We are a software development company and IT staffing agency founded in Houston, Texas, 1996, with the goal to boost the competitive advantage of enterprises worldwide.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
Price and quality of the service that they provide.
Describe the engagement and overall scope of work in detail, including the stages of the partnership and any software or documents used.
Accounting Advice:
- Calculation of payroll (biweekly).
Note 1: Send these calculations in advance (at least 6 business days prior to payment).
- General calculations such as the cost of an employee for the company.
- Social security and worker benefits.
- Realization of settlements
- Realization, presentation and payment of taxes.
- Management of the company's bank account.
- Making all payments for example: reimbursements, salaries, fees, payment to suppliers, private insurance payments (MAPFRE), among others. Note 1: On average we send three emails per week related to payments.
Note 2: Once payments are made send to WebCreek accounting team receipts of the transfers made.
- Making and sending payment roles to each of the employees.
- Preparation and submission of the monthly Financial Statements under local regulations and with USGAPP standards to the organization's accounting team.
