, they have been very accessible.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Out of all the things they do, my favorite has been their proactivity. There's a lot of agencies that would just sit back and you have to dictate to them everything they need to do.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their scalability could improve. I don’t blame them but they like to scale us at a nice controlled pace. We aspire to scale in a more intelligent manner where we can receive a strong return and continually optimize that way. However, I accept that we have to do it slower. We can’t just spend $500,000 and expect to make $10 million.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Despite eAccountable not being a bigger agency, they can offer you a personal level of service that other large agencies can't give you. The attention they can give you is what makes them so valuable.

Affiliate Marketing for Childhood Education Company
"It is one of the best-run agency relationships I have."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior vice president of marketing and engineering at Excelligence. We are the largest company in the US that provides learning products, equipment, curriculum, and technology to the early childhood education space in the US. We also serve pre-K through sixth grade.
What challenge were you trying to address with eAccountable?
We needed an agency that would manage our publishers and networks.
What was the scope of their involvement?
eAccountable acts as an in-house agency conducting affiliate marketing that basically takes the work off of my hands. Each week they come to us with new publishers or new deals that publishers are looking at. They also help manage networks and the publishers that are inside those networks in terms of always looking for and optimizing different accounts.
I get reporting from them each week that consolidates all of the reporting that I would get from two different networks and the publishers with them. Within a few seconds, I can view last week’s data, week-over-week (WoW), or year-over-year (YoY). I can also view incremental spend versus incremental sales and find out if the growth is acceptable to me or not.
What is the team composition?
I work with Kent (Sales & Marketing Professional) and he manages our account.
How did you come to work with eAccountable?
Our company was working with them prior to my joining.
How much have you invested with them?
We invest about $20 million per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
I believe the company started working with them around 2010, and we are currently still working together.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They brought me a new publisher this year that will do close to $800,000 in incremental sales, which is all from one publisher I would have never known about. The quality that they bring to the table is incredibly high.
How did eAccountable perform from a project management standpoint?
They always meet deadlines and are easy to communicate with. Kent is always accessible and we meet regularly with standing meetings every other week. We also keep in contact through email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It is one of the best-run agency relationships I have. It really helps that Kent has a long track record of experience and you don’t always get that with agencies. When the pandemic hit, they were able to pivot some things and it really helped.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I honestly can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Agencies are only as good as what you can communicate. Hold them accountable and make sure they understand what you want to do. Treat agencies as if they’re your own people because essentially they are, but just paid by someone else.

PPC & Affiliate Marketing Services for Biological Supply Co
"They are interested in a true partnership."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the e-commerce director for Carolina Biological Supply Company. We supply science supplies for labs, classrooms and for other types of organizations that use research materials. We mostly service the education market.
What challenge were you trying to address with eAccountable?
The current vendor we had in place for the paid search was not performing at the level we wanted them to. We put significant efforts to get them to run our business and even helped them with some of their work, but they just couldn't get it done.
We also wanted to expand beyond paid search but we didn't want to do so with them. We wanted to switch to an agency that we could expand with.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started our engagement with eAccountable with paid search. We got that cleaned up and where we needed it to be, and then we opened up into affiliate marketing and retargeting marketing.
Some of our product divisions have very specific needs, which influences the level of collaboration. When something has to look, appear, or be communicated in a certain way, I communicate that. Other times, things are truly under the control of the e-commerce department. Sometimes it’s collaborative, and sometimes I can just say that we need something figured out.
What is the team composition?
I work with two people, but mostly one main point of contact.
How did you come to work with eAccountable?
It was pretty easy; I didn't really search too hard. I had worked with eAccountable before at a company prior to the one I'm working at now and was always very pleased with their results, so I just called them.
How much have you invested with them?
Their agency fees are $100,000–$120,000 per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We've been working with eAccountable for about over two years. We started working with them at the end of May 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Affiliate marketing is where we've had the most success. We weren’t in it at all and started it up cold. Something we lack greatly internally is buy-in from C-level management to have some type of loyalty or rewards program; they're not willing to do that.
We went into the affiliate market with the eAccountable and they have done a great job at getting us a huge amount of business from the loyalty, rewards, and coupon-type sites that are in the affiliate channel.
We're in the Pepperjam network and the business we get from that is about 58% new customers, which is pretty high, and the rest are repeat customers. Our return on ad spend is about 18-to-1, which is also pretty high.
They greatly cleaned up our paid search account we were struggling with. Given our name — Carolina Biological Supply Company — the name Carolina means a lot of things to a lot of different companies. We pay a lot of money for branded search, which traditionally isn't true for a lot of companies; you usually pay minimal for your brand’s name.
Our spending was getting out of control, and our efficiency wasn't any better in our former relationship. eAccountable has really brought that full circle. We have seen significant savings on the brand while keeping the same ROI; we have spent 33% less, on average, which is huge.
We’re currently experiencing growth on the non-branded side of paid as well, even given today's conditions. They are able to get our return up to 5-to-1, whereas we couldn't get it past either a 1-to-1 or a 2-to-1 with our prior agency, which was at a loss for us.
How did eAccountable perform from a project management standpoint?
I would say that their project management is superior. Another reason why I chose them is that we don't have the time to pitch in on that kind of work and make sure they've dotted all their I's and crossed their T's. Once we come up with what has to happen, I just depend on them to make it happen.
If they need more information or something isn’t clear, they talk to me or other people in the company. That's something that I didn't get from our prior vendor. We communicate through email and phone calls. We also have a shared document to keep track of everything.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are interested in a true partnership. They aren’t just an agency that checks the boxes and bills you; they really want to get to know your business. They want to help you in other ways if they have that expertise, even if it's stuff they aren't managing. They don’t have any expectations if they offer that extra help. For example, they gave me some help and insight with some of our Amazon marketing as well as shopping.
Right now, all of our Google Shopping and product listings are handled by another company and when our contract runs out, I'm going to also move that business to eAccountable. However, in the interim, they're pitching in and helping. They've even sat in on calls and have made some suggestions on how to improve the account. That's all at no value to them. That's just how they are because they're interested in our success. They’re more than happy to help.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don't think so.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Share information about your business and take the time to explain everything, even if it isn't in a particular area that they might be working. Having the whole picture helps everything, and it also lends to one of their strengths, which is helping as a business partner and not just a digital marketing agency.
They have a research arm that they work with and they have some expertise in-house in all things marketing. They're very willing to share that expertise. My number one recommendation would be to not just focus on what you signed up for; rather, truly share what your business is about and what your future growth initiatives might be. A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of e-commerce and digital advertising at Bronston Vitamins. We sell vitamins and supplements and have been around for 60 years.
What challenge were you trying to address with eAccountable?
When I started with Bronston Vitamins about a year ago, the business had been failing for a while. The owner had hired several people over the last two years, and his revenue was going down while his costs were going up. He was losing money. So, we needed someone to help us turn the situation around and set up our marketing infrastructure correctly.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We hired eAccountable to help us with our affiliate program. The previous one did not generate revenue, which is strange because affiliate programs are performance-based. Together with eAccountable, we developed a new affiliate program and presented a proposal for our plans to the owner.
We have since expanded our partnership with them, and they are now helping us with retargeting ads to customers that come to our site. We are also looking to expand into other opportunities next year. They’re able to come up with options and solutions because they’ve taken the time to understand our brand.
What is the team composition?
We work with 1–2 people. Durk (Owner) checks in once a month with suggestions. He is involved, very knowledgeable, and always willing to give advice. It’s good to hear his input on how he can help the business, even if it isn’t an area that they’re getting paid for.
How did you come to work with eAccountable?
I was part of the digital council for the National Retail Federation. We would have a few meetings a year where members get together, discuss industry trends, and share vendors that they’ve successfully worked with. A few members mentioned eAccountable to me. I was introduced to the owner and that’s how we selected them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested between $25,000–$30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started in December 2019 and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
One of the key things that eAccountable has helped us with is increasing our revenue through our affiliate program. They’ve done a really good job in helping us measure and grow our return on ad spend (ROAS). In general, a 3-to-1 return is considered good, but we’ve managed to achieve about 6-to-1 on average.
How did eAccountable perform from a project management standpoint?
We have weekly calls to go over the status of the project and numbers. They’re always proactively looking for ways to do things and growth opportunities — that’s what I love about them. I communicate with them once a day via email, and they're always following up with our vendors and other affiliates.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’ve worked with other affiliate companies in the past that didn’t want to come up with solutions when things weren’t going up. In contrast, eAccountable genuinely looks for opportunities. They take the time to listen, see what works and what doesn’t, and leverage that knowledge to help us in growing our business.
Even when there are no challenges at all, they still try to find opportunities for us. I really enjoy working with them because of that proactiveness. They don’t just hear us; they listen and try to understand our business because they genuinely care.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I think they’ve done a great job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them the opportunity to handle your challenges, especially for affiliate programs. eAccountable is very honest and upfront. They don’t trap your committee in a long-term engagement. They’re a company that’s willing to do the work. And, if things don’t work out, they’re fine with parting ways.
eAccountable’s efforts resulted in the successful launch of the client’s affiliate marketing program. Their communicative and hands-on approach cultivated a positive partnership. Overall, their knowledgeability was impressive — they went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
