We wanted to make our app compatible for both iOS and Android and find someone whooo could quickly implement new features in the app on an ongoing status.

We search on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces and invited many people to apply who had good rating and reasonable rates. Manish and his team have been very professional, quick, and good at accomplishing the assigned tasks.

We asked fore they experience with technologies such as React Native (for development in iOS and Android), Firebase, and Algolia and assigned tasks based on their understanding and strength with those tools. We share designs for the tasks in Figma and with screen captures.

Manish has been the only employee who we have communicated with directly but it sounds like there is a team of developers whoo can work on our projects. Manish has been a project lead if not the sole developer on our project.

The apps functionality has improved greatly and helps us improved user experience. We have also been able to address big bugs quickly with their help.

Communication has been very dependable. They respond quickly when we ask questions or give new tasks. We have communicated exclusively via Upwork where we also create todo list which they follow. Sometimes they require further communication to understand what we are asking for which could be just as much on me as it is on them.

The are very fast, affordable, produce good mobile app work, and are good at communicating.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

the one area that we spend the most time with them on is quality assurance to make sure the result meets all of the requirements we outlined. They are good at sending new versions for us to test but the time difference adds days to this process.

We are GreenBox, an online supplements retailer focused on plant based and vegan products. I am a Director at the company.

We have been experiencing a number of site bugs which our existing web developer was not able to resolve in a timely fashion, or at all. These issues were hurting the website's ecommerce conversion rate. For example, one issue which we asked Dynamic Dreamz to work on first, was a coupon issue. On mobile, when the coupon was submitted, the Cart would refresh but the coupon would not apply.

Sanjay from Dynamic Dreamz accepted the job proposal via Upwork. Before we had even accepted his proposal to work on the task, Sanjay worked on resolving the issue for us. This reassured us that this company had our best interests at heart. The proposed hourly rate was also very reasonable.

• Coupon not accepting on the Cart page
• Payment processor iframe not showing on Checkout page

Sanjay worked on our project and may have had support from his colleagues. Work was carried out very quickly.

I am super impressed by Sanjay and Dynamic Dreamz. I am most pleased because of the following reasons:

• Communication is excellent. I get frequent updates on the tasks being worked on, and I feel like I am in constant communication and know what is being worked on and when
• The pay rate is very reasonable. Dynamic Dreamz are charging us a reasonable rate and this is saving us money compared to our previous web developer
• Great responsiveness. New tasks have been picked up within 24 working hours and often resolved the same day. This is absolutely amazing and is a huge improvement to our previous experiences with other developers
• Expertise is high. Sanjay and his colleagues are experienced. They could resolve tasks that would have taken the previous web developer longer to do.

We have worked together with Dynamic Dreamz on a multitude of WordPress projects, building them from scratch or adjusting existing ones. For each project, I have set the project deliverable, giving input on both the UI/UX and technical sides. We have agreed on the timeline and then Dynamic Dreamz has made it happen.

I have a dedicated project manager, who handles and delegates all my input to her team. This makes my life a lot easier as I don't have to switch between people

We have completed numerable WordPress websites together with them. The job is correctly finished and what I especially like is that I don't have to worry that the end result has bugs/discrepancies in them. All the work has been finished to high standards.

We had them work on creating a draft theme first and along the way gave them our feedback on what should be tweaked since we had more knowledge about what our customers' pain points would be. After this back-and-forth process, we launched the theme last October 2021 and tweaked any live issues we were seeing, and ended our contract then as well.

The output and final product that Dynamic Dreamz has been an amazing boost for our business. We're seeing lower bounce rates for our website relative to how we were performing before COVID-19 struck so we're really happy with how things turned out.

We can't directly attribute sales or conversions to the specific tasks we had, but we're very confident that pour customers appreciate the work that is consistently put into updates to our sture.

We needed some changes and additions made to our WordPress website. Some were basic ux changes, others were changes that needed changing to existing integrations using 3rd party APIs such as HubSpot.

I talked to some developers I have worked with before but none were able to complete the work in the timeframe we wanted due to existing commitments. The changes were delivered on time - delays were always at our end with testing elements that relied on 3rd party interaction, rather than theirs. API changes work smoothly and expectations of internal stakeholders on cost, time and end-product were all met

Main communication was through comments on a Google doc containing the key deliverables, but the project manager was always available on chat/via calls in UpWork. Both responded very quickly to queries and were clear on where more information or action was required from my end.

Everything went very smoothly, but as a contractor my main concern is being able to communicate progress to my client, so their responsiveness was key for me. I was always able to give confident answers on progress and timeframes when internal stakeholders had questions.

It's worth saying, the website was developed from scratch as there wasn't an existing one. It is very early to give exact data, but after showcasing my new website on sites like LinkedIn, the response to the overall website has been superb and has already given us a measurable increase in people viewing our company credentials.

We would have a lot of email contact throughout each stage of the process. They were always very patient and prompt with their delivery throughout. Whenever new content came in, or we needed any changes or corrections, they delivered it very quickly. They were informative and guiding throughout, considering this was the first time we had created a website from scratch.

The team's quick response and patience got us to our final live website quicker than we could have imagined. They always took time to put step by step guidance together on how to update the site ourselves, also on how to create our FTP server for the live site hosting. The teams email communication was always very clear and thorough.

I think it might have been easier if we had scheduled a couple of calls, as everything was done over email, but I think this was also down to the time difference, so not a major problem and this was counteracted by their great written communication.
