What challenge were you trying to address with Dreamztech Solutions?

We were trying to address the challenge of a contactless customer service within the hospitality industry.

Dreamztech started with basic, typical menus using a progressive web app to make reservations and ordering prior to arriving. Once COVID-19 hit, we asked them to change the scope in terms of using a QR code and make it less interactive, so to speak, and less socially engageable within the establishments. 

It turned into pretty much a full suite which includes a POS system, delivery system, and the full spectrum of what we’d be needing within a COVID-19 environment.

It was an extremely quick ramp up. They already have the skeleton in place for what I required.

They’ve done some work on progressive web apps within the UK. One of my friends recommended them. I did a lot of background checking to see who they were and I found they were one of the top rated companies.

The total cost is around $180,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2020 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

My product is out to market but I’m constantly asking them for changes due to the change in COVID-19 situation. The same product is constantly evolving. 

The project is hugely successful. In terms of our traction in the market, we’re now engaged with probably the top three hotel chains within the world. We have multiple restaurant chains within the UK who are engaged on this. We have multiple independent bars and restaurants who we’ve allowed to stay open during COVID-19 due to our product. 

We’ve also been engaged with the local government in Manchester who have backed us on this in order to keep people within the hospitality industry in their jobs. It’s been a huge success.

How did Dreamztech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

I rate their project management higher than what the highest rating would be. It’s been phenomenal — the key to the project. The communication has been great, and they work in our time zone, which is nice. Anything that’s been required, they’re available 24/7. If i request a change, it’s done pretty much on the spot.

We use Microsoft Teams and Zoom. They have an internal collaboration platform in which we use to communicate as well.

They understand me as a client. They have an ability to be able to implement what I ask of them. I can’t speak highly enough about Dreamztech.

Time and price has been the most impressive. They have the ability to do things quickly and correctly for a price that works.

One word: no. Don’t change.

We needed to build the technological pieces of our player application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dreamztech developed the technical components for our platforms. Their team built our player database as well as our payment, school outreach, and email systems. These systems support our website and player app, which is available on iOS and Android.

We've worked with three people from their team. I'm in contact with their managing director who communicates with two developers based in India.

Our collaboration started in August 2018, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Without the functions Dreamztech built, we wouldn’t have a company. Our business and online presence has grown. The system works smoothly, so I don’t have to answer any questions about the technology.

They use JIRA, so I'm able to view their progress. Their managing director understands and communicates our needs to their developers. Their team’s responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by their ability to follow through on my needs. If I have an idea, they deliver on it, which I love. Their team’s able to build whatever I want.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their explanations. Their work’s technical, so the average consumer may not understand how projects will unfold or how long they’ll take.

Outline your near and long-term expectations. Consider what you want after a product’s built.

I’m the president and CEO of Island Fill-Up Ltd. It’s the first online fuel delivery app in the Bahamas. We have an app where customers can get fuel, gasoline, and diesel delivered, 24 hours a day.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dreamztech Solutions?

I needed an experienced team to develop a secure platform for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created our product, which is comprised of three different platforms. It’s an integrated and multi-tier solution that covers all of our bases.

The first component is customer-facing, where users can sign up for a fuel delivery membership. The solution allows them to schedule drop-offs and set locations for delivery via a Google Maps integration.

There’s also another driver’s app, where our drivers are assigned fuel deliveries as they come in. The platform organizes the drivers’ shifts and deployments. The driver can’t dispense any fuel himself; fuel can only be dispensed directly from the platform. You’re able to maintain the same level of control that you’d have at a regular service station but through a mobile app.

The last piece of the puzzle is the administrative side of the app, where we can oversee and manage fuel levels, sales, retention, and wastage. These stats are fully integrated into our accounting software.

What is the team composition?

I primarily worked with Krish (CEO), but there were three lead programmers who I dealt with on a regular basis. I’m sure there were others working behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with Dreamztech Solutions?

I’ve known Krish for over 7 years. We’d talked together about numerous projects, but we’d never been able to move forward due to external circumstances. It’s mostly difficult to get the funding and the needed government approvals.

We were finally able to secure funding for this project, so we moved forward with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent somewhere around $40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together in March 2020 and it’s an ongoing project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality of their work was consistently high, across the board. They have a Q&A team that’s extremely detailed and helpful.

I was a very demanding client, particularly because fuel is a very previous commodity and I was worried about needing strict cybersecurity measures to protect it. The Dreamztech team was very patient and empathetic in understanding and addressing these concerns.

How did Dreamztech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very good with deadlines. There were some natural roadblocks as development went on, but they adapted very quickly to accommodate changing requirements. I’d highlight their timeliness because they were intensely diligent in adhering to my deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

If I describe the look and feel of what I want, they can give it to me. I really appreciated how they were quickly able to grasp and materialize my vision. They really speak your language, so you’re able to make progress very quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Obviously, I’d like there to be more developers so that I could get the final product, even faster. Other than that, I don’t really have any legitimate criticisms. They had no problem accepting and incorporating feedback.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be thoughtful about your development process. Have one or two focus groups independently, before you go to them. You’ll help them avoid some roadblocks if you’ve clarified your vision as much as possible.

I was looking for a tech company to set up a website for me.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I told them how I wanted things to look, and we discussed it. They set up, designed, and got my site running. They also built a mobile application for me at no additional charge.

We are a vacation rental property management company based in San Diego, California.

We were looking to come up with a nice online marketing solution for our properties on the coast. Essentially, we wanted to create a user-friendly interface to showcase our properties.

The project came out very nicely and is user friendly. They performed very well and had solid understanding of the scope from day one. Also, they made sure the communication was smooth throughout the project.

Be very clear on what your objectives for the project are, and do not expect things that were not initially scoped.

I am the CEO of a business financial services software platfrom company that was started in 1996.

We had some major tech issues with the aging of our software and database structure. DreamzTech has helped us to quickly identify the issues and systematically correct and upgrade them making our software much faster, more reliable, better secured, and more user friendly for our subscribers.

DreamzTech had all the experiance and staff we were looking for in a development company including their excellent project management which was very important to us.

The scope of the work has been turning things over to DreamzTech end to end from the server management and maintenance, to the software development and the database organization and optimization. They are so competent and self directed that it frees us up to foucs on other areas of our business.

DreamzTech provides a full team for whatever each project requires. At sometimes we will multiple database and software engineers working on a project and at other times there may of be one or two people completing a task. They are extremely flexible to fit our immediate then time needs.

DreamzTech has always been on time and at projected cost for all projects we have tasked them with.

The best part is their extremely high level communication, organization, documentation and daily feedback so we always know exactly where each project stands and its completion status.

DreamzTech is the complete package. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than they have done for us.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dreamztech Solutions, and what were your goals?

We hired DreamzTech Solutions to modify a Client for a Client / Server application that records information about emergencies on a ship.

How did you select Dreamztech Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

Deciding factors for choosing DreamzTech Solutions were the skill sets required, bid amount, questions asked by DreamzTech, 90 day warranty, and ability to work during U.S. Eastern timezone hours.

The project involved:

1. exporting data from a Microsoft SQL database
2. importing data into a MySQL database on a different server periodically
3. modifying user-interfaces (using Scaled Vector Graphics)
4. producing reports
5. python for system start-up scripts
6. ail-over for network failure to a local SQLite database, with auto update of MySQL database when the network and MySQL database are reachable again

Two DreamzTech Solutions team members worked with us (a developer and a project manager).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

DreamzTech Solutions did a great job, in a timely manner. As a result, we will be seeking to work with DreamzTech Solutions for more future projects (another project is already in progress now).

DreamzTech Solutions is efficient, responds quickly, and uses convenient tools for communications. DreamzTech Solutions did a good job meeting the scheduled timelines for completion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the most important benefits fo dealing with DreamzTech is that they provided a 90 day warranty on the product that is delivered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would prefer to see more questions in writing (emails and messages), with a follow-up meeting (if necessary). Sometimes it is difficult to convey some details in a voice/face-time meeting. Emails and messages can be studied in advance to a voice/face-time meeting.

I’m the marketing manager for North America at a manufacturer for rotary and indexable drilling, milling, threading, and turning tools.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dreamztech Solutions Inc?

Our website wasn’t optimized for mobile devices. We needed a web app that could support our tradeshow promotions and generate leads.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create basic informative landing pages, product pages with collateral attached, and a trivia section.

How did you select this vendor?

We put our project out to bid to various digital providers that we had worked with in the past. We selected Dreamztech based on their communication and openness on meeting our project requirements.

They developed a modern web app with a basic design that can generate leads and drive users to our tradeshow booth later in the year.

The project was completed on time and within budget. We will continue working together over the next months to measure leads. We’ll generate an ROI once the tradeshow is over.

I hired Dreamztech to develop our app. Having practiced medicine for 30 years, I've identified areas that can benefit from an efficient app.

I selected them because of their reputation and pricing. I met one of their previous clients, who spoke very highly of Dreamztech. I did further research and found the same feedback from other clients. After comparing them with competitors, there was no question that Dreamztech could accomplish what I wanted at a very favorable cost. There was an overall supervisor for the project. We also worked with an app development supervisor and a programming team.

They delivered exactly what I had envisioned for the price they had originally quoted. If there were any snags, they were always handled fairly and simply.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked well with their team. We had weekly conference calls; all meetings were via telephone or Skype. I could always reach someone if something urgent came up. They also sent constant updates about the project status and any requested changes.
