med patent is an iconic Polish brand offering healthcare products. They rule the Polish market with a posture correction product called "Pajączek". We're created a new functionality for Decathlon Rent, one of the Decathlon brands - a filtering mechanism. Besides, our UX Writer has enhanced the copy of infoboxes and the calendar to make them as user-friendly as possible.
Betfare, football betting exchange app
This American football betting exchange app gives the players a chance to bet without a bookmaker. A user sends their bet offer. Once it gets accepted, a thrilling game between the two users starts.
Firstly, we collected all the data and knowledge from market and competition analysis, as well as an extensive interview with the customer. We have started a long-term cooperation with Leanpassion, and we took care of part of services such as rebranding for Leanpassion brand, and refreshment of internal and external communication style. We made a rebranding logo for Leanpassion, created a corporate book for the brand and made a lot of materials for this brand.
OBI
The analysis was prepared based on good UX practices. The subject of the analysis was the path that the user takes from the home page to the shopping cart. Finally thanks to prepared analysis, research and workshops we found pain-point and a lack of user flow in OBI services. We summed recommendations and result on what is to change for end-users.
Okapy kuchenne
This project aimed to conduct an audit for the okapykuchenne.pl online store. After reviewing the mock-ups of the new version of the website, we created a list of errors found. For each of these bugs, we made suggestions for improvements.
We audited desktop and mobile views as well as the entire information architecture. We also created a sitemap and user flow showing the buying process.

Our software house has developed a comprehensive portal to search for hairdressers and stylists with available dates in a given location. Since the main assumption of the project was simplicity and care for user experience, we commissioned e-ux.pro to analyze the market and competition.
As a result of that work, they provided us with an in-depth report containing detailed recommendations. Furthermore, the e-ux.pro team created a graphic design of the interface for the entire portal.
What were your goals for this project?
The project had several goals. First of all, the application was supposed to improve the daily work of hairdressing salons and stylists and to facilitate access to them through online booking. Moreover, every hairdresser and stylist might set up their own website on the portal, which increases their internet visibility.

I was looking for authentic UX / UI experts because my project required special attention to the user. I worked as a specialist in digital marketing and SEO in a fintech company, one of my tasks was to create a new website for our clients, thousands of people visit this site daily and use the services.
For what projects/services did your company hire e-ux.pro?
The old version of the website was created many years ago. We were aware that this had to be changed and the entire process had to be adjusted, from registration, through taking a loan, and then new customer service. The decision was made about the need to create a new website on a new engine. The choice fell on E-ux.pro.
The entire e-ux.pro team was very helpful with the whole process.I can boldly say that without the knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm for e-ux.pro's work, our website would not be created and would not be so wonderful.
What were your goals for this project?
The main assumptions and goals that guided us were: becoming the leader of the FinTech market in Poland and the region of Central and Eastern Europe. Increasing the number of customers, and improving the registration process and customer panel. And having a site that will have a wow effect.
How did you select e-ux.pro?
As a marketing specialist, I have made a very wide range of UI / UX specialists research, I had a lot of interviews and looked through a lot of sample papers, the decision was difficult but I chose e-ux.pro and I don't regret it!

When we agreed on the details, we made a thorough briefing, then for a week we worked on the mokap and the first designs of the home page and subpages. After a few trials and the final design, I engaged my marketing team to evaluate the current state.
Then we made corrections and this is how the website designs were created with the great help and advice of e-uxpro. The next steps were designing the registration process and the customer panel. Which was a much easier task as the knowledge of people from e-ux.pro is invaluable.

I was responsible for contacting e-ux.pro on my side I had a team of programmers whose task was to code and publish a new website based on the project. As an SEO specialist, I added my comments in order to provide the final product - solid in terms of UX / UX, design (role of E-ux.pro) and SEO (my task)

I’m the owner of Floomli.
What challenge were you trying to address with e-ux.pro?
I went to them for UI/UX design for an IoT mobile app.
What was the scope of their involvement?
e-ux.pro provided design for an IoT application. It shows data from external devices.
I had some mockups, but they were really old, and I wanted to turn the app into something that users would find visually-beautiful. I also had some missing screens. I had three screens, and we ended up with almost 13. e-ux.pro provided all of the new screens for me, and they also designed my logo.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Adrianna (Co-Founder and UX Architect).
How did you come to work with e-ux.pro?
They posted an advertisement on a Facebook group that I’m a member of. I’ve worked with a lot of graphic designers over the last years, but I didn’t have many good experiences. Adrianna provided me a really good portfolio, with good client testimonials. I liked what I saw in their company portfolio.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost was €500–€600.
What is the status of this engagement?
I worked with e-ux.pro from late-February to early-April 2020. We’ve already done the mobile application, but I plan to design my web page and social media graphics with them in the future.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Adrianna has a lot of experience in the field, so I didn’t need to say much. She just asked for a few details, and understood everything I needed.
It’s hard to track metrics for graphic design. I’ve had experience with other graphic designers, and this has been one of the best collaborations I’ve had. Adrianna knew what was required for the application, and I didn’t need to say too much.
How did e-ux.pro perform from a project management standpoint?
I invited Adrianna to join my Slack, and that’s how we communicated.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The people working there are very experienced. There are many graphic designers on the market, but e-ux.pro’s team members know what they’re doing.
