Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a project executive responsible for international tenders with BlueRank, a digital marketing agency from Poland.
What challenge were you trying to address with DWF?
We were working with another digital marketing agency, but weren’t really satisfied. We wanted to find a partner with connections to Romania because many of our clients are interested in this market.
What was the scope of their involvement?
DWF helped us with SEO for our Polish clients looking to break into the Romanian market. They conducted a few audits and analyzed keywords before creating content. With the hopes of increasing brand awareness, they wrote and published articles, blogs, and reports both on the clients’ websites and others.
One of our partners, in particular, is shoe company. DWF created reports on market conditions, how people are buying their shoes, and why they're selecting certain styles.

How did you come to work with DWF?
Friends within our network recommended DWF. They also received a lot of good reviews and are based in Romania, which was really important to some of our clients.

What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve worked on a series of projects starting in January 2019 and our relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve observed major improvements in the client’s organic search results, and we’re really satisfied with the collaboration. They know the Romanian market really well and know how to operate to improve SEO. That was a huge advantage. Another advantage is that they’re happy to find a solution that satisfies both our team and our client.
How did DWF perform from a project management standpoint?
In most cases, we’ve been fully satisfied. They always try to deliver everything within the deadline. Of course, there were a few times when they were delayed, but that’s really normal. They have a person dedicated to our project who we deal with directly and we mostly communicate via email. Overall, I’m really satisfied with their project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re always thinking about how they can build the best results for our clients. They often provide suggestions for our clients that are beyond the scope of their job, but really help them achieve the results they want.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I wouldn’t change anything because we communicate really well and we’re satisfied with the engagement. They listen to us and make changes when problems arise.
