Building a high-scalable infrastructure for the Blockchain-ETL (available in Google BigQuery)
D5 (https://d5.ai/) is a group of data scientists and engineers structured as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). They help startups, corporations, and organizations accelerate their data science & engineering initiatives. The project Blockchain-ETL completed by D5 facilitates data science on blockchain data. Available in Google BigQuery.
Business Task
The infrastructure of the blockchain-ETL platform was necessarily upgraded in such a way to maximize the automation of the deployment and maintenance processes, to make the infrastructure scalable and fault-tolerant, even in the most unpredictable situations and as quick as possible (within a few minutes).
The Dysnix team's task was:
- To optimize the current project infrastructure, create and implement a list of recommendations to achieve the highest level of fault-tolerance
- To describe the infrastructure as code
- TCO optimization (based on the work results, we managed to save 70% of costs)
- To achieve a high fault-tolerance of infrastructure and its security
- To ensure early warning of possible technical problems
- The infrastructure was optimized following our recommendations. We described the infrastructure applying Terraform and Helmfile that allowed one to edit and add new components to it easily using the inheritance system, as well as quickly deploy new environments from scratch and effectively provide maintenance.

Building of Cloud Infrastructure for the "Visa-level" Product
# Business Task
We were assigned to promptly develop a server infrastructure with the highest level of security, custom, and cost-effective auto-scaling for one of the products—zkSync—that was successfully released in June 2020. The main task was exactly to prepare the product for scaling. We had to do load tests because it was very important to determine the burst throughput close to the day of the launch of the product beta-version. The Dysnix team developed a custom and fault-tolerant mechanism of scaling based on unique product metrics.
#The Dysnix team's task was:
- To build 2 environments (Staging & Production)
- Create and implement a list of recommendations to achieve the highest level of fault-tolerance and security
- To describe the infrastructure as code
- To develop custom auto-scaling solution based on business' metrics
- To do load tests
- TCO optimization (it was ten times more expensive on-premise compared to the Cloud)
- To ensure early warning of possible technical problems
# Solutions
- Building a high-available, secure, multizone, and scalable Kubernetes-based server Infrastructure in GCP with private topology
- Security—a list of requirements and instructions for using security best practices.
- Building a cost-effective infrastructure
Development of the custom auto-scaling solution
- Full implementation of Infrastructure as code using Terraform
Implementation of the monitoring and alerting systems with custom triggers
# Value delivered by Dysnix
- Prompt consulting when the team decided to change the strategy and launch the product quickly. At the stage of consultation, we proposed the architecture that met all the requirements, and finally, it was implemented in the production environment successfully. The Dysnix team developed the solution within 2 weeks. And it was tested and implemented in just 24 hours.
- Full integration and permanent communication of the Dysnix team into the project as if it was a part of the in-house team, which is essential at the stage of implementation of the solutions.
- Consultation of the in-house development team. A part of the solution development was taken by Dysnix because it was complicated for the in-house engineers and they didn't have the expertise.
- Dysnix went all the way from the testing to production environments: they provided the support at all stages of the load tests, and were involved in the in-depth debugging processes.
- The Dysnix team continues supporting the project.

During the project maintenance (support) period, tasks expanded and Dysnix had to launch several new environments, and the number of project services increased to 70.
How did you select Dysnix and what were the deciding factors?
Our colleagues in the crypto industry recommended Dysnix for the implementation of our project as a really reliable partner. We tried to work with Dysnix team on an outsourcing model and concluded that this model of partnership suits us better than having in-house engineers only.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The Dysnix team successfully built a highly-available, secure, and scalable Kubernetes-based server infrastructure and also conducted an Infrastructure Cost Optimization by 40-50 percent. Their engineers offered and implemented the Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, full Deployment of services as Code using Helm and Helmfile, and a fully automated CI/CD system using CloudBuild.
Moreover, Dysnix designed and set up basic monitoring and alerting systems with custom business metrics. They also designed and implemented a custom solution to get a high-available scalable Ethereum JSON-RPC&Websockets service.
Their DevOps team provided continuous mentorship and consultancy of the in-house tech team. Together with the in-house team, Dysnix continues supporting the project with a high response time for events.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
1 Infrastructure Engineer, 1 Senior DevOps Engineer, Project Manager
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We would like to note a high level of SLA provided. Also, the Dysnix team showed the high speed and quality of development and implementation of new features of the crypto-asset exchange. We, as a customer, are very pleased the Dysnix team made our product fault-tolerant.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
The in-house and Dysnix teams have operated in the best possible way. Sometimes, it even seems that Dysnix is a part of the in-house team because of its deep involvement in the project.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Dysnix engineers impressed us with their strong expertise in GCP, Kubernetes, and Blockchain technologies. In fact, you always have access to the whole pool of engineers who help each other, share their expertise, and in the end, the result is super-effective.
We realized that the work is fulfilled much better when there is a contractor team that is ready to participate in any work at any time and make up for the lack of expertise that the in-house team does not possess.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We do not have additional wishes and preferences regarding Dysnix’s work. Everything is great!

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m Knuth, a Founder & CEO at Scalors GmbH. Scalors GmbH is an outsourcing company based in Germany with development centers in Kyiv, Ukraine. The Company offers cutting-edge software development services, highly skilled IT specialists, and coaching in agile methodologies.
For what projects/services did your company hire Dysnix?
Dysnix's task was to build a scalable infrastructure that would integrate 5 interrelated projects with 15 environments from the Healthcare and Fitness industries. They also had to ensure centrally organized, seamless and timely updating of these projects and undertake their releases.
What were your goals for this project?
We hired Dysnix for one of our client's projects that have grown by 5 times during the last year and required the highest level of DevOps expertise with a focus on Kubernetes. We needed to get cloud consultancy and carry out a complete migration of the project to Kubernetes; increase fault-tolerance of infrastructure using Kubernetes; reduce time-to-market, and also achieve it as secure as possible.
How did you select Dysnix?
First of all, Dysnix contacted me 6 months before we really needed and just thought about migration to Kubernetes. I assumed that we could need to implement this in the future. At that time we collaborated with one DevOps company from Minsk that provided us with a DevOps engineer. Soon he left the company, and we needed to find a new partner for implementing our plans. So, I communicated with several DevOps companies.
Finally, our team chose Dysnix because of their strong and narrow-focused expertise, and recommendations from the customers - their DevOps engineers were experienced and worked with all the technologies that we did. All those companies we interviewed had more or less the same rate cards. But it was not about the money, it was about the Dysnix team.

What was the team composition?
1 Senior DevOps Engineer and 1 Project Manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We started with one platform and system and now their number is 5. We see that our client is easily scaling. We're working on 5 different projects that we started from scratch, and the Dysnix team helped us to build all the development environments.
Their main task is to be responsible for all processes from the development to production environments. The Dysnix team has managed to reduce time-to-market by up to 5 times. I have to say everything is working pretty well. We expanded the team and we managed to deliver 3 projects successfully.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Previously we did have some management issues on our side. We were not satisfied with the performance of our previous project manager, so he left the project in November 2020. Despite that situation, we got some new inquiries from the client. I had a call with Dysnix that agreed to perform them. The client and his in-house team enjoyed working with Dysnix. All the processes were well defined, and I have to note that this client has got 40-45 years of experience in the field of Information Technology.
Since the previous project manager left the project. Dysnix team has changed a lot of things in the course of the project and it works much better now.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I'm not involved in the daily work of all the projects and I see great results. Usually, I insert myself into projects when something goes wrong. Talking about those on which Dysnix works, I've not been involved at all. So this means everything works perfectly. What I'm impressed by is not only the quality of services they provide but that these guys always have a very simple answer, solution for any issue. We've never had any problems. The Dysnix engineers care about problems outside working hours.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Everything was perfect. Our client is still very happy

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m CTO at a financial services firm that sees its mission to be the best way to buy and sell cryptocurrency in Eastern Europe.
For what projects/services did your company hire Dysnix, and what were your goals?
Dysnix was given the task to develop a stable-coin project that supports the Delegated Transfer feature that allows users to pay network fees in the currency of the stable-coin.
How did you select Dysnix and what were the deciding factors?
We were collaborating with the Dysnix team on several projects and had the opportunity to see the depth of the engineers' expertise. When the question came up about a stable-coin development to promote blockchain technology in the local community, we were confident of who could handle this task.
Thus, Dysnix helped us successfully develop and release the project.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The Dysnix team developed a backend API and a customized Smart Contract based on the Delegated Transfer standard draft to allow users to pay Ethereum network fees in the currency of the stable-coin.
The developed solution turned out to be a competitive one in the stable coin market like that of the USD and EURO. The developed Stablecoin is now a secure, scalable, and flexible cryptocurrency. It's integrated into the platforms that are crypto-exchange leaders.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
- CTO - SmartContract Architect & Developer - Backend Developer (NodeJS) - Project Manager
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The matter is primarily in the quality of the developed solution that was highly appreciated by our crypto-community. Our stable-coin attracted the attention of the general public thanks to the solution's stability and flexibility, and with the support of experts.
Thus, we managed to expand the audience of blockchain technology users in the desired location.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Dysnix has proved itself as a reliable partner over the long run. The break between the development and actual rollout spanned for almost a year because of the legal challenges. Despite the difficulties, the Dysnix team always demonstrated a high level of management and completed the project following all our wishes.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The depth of engineers' tech expertise, their focus on the development of the best solution possible, and how attentive they are to the client's needs always attracted us while working with the Dysnix team.
Sometimes we had a feeling that engineers were creating a solution for themselves — with great passion, drive, and taking into account all possible risks.
Our collaboration with Dysnix is in no way inferior to hiring in-house employees and, what is more, it provided us with constant access to the whole working group of senior engineers who can cope with the most challenging problems.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
None that I could think of as of now.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm Pavel Sherbakov, CEO at NimbusWeb, a company that launched several SaaS products for the market of online management tools. We have over a million users worldwide. The company's products are also gaining ground in the education industry.
For what projects/services did your company hire Dysnix?
We started our collaboration with Dysnix in 2017. At the beginning of the partnership, Dysnix helped building an AWS-based cloud infrastructure from scratch for two company projects. With the products' growth and their launch to new niches, it became necessary to carry out technical scaling and migration to Kubernetes. The Dysnix team provided consultancy support during the migration process that occured successfully in 2020.
What were your goals for this project?
The main tasks for Dysnix on our pre-production infrastructure during our collaboration were:
- Projects' stability through the high availability of infrastructure
- Easy server infrastructure maintenance by the in-house team
- In-house team mentoring
- Preparation of the application to be available on the AWS marketplace - https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/.
The Dysnix team accomplished all of these tasks perfectly and continues to do so in the best way possible. We are continuing to work together on the development of both projects in terms of DevOps.
How did you select Dysnix?
We were initially looking for a dedicated DevOps team with a high level of expertise to help our in-house team. We chose the Dysnix team because, apart from their extensive and very deep technical expertise they understand and solve business problems/tasks by applying their technical knowledge and skills. It was crucial for us to find not only technical experts but also reliable partners. The time we have been partners speaks for itself — we have been working together for more than 3 years.
Describe the project in detail.
Dysnix helped to build a scalable and highly-available server infrastructure for two company products, implement Kubernetes, and create an automated monitoring system. In 2020, the Dysnix team also helped to prepare the application to be available on the AWS marketplace https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/ During the three years of our partnership, Dysnix has provided the following services:
- Cloud consultancy
- Help with infrastructure development and optimization
- Mentorship of the inhouse team
- Help with CI/CD set up
- Help with support
- Monitoring
What was the team composition?
1 Infrastructure Architect, 2 DevOps Engineer, 1 Project Manager
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Over these years of our collaboration, we can recommend Dysnix as a reliable partner who once and for all solved all the tasks and problems associated with a server infrastructure. We are engaged in active product development, so there are always many tasks with the development and improvement parts. Having hired the Dysnix team, we could focus on these tasks being confident in a reliable server infrastructure maintained by the engineers of Dysnix.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Prompt support by Dysnix is very important for us. A full-time engineer may get sick or want to suddenly change a job. Working with Dysnix there aren't such situations as far as it goes. There is always available someone of their experts or even several from the team who will help you quickly to solve complex and sometimes critical technical problems for the product development. The Dysnix team is interchangeable and is always aware of what is happening on the project and can be quickly involved in solving any problems.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We appreciate Dysnix for being a reliable partner as well as for their tremendous expertise. We are 100 percent sure that any changes that regularly occur in business will have a minimal impact on us as customers. Dysnix takes care of its clients and puts their interests first. They are always accurate in their actions, empathetic, and preventive. These are rare qualities.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We are glad to collaborate with Dysnix for many years. Regarding areas of improvement, I can’t find serious ones. There were some issues with the management part of the projects but they didn’t affect the outcome of our work. I can say, with certainty, these guys from Dysnix are those who you can always count on.

Our in-house tech team required cloud consulting and best practices in building and monitoring the fault-tolerant server infrastructure with a high-security level to protect users' funds from being stolen. The Dysnix team embarked on this task with commitment and enthusiasm.
How did you select Dysnix?
I met Daniel, CTO of Dysnix, at a branch conference, where he made his report. I was interested in the report and Daniel's in-depth experience, also, at that moment I was looking for an in-house DevOps engineer. Already after our first conversation, I had the impression I wanted to hire the Dysnix team.
Honestly, I was impressed with Daniel's way of thinking, and his high level of expertise. By that time, I had had more than 10 years of experience in building technical teams for large companies. I communicated and interviewed dozens of engineers during that time.
When we met and talked with Daniel for the first time, I realized that Dysnix is not just a usual our staff business, it is a special technical lifestyle, a high level of responsibility that is so close to me. As a result, the Dysnix team worked as a permanent technical consultant on our project.
Describe the project in detail.
The Dysnix team provided the in-house team with consultancy regularly on the following Cloud infrastructure issues: Kubernetes with private topology Designing and creating security and encryption systems Building a Gitlab-based CI/CD with limited access to K8s cluster Deployments without downtime.
The Dysnix team also provided comprehensive analysis and recommendations for building a highly available client-server architecture. Their Cloud Architect and DevOps engineer suggested building a secured environment at all stages of the project and participated in the development of project documentation.
What was the team composition?
1 Infrastructure Architect, 1 DevOps Engineer
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The Dysnix team helped our in-house engineers to build high-available and scalable server architecture and adopt integrated security methods using the most advanced solutions and technologies in the field of cryptocurrency.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Daniel, CTO of Dysnix, managed to organize all the work at a very high level. There were situations when we had technical difficulties at night. It was not a problem for him. Daniel got in touch with us, provided comprehensive consultancies that helped us to stabilize the work, and solve those difficulties.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We benefited from the collaboration with Dysnix many times. First of all, due to the reliable and secure infrastructure that guys from Dysnix helped us to develop, we managed to reduce the time-to-market of the company's key product significantly.
Secondly, we constantly communicated with engineers who have a high level of expertise in DevOps and we felt their support in solving every complex problem. We have seen that Dysnix is a reliable partner who will help at any time, think over and predict all possible variants of solving problems, and find the best solution to even the most difficult problem.
The responsive time of the Dysnix team is above all praise. Thirdly, they helped us very much with hiring DevOps engineers into our in-house team, carrying out interviews, they also checked and approved their tests and many others.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I enjoyed working with the Dysnix team so much that I recommend these guys to my partners and business friends who require a high level of expertise in DevOps and Cloud Architecture building. Most of those to whom I recommended Dysnix became their clients and they are also satisfied with the quality of services that Dysnix provides very much.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the CTO at AdCel by engage:BDR.
For what projects/services did your company hire Dysnix?
We hired Dysnix to develop a secure infrastructure capable of withstanding a significant volume of traffic - about 500,000 - 700,000 requests per second.
What were your goals for this project?
We had to build an infrastructure from scratch for a new start-up, make it fault-tolerant as much as possible, and prepare for the high load.
How did you select Dysnix?
Before the AdCel project implementation, we have been working with representatives of the Dysnix team on other projects for many years and were completely satisfied with the quality of their services. We knew that these guys carry out highly complicated projects and when we decided to launch AdCel we had no doubts about choosing a contractor.
Describe the project in detail.
We started collaborating with Dysnix in 2013. We carried out several projects together even being in different companies. Especially I want to note the AdCel project launched in 2016 and acquired by engage:BDR in 2018.
Under this project Dysnix carried out the following:
- Developed the infrastructure -Set up CI/CD -Set up complete infrastructure monitoring tools with alerts
- Developed a centralized logging system
- Implemented Infrastructure as Code approach
- Developed storage for keeping a large volume of business information for further analytics
- Implemented an object
- Storage for keeping static content
- Developed a custom solution for automatic deployment of demo
- Stands for convenience and automation of testing (at the time of the solution development this technology just began developing in the international market).
What was the team composition?
1 Infrastructure Architect, 1 DevOps Engineer
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The Dysnix team developed a very reliable infrastructure taking into account all special business needs and its logic. The technical part of the project has been working without failures for many years. As a result, this was one of the reasons for buying the project by engage:BDR. Now, as part of engage:BDR, we use the same infrastructure that sustains high loads.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Daniel Yavorovych, CTO at Disnyx, is always very attentive and quickly responds to events or our project requests. He has a good understanding of business needs and accelerates the accomplishment of the project’s tasks. Moreover, he approaches any issue differently, suggesting several variants and tools for its solving.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive thing about working with Dysnix is its responsiveness. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of their response time. I’ve had the experience of working with other DevOps engineers and it was a very different situation.
In terms of response time, Dysnix is absolutely the best especially when there are complex problems. We had different situations that arose not only on this project. The Dysnix team immediately became involved in solving them and helped us a lot. I am very grateful for all this.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We have been working with Dysnix for many years and, of course, during this time there were some minor difficulties. In general, the Dysnix team always improves and fixes problems very quickly.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m Alex Gluchowski, the Co-Founder & CEO at Matter Labs. Matter Labs is a Company that strives to provide an open and free alternative to its existing, deeply flawed financial system. We've developed and successfully launched zkSync - a trustless L2 scaling solution to enable the mass adoption of public blockchains.
The solution is a remedy for the growing problem of unreliable and expensive transactions on the Ethereum blockchain due to sky-high gas fees. The project was backed by Ethereum Foundation. Now, zkSync can process more than 200 transactions per second, which is comparable to transaction volumes routinely processed by PayPal. The product has an upgradable nature and will be able to increase processing speed to be comparable with Visa over the next few months.
For what projects/services did your company hire Dysnix?
We hired the Dysnix team to promptly scale the server infrastructure of our product that was successfully launched in June 2020. Dysnix developed the infrastructure extremely fast with the highest security level and custom, cost-effective auto-scaling based on the unique product metrics.
It was crucial for us that the infrastructure could withstand higher peak load. On the results of load tests, the Dysnix team successfully met the requirements/tasks.
What were your goals for this project?
The company reconsidered the strategy of the mainnet beta launch of zkSync to build a highly-loaded, highly-secure, and scalable server infrastructure and DevOps methodology in a short term. We planned to scale from the project beginning but not right after the product launch, but on the current infrastructure. The Dynix team proved that it would be more efficient to launch with a complete solution and implemented it lightning fast.
How did you select this vendor?
From the first dialogue, Dysnix exceeded our expectations of working with a contractor. In the first very consultation, the team proposed the best possible architecture solution, which was eventually implemented in the production.
It immediately became clear to us that working together with Dysnix would be easy - this happens very rarely. I have a lot of experience of working with offshore companies because this is the fourth successful startup I established. I should note such a high quality of work, and competence that the Dysnix team has provided is very rare.
Describe the project in detail.
The Dysnix team has successfully built a high-available, secure, cost-effective, multizone, and scalable Kubernetes-based server Infrastructure in GCP. The engineers also developed a custom auto-scaling solution and built 2 environments (Staging & Production), created and implemented a list of recommendations to achieve the highest level of fault-tolerance and security.
Among Dysnix team's tasks were:
- To describe the infrastructure as code and fully implement it using Terraform
- To do load tests TCO optimization (it was ten times more expensive on-premise compared to Cloud)
- To ensure early warning of possible technical problems implementing the monitoring system with custom triggers security, a list of requirements and instructions for implementing best security practices
What was the team composition?
- Cloud Architect
- Senior DevOps Engineer
- Custom Solution Engineer
- Project Manager
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project implementation together with the Dysnix team, allowed us to release the product when it was completely ready for scaling. Due to the developed infrastructure and the custom auto-scaling solution, costs have significantly reduced compared to our plans originally.
Taking into account large volumes of transactions per second, this is a very considerable saving and one of the important factors for the company. We got the opportunity to achieve high profitability and significantly increase the competitiveness of the product due to the speed and security of the system.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The Dysnix team has a high level of professionalism in managing projects. Such indicators like high responsiveness, communication level, speed of task completion, bringing all cases about an outcome showed the team as a reliable partner.Dysnix continues supporting the project and we are satisfied with their work very much.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We set tasks, and in return, the Dysnix team offered us ideas that we couldn't even presuppose - variants for how to do this better. They implemented them very quickly, and everything worked perfectly. Thanks to the approach the Dysnix team suggested we could achieve maximum savings and competitiveness of the product added to the initial tasks of scaling and security. I was also impressed by the level of communication and responsiveness of the team - they responded very fast, and several times we had to ask them for help outside working hours, and all the tasks were solved.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Because the Dysnix team greatly exceeded our expectations, it is difficult for me to suggest ways for their work improvement.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m Dmytro Haidashenko, the CTO at Shelf.Network. Shelf Network is the company that developed and successfully launched an arbitrage network for cross border vehicle trades.
For what projects/services did your company hire Dysnix?
The in-house team required additional expertise in maintaining and monitoring the infrastructure and increasing the security level of the system. The Dysnix team provided support and initiated the optimization of infrastructure costs.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed to promptly give into somebody's hands the entire DevOps part of the project with the current working infrastructure to support. We considered that hiring an engineer was inappropriate. His workload would be uneven and this could affect the internal company's culture. Therefore, we decided to bring in an offshore specialized company.
How did you select this vendor?
First of all, our partners highly recommended Dysnix and we communicated personally with Dysnix’s founders several times before. During the negotiations, we had a very productive dialogue with the Dysnix team, everything was clear and to the point, and this accelerated our decision-making.
It was important for us to promptly give the DevOps part to specialists so that the development team would not distract from the production and would be engaged in the product development as well, while the production environment was always available.
Describe the project in detail.
Under the support agreement, the Dysnix team has conducted an Infrastructure audit and initiated a process of the current infrastructure optimization, developed a detailed action plan.
The team is also in charge of a solution development to resolve current issues connected with the server infrastructure operations. We are totally satisfied with the services provided by Dysnix.
What was the team composition?
2 DevOps Engineers, 1 Project Manager
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Just during the first stage of the optimization plan, that was developed by Dysnix, and which took about a week, the team managed to reduce the cost by 25 percent. A further detailed plan for infrastructure optimization is now under consideration.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The most important factor from the management point of view for us was the response time. We wanted a lightning-fast reaction in case of unforeseen situations. In this regard the Dysnix team is an excellent partner. The DevOps engineers' work is organized in such a way that their response takes minimal time.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
All tasks are solved quickly and with short response time, which eventually minimizes time spent by the in-house team on management of the DevOps part.
The partnership with an offshore team became for us much more profitable than hiring a full-time specialist. We simply give all current or urgent tasks to the guys from Dysnix and they quickly solve them. I really like this. My Shelf.Network team and I have more time to focus on product development. It is very important for us.
Also, under the support contract, the Dysnix team proposed solutions to optimize the existing server infrastructure. I also like this proactive approach to work.
Are there any areas for improvement?
As a person who works on the product, I know there is always something to improve. I am generally satisfied with the work of the Dysnix team.
At the same time, being a CTO I would like not to spend my time on the management of the Devops part at all and want to be involved exclusively with the product development. In all fairness it has to be said that we have already got a proposal from Dysnix to expand our collaboration to cover the Devops part entirely by an offshore team.
The Dysnix did a good job of evaluating the resources they recommended for this engagement. They were knowledgeable, hard-working, skilled, and personable, meeting the client's expectations. Communication between both sides was quite smooth as well.
