Carolina Neurology & Spine Associates
The recent launch is a completely revamped web experience for CNSA, leveraging a heavily customized version of the healthcare package of our Echo+ website platform. The CNSA website needed to meet several needs for the organization. First and foremost, it needed to be smartly designed to load quickly on all browsers and devices. It also needed a custom look and feel on par with the organization's identity and overall standing in the healthcare community. But beyond the performance and aesthetics, the site needed to deliver an enormous amount of customer-focused content in an intelligent, intuitive way. We placed considerable focus on the look, feel and usability of the site.
Pearl Dentistry
Websites for dentist offices have the same basic requirements as would any other healthcare-oriented websites - easy appointment scheduling, information on the doctors and physicians, detailed locations pages with office photos and directions, and services and treatment pages. With Pearl, however, all of those core content areas needed to be enhanced to match the organization's elite reputation for design, quality, and service. The primary focus of this website project was on design, usability, and patient experience.

They provide website development and management. This is our 6th version of the site and every time they lead the market on design and user experience.

I am the owner of FilterTime.com , a home air filter subscription service that delivers the exact air filters you need on the schedule you choose. Customers are able to visit our site and select their filters and shipping schedule and we automatically ship them.
For what projects/services did your company hire E-dreamz, Inc.?
We hired E-dreamz for a custom built subscription site for functionality woocommerce and Wordpress couldn't offer. With almost a year of searching for the right company that could build the site I wanted and also handle all digital marketing, I found E-dreamz.
What were your goals for this project?
To create a user friendly site and increase conversion rate. Also to take over our social media and content marketing.
How did you select this vendor?
After meeting with them I felt they were the best for the job. I loved how all of their work and people were in house.

we worked together to map out the new site and plan. We agreed on a launch date and we were able to launch on that date. They helped with social media designs and we worked together on website designs and they haven't stopped yet. I feel like E-dreamz is part of my company and their team feels our partners.

When building the site I worked directly with 2 people. One for the website design and functionality and the other for marketing.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We have had great growth since the launch of our new site. It has been all positive and we continue to get month over month growth. The marketing team works directly with the developers to incorporate new ways to increase sales and conversion rate. I am extremely happy with E-dreamz and the relationship we have.

It was great. I worked directly with TR as the project manager and we hit our deadline for launch date. Our communication was spot on and everything was clear and communicated effectively.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I am most impressed with the fact they do everything in house and fast. I love the people there and the fact I can drive over and meet with them in person or have a quick call. They are flexible and act like they are a part of my business and put heart into it like they own it.

I honestly can't think of anything right now. We all improve together every time we meet.
