I’m the founder of IEST Ltd., a hospitality tech startup.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dreamztech Solutions?
We were trying to address the challenge of a contactless customer service within the hospitality industry.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dreamztech started with basic, typical menus using a progressive web app to make reservations and ordering prior to arriving. Once COVID-19 hit, we asked them to change the scope in terms of using a QR code and make it less interactive, so to speak, and less socially engageable within the establishments.
It turned into pretty much a full suite which includes a POS system, delivery system, and the full spectrum of what we’d be needing within a COVID-19 environment.
It was an extremely quick ramp up. They already have the skeleton in place for what I required.
What is the team composition?
I work with five people, including one main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Dreamztech Solutions?
They’ve done some work on progressive web apps within the UK. One of my friends recommended them. I did a lot of background checking to see who they were and I found they were one of the top rated companies.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost is around $180,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2020 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My product is out to market but I’m constantly asking them for changes due to the change in COVID-19 situation. The same product is constantly evolving.
The project is hugely successful. In terms of our traction in the market, we’re now engaged with probably the top three hotel chains within the world. We have multiple restaurant chains within the UK who are engaged on this. We have multiple independent bars and restaurants who we’ve allowed to stay open during COVID-19 due to our product.
We’ve also been engaged with the local government in Manchester who have backed us on this in order to keep people within the hospitality industry in their jobs. It’s been a huge success.
How did Dreamztech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
I rate their project management higher than what the highest rating would be. It’s been phenomenal — the key to the project. The communication has been great, and they work in our time zone, which is nice. Anything that’s been required, they’re available 24/7. If i request a change, it’s done pretty much on the spot.
We use Microsoft Teams and Zoom. They have an internal collaboration platform in which we use to communicate as well.
They understand me as a client. They have an ability to be able to implement what I ask of them. I can’t speak highly enough about Dreamztech.

I’m the president and CEO of Island Fill-Up Ltd. It’s the first online fuel delivery app in the Bahamas. We have an app where customers can get fuel, gasoline, and diesel delivered, 24 hours a day.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dreamztech Solutions?
I needed an experienced team to develop a secure platform for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created our product, which is comprised of three different platforms. It’s an integrated and multi-tier solution that covers all of our bases.
The first component is customer-facing, where users can sign up for a fuel delivery membership. The solution allows them to schedule drop-offs and set locations for delivery via a Google Maps integration.
There’s also another driver’s app, where our drivers are assigned fuel deliveries as they come in. The platform organizes the drivers’ shifts and deployments. The driver can’t dispense any fuel himself; fuel can only be dispensed directly from the platform. You’re able to maintain the same level of control that you’d have at a regular service station but through a mobile app.
The last piece of the puzzle is the administrative side of the app, where we can oversee and manage fuel levels, sales, retention, and wastage. These stats are fully integrated into our accounting software.
What is the team composition?
I primarily worked with Krish (CEO), but there were three lead programmers who I dealt with on a regular basis. I’m sure there were others working behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Dreamztech Solutions?
I’ve known Krish for over 7 years. We’d talked together about numerous projects, but we’d never been able to move forward due to external circumstances. It’s mostly difficult to get the funding and the needed government approvals.
We were finally able to secure funding for this project, so we moved forward with them.

We’ve been working together in March 2020 and it’s an ongoing project.

The quality of their work was consistently high, across the board. They have a Q&A team that’s extremely detailed and helpful.
I was a very demanding client, particularly because fuel is a very previous commodity and I was worried about needing strict cybersecurity measures to protect it. The Dreamztech team was very patient and empathetic in understanding and addressing these concerns.

They’re very good with deadlines. There were some natural roadblocks as development went on, but they adapted very quickly to accommodate changing requirements. I’d highlight their timeliness because they were intensely diligent in adhering to my deadlines.

Be thoughtful about your development process. Have one or two focus groups independently, before you go to them. You’ll help them avoid some roadblocks if you’ve clarified your vision as much as possible.
