Unity Development Services for AI & VR-Focused Startup
“Their management style is strong.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a software engineer at Inworld AI, a Silicon Valley startup working in the AI and VR space. I coordinate our projects with clients and our VR-based apps.
What challenge were you trying to address with DreamTeam Mobile?
When we started the company, we had no experience in gaming, Unity, and VR platforms, so we needed a contractor that could handle these things for us. We hired DreamTeam to build what we needed and help us with using the Unity gaming engine.
What was the scope of their involvement?
DreamTeam helps us build the apps we need from scratch. These are internal apps, and we haven’t launched them yet. We’ve provided no documentation, but our teams work on hands-on development projects. We discuss how we should go about the development and how to manage the VR experience, environment, and animations we need.
In terms of technologies, we primarily use the Unity engine, along with some Oculus-specific libraries for VR. Their team does most of the visual designs, but we also use existing assets. They don’t do 3D modeling, however.
At present, we have an open contract with them. They work based on time and materials, and they aim to improve and maintain our apps.
What is the team composition?
We work with four developers, two managers, and one technical manager. In total, we work with around 7–8 people.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with DreamTeam in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
If a user looks up our website, they’ll see screenshots of our demos, which we use to gain financing. We’ll start the next funding round soon, and the demos have been successful for us. Everyone loves them.
How did DreamTeam Mobile perform from a project management standpoint?
Since we work based on time and materials, we don’t have a specific budget for the engagement. Our development is also iterative, and our requirements change often. With these things in mind, DreamTeam has been successful in working with us. Their management style is strong.
In terms of collaboration tools, we use GitHub — this is our main tool. DreamTeam delivers code directly to us. In terms of communication, their developers are in a different time zone, but their managers are in our time zone, so we mostly talk to the managers. Our teams have a Slack channel, where we conduct weekly calls. When we have a new project, we give them our feedback through that. If they need to fix some things, we create tickets on GitHub.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m happy with their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’d prefer to work with their developers more directly. To be fair, they’ve already realized this, and I’m already talking more to their developers.

Video Platform Development for Job Recruitment Portal
“We’re very happy with their services; that is why we continue working with them.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder and chief product officer of Wizco, a job recruitment portal. We help job applicants land their dream job, connecting them with market experts who offer coaching sessions on our platform and then providing them with reports and reviews. We work with organizations that have a lot of applicants, such as recruiting agencies.
What challenge were you trying to address with DreamTeam Mobile?
We needed someone to build a video platform for our coaching sessions. We had been using a third-party platform, but we wanted to have our own solution.
What was the scope of their involvement?
DreamTeam Mobile built our video platform and integrated it into Agora, our video services provider. Besides video streaming, our platform allows the applicants and experts to connect.
Initially, we provided them with wireframes and documentation, and they came back to us with timeline estimations and their price. After developing the platform, we continued working together on additional projects. Now, I’m working with them on a regular basis, and their developers work as part of our team.
What is the team composition?
We worked with about five people from DreamTeam Mobile on the platform, including developers, a project manager, and a software architect. Currently, we’re only working with two of their developers.
How did you come to work with DreamTeam Mobile?
Agora recommended them. After we met with them and talked to some of their previous clients, we decided to work with them. We started with a smaller project, and it went well, so we continued to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $30,000–$40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our main metrics for the video platform were its stability, the number of times it failed, and the audio and video quality it played; all the metrics were good. We did a gradual rollout because it was a complicated project, and no project like this one is first released without bugs. However, DreamTeam Mobile was very responsive at fixing them.
How did DreamTeam Mobile perform from a project management standpoint?
DreamTeam Mobile is good at meeting deadlines. We had some small delays on the first project, but nothing important. Overall, they delivered the project on time and within budget.
DreamTeam Mobile’s communication is great. We use Trello to manage our collaboration, and we communicate regularly on Slack. Additionally, we have weekly meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It was great to discover that DreamTeam Mobile met our first project’s budget. Whenever we made change requests, they were very flexible, and they didn’t charge extra.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we’re very happy with their services; that is why we continue working with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a very defined scope and be very communicative. That way, DreamTeam Mobile can give you a proper estimation and stick to it. It might take some time to engage with them and make them available, so be aware of that.

Custom Software Dev for Software Company

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Director of Technology for a software company that provides product solutions for the desk less workforce. On top of providing solutions through our products, we engage with our product clients to build custom software solutions that meet their needs and enhance our solutions.
For what projects/services did your company hire DreamTeam Mobile, and what were your goals?
We had several client projects that had to get done in a short timeframe. This included new releases of our core products. One of our valued customers needed a solution to train their network. They had already started the effort to revamp and redevelop all their training content. There had to be a new online platform that this content could be delivered through. Due to various business reasons, this had to be done in 2021. With our resource constraints due to existing workloads, we needed to partner with a team to make this project happen.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
A year earlier, we partnered with the DreamTeam Mobile to build a video group call solution. We had already chosen the video streaming service for this application. That company recommended the DreamTeam. This project with the DreamTeam's invaluable help was a success. So when it came time to needing someone to help with the training platform and with it being a similar technology platform, we didn't hesitate to turn to them again.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Our team did the requirements and scoping phase along with enlisting our designer to generate the application designs. We took these project deliverables and collaborated with the DreamTeam to flesh out the rest of the site. We needed the web application to be built in the VueJs framework.
The DreamTeam did all the construction of the client application calling our API's. There was an excellent working relationship where our two development teams worked together to refine and enhance all the API's and logic to match what was best for the client. They took their time analyzing the project upfront and established a budget and timeline that they committed too. They met both objectives.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There was a project manager and 3 to 4 developers. In addition, the two owners were actively involved in keeping track of the progress and making sure the milestones were reached.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The DreamTeam completed the project for the cost and for the timeline that was committed too. In addition, there were a few items that needed to be adjusted during the project. They were gracious in making these adjustments without needing to extend the timelines.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had a typical kick off meeting with the project team. Then there were weekly updates from the project manager keeping us informed as to the progress. We had access to the repository which gave us visibility to the work. The majority of the communication occurred through a few key Google Docs that the teams could insert comments and replies to solve questions or identify issues. These was very efficient versus having to handle via meetings.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were equally competent and easy to work with. Several weeks after the project was completed we experienced a problem that we couldn't solve. We reached out to them for help. They immediately responded and within a short period of time solved the problem. This was "above and beyond" service.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing comes to mind.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of Yak Network. We’re a video chat meets gamification platform.
What challenge were you trying to address with DreamTeam Mobile?
We needed to build a mobile version of our web app. We thought that we could build the product as a webRTC but couldn’t.
What was the scope of their involvement?
DreamTeam built our mobile app for Android and iOS. The project was difficult, so we closely worked with them. They reproduced our game platform on the web in a mobile form.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a project manager, one of their principals, and two developers.
How did you come to work with DreamTeam Mobile?
My CTO and I researched companies. I called the company that supports the video chat portion of our services, and they recommended DreamTeam. We interviewed 2–3 other companies and had them play with our program to understand it. DreamTeam stood out amongst the others.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $35,000–$40,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We found DreamTeam around July 2020 and recently launched the apps in stores. We only need to clean them up a bit.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
DreamTeam has fine technical resources. Although they’re a small company, they’re excellent and helpful. I trusted them to do the job, which they did phenomenally well. Many people interacted with the mobile apps and so far, we’ve had rave reviews. The project turned out well.
How did DreamTeam Mobile perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management was excellent. We communicated via Slack, email, and calls. We also demo-ed the games together. They were professional, responsive, and accommodating.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I work with a few development partners, so I have a sense of them. DreamTeam was honorable, capable, and nice. The principals live in the US, which I found helpful from a communication standpoint.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they were excellent.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Tell them exactly what you want because they’re responsive. I previously worked with difficult companies, so I was pleased by how accommodating DreamTeam was.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a senior software engineer and architect at EastBanc Technologies. For this project, I was the architect and team leader.
What challenge were you trying to address with DreamTeam Mobile?
They helped us develop a booking system for sports clubs.
What was the scope of their involvement?
DreamTeam Mobile helped us mainly with frontend development and testing. Most backend tasks were done on our side. It’s a responsive web application developed in Typescript and React.
What is the team composition?
I worked with one developer and one QA engineer.
How did you come to work with DreamTeam Mobile?
The project had been in development for a year and a half when I joined. I believe our company has had a longstanding relationship with them.
How much have you invested with them?
The cost of their contribution to the project was roughly $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with them in November 2018, but the beta launch for the first iteration occurred from January–April 2017. Two weeks ago, the final version was delivered to the production.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The collaboration was very successful. The contribution of DreamTeam Mobile was great. There are no critical issues.
The website was launched three years ago, then we used a continuous delivery approach, and we kept developing the project by adding new features.
How did DreamTeam Mobile perform from a project management standpoint?
There were no issues with meeting deadlines, and the communication was perfect. We used Jira as an issue tracker, and we communicated mostly through Skype calls and chats.
I also created tasks through Jira and communicate with their team to explain the details. They would make pull requests, and everything was committed to the git repository through my approval.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their professional team is knowledgeable in the areas they’re responsible for. The UI developer has good knowledge of Typescript and React. The QA engineer has a lot of experience in testing. He sometimes found very strange issues that nobody thought about when we were in development.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I cannot indicate any such areas. Everything was perfect.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to believe in them and let them do their work.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a European publisher of mobile applications. I manage the B2B side of our relationships.
What challenge were you trying to address with DreamTeam Mobile?
We have several applications online. While we do have two team members who oversee our release cycle, we don't have any engineers on staff. Our model is to hire a service provider each time we develop an app. We initially hired them as a full-service provider who offered all the capabilities we needed.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We're working on a mobile application for several platforms, including iOS and Android. They have a dedicated team that works on our projects, and their project manager oversees the code base and testing activities. We share a high-level concept with them for the project we hope to release. They ask a lot of questions and provide suggestions for technologies, frameworks, and platforms. We take their comments into consideration, then approve a statement of work for the project. Then, their production team does design work, frontend design, graphic interfaces, and system architecture on the backend. Our project manager talks with their project manager on a regular basis, and they deliver status reports with deliverables and demos.
The first project we worked on was a native app for iOS and Android. It provides anonymous cell phone numbers for surveys and corporate environments. It's like having a seamless second phone. They were responsible for design creation for this project, but we provided initial wireframes for them to review and comment upon. They will oversee wireframing for the second project we’re working on.
What is the team composition?
We have a dedicated team of three. One member is responsible for frontend design, the second is responsible for backend programming, and the third manages the projects.
How did you come to work with DreamTeam Mobile?
We wanted a company who could provide system architecture, design, and quality assurance. They were able to provide everything we needed. We had experience with freelancers and smaller providers, but no one we've worked with previously offered turnkey solutions. We've been through one application release with them already, and we plan to order another application with them this summer.
None of the vendors we worked with previously met our standards. I asked some colleagues for recommendations, and one of my friends recommended one of their owners. We had a phone conversation, then we met in person to discuss our needs. They outlined their service proposition and had good communication channels, so we were happy to start working with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend about $10,000 a month, so our total expenditure is about $50,000-$60,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in October or November 2018, and the collaboration is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The mobile publishing world is pretty straightforward. Applications are ranked clearly on the App Store, and our ranking is currently around 4.3 stars for up to 100 reviews. Since we released the application, our rankings have improved. They fixed all our initial bugs within a matter of hours.
How did DreamTeam Mobile perform from a project management standpoint?
They're fantastic project managers, and are certainly the best we've ever worked with. We use Slack and Google Hangouts to communicate. They also send weekly status reports as PDFs.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of their team is great. They are a relatively small company, and everyone I interact with is top-notch. Their expertise and communication are good, and they have well-established methods for all their channels. They have good templates, release schedules, and scrum processes.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't have anything to recommend, and I'm looking forward to my next project with them. They are an excellent one-stop shop. They have it all, and they know our business well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have your wireframes, documents, and answers available at the beginning. Your initial prep cycle is important to their starting speed. Once they understand the project, they will exceed your expectations, but that early clarity is crucial.

Microsite Dev & Analytics Partner for Tech Agency
"[They] were always willing to accommodate the changes and find a way to make it work."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm a project manager at a tech agency that specializes in building customer apps, games, virtual reality, and interactive screens for clients.
What challenge were you trying to address with DreamTeam Mobile?
We were working with a client and needed help with analytics for their mobile tour. Later, we hired DreamTeam again to help with analytics for a client's virtual reality project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They built a microsite and used Google Analytics to identify with us what analytics our client wanted to pull. DreamTeam extracted the number of users and downloads, shares to facebook and twitter, exportable data (including name, email, zip code, etc.), and the number of email clickthrough rates, which was an add-on feature that we are usually unable to offer to our clients. They also added artwork and logos to make the microsite match the analytics site, which was visually pleasing. For one client project, in particular, they created an interactive kiosk application.
What is the team dynamic?
We usually worked with 2–3 people at a time. Alex [Founder, DreamTeam Mobile] was our main point of contact.
How did you come to work with them?
We're always looking for new reliable vendors and partners to work with long-term. One of our head developers had heard of DreamTeam, so we tried them out, and it worked well. They have worked on several projects with us since the beginning.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $15,000–$20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in November 2016 and the collaboration is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The clients are very satisfied with the analytics tools. I don't think the clients use every tool that they have available, they still ask us for guidance, but they have been over-the-moon happy with the analytics.
How did they perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very responsive. We communicated almost on a day-to-day basis, most of the time via email. In their emails, they were thorough and outlined all the details for us. They were always available for phone calls and gave us immediate answers to our questions.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were working on a tight deadline, but they were able to deliver a great product with a quick turnaround time. They were very adaptable and optimistic, always willing to accommodate the changes and find a way to make it work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It helps when both sides are timely in their responses. If you express your needs clearly, DreamTeam is definitely able to accommodate them.

Android App Dev for Client of Digital Agency
"They’re professional, responsive, and the quality appears excellent."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Rage Digital.
What challenge were you trying to address with DreamTeam Mobile?
We had already developed an iOS version of the app for our client. They requested that we build a replica or import the application from iOS to Windows UI. I didn’t have any Windows developers or Xamarin developers on staff or in my freelance chain.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The application has a web-based version and we developed the iOS version of it. As with Android apps that we do from time to time, typically if you have an iOS version completed, you can hand over the code and some reasonable sense of direction on what the app needs to do. They can then replicate the functionality within their own framework.
In this case, it was Windows. I provided DreamTeam Mobile access to the iOS source code and gave them directions from my iOS developer to answer any questions regarding the API or the server connectivity and functionality. I handed it to them to figure out, which they did.
What is the team dynamic?
There were probably four parties involved from business development through customer, to QA to development.
How did you come to work with DreamTeam Mobile?
I found them on Upwork. They had good response times. We had a conversation to articulate what the project scope was. Once we established their legitimacy, coming through the Upwork environment, they were very professional. They were very responsive in terms of my questions and getting the quote together, the contact and so forth.
How much have you invested with them?
$7,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2017 until September 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The client seems happy in some of the correspondence back and forth through Basecamp.
How did DreamTeam Mobile perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re excellent. We communicated via phone, email, and Basecamp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very cost effective. They’re professional, responsive, and the quality appears excellent.

App Dev for Critical Communication SaaS
"I’m happy with them. I think they know what they’re doing."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Our company is in the critical communication business. We help companies manage critical events including something like September 11th, active shooting scenarios, a natural disaster, fire, flood, etc. If this happens, how do you reach your people? How do you reach your employees? How do you inform your customers? How do you assemble your response team? How do you make sure that people got the message? I’s all about communication in various scenarios.
The company was founded after 2011 with this idea of “What do we do if something like this happens?” The last three or four years we’ve really done well in terms of business, and we changed our profile. We became a SaaS product versus an on-premise product and that created a lot of demand for our software. We went public last year and we’re doing well so far. I’m senior director.
What challenge were you trying to address with DreamTeam Mobile?
We acquired a company and wanted to build a keyword chatting application for the medical areas. We thought this would be a good addition to our suite of products, but when we acquired them, we didn’t have any mobile expertise in-house. We came to DreamTeam through that acquisition and we decided to keep that arrangement, because they really know what they’re doing in the mobile area.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We worked with them in two arrangements. Originally, they were a part of a development team and they did about 50% of the coding. They were a part and parcel of the original development team for that application and we kept that arrangement. In addition, we had to develop two other applications not related to the original acquisition. One of them had to be done on Windows phone, which we have absolutely zero expertise for Windows on development. We hired them and we outsourced this project to them altogether, including QA, development, design, etc. That was a separate project that they did for us, and they continued to help us with the development of the original application.
How many resources were assigned to your project?
We worked with 2 of the founders, Alex and Alexey, and then we had another guy Sergei. There were 3 developers helping us with the medical application. On the other project, we interacted with maybe 3 or 4 developers, but I think they had more people working than that.
What features and functionality did they development in the app?
The chatting application is for the medical industry. It is very similar to any other chatting app, but it’s also HIPAA-compliant, meaning everything is secure. There is an audit trail of everything you have done, so that makes it a fit for the medical industry. It supports audio calling, video calling, file transfer, attachment, images, voice messages, as well as normal text messages. It also integrates with our main platform so you can chat with people in your organization. You can find them and you can limit the people you can interact with, for security reasons. There are different modes of operations. Some people will expose it to their patients and some organizations want people just within the hospital. DreamTeam was responsible for our voice integration. They were responsible for everything regarding audio and video calling. We used a 3rd party toolkit called OpenTok, and they were responsible for that part. We told them the features we needed, and they did research and developed them. They did the coding and testing only.
How did you come to work with DreamTeam Mobile?
We knew their team and liked them. We trusted their quality and they’re reasonably priced. They were local, in the U.S. A lot of outsource companies don’t have any U.S. presence and that didn’t work for me because it was important for me to be able to call somebody at any time. We trusted them to do the app and they proved to us that they could do it, so we decided to outsource the next project to them. We probably could have found cheaper, but we were looking for someone who we could trust and who we could talk to at any time of day.
How much have you invested with DreamTeam Mobile?
We’re a public company and I can’t share that information. It was a reasonable rate.
What is the status of this engagement?
I joined the company 2 ½ years ago in January 2015, and that’s when the acquisition took place. That’s when I got introduced to them for that original project. The 2nd project we gave to them was about a year later. That lasted a couple of months and then once they delivered the app, that project was completed. They did continue working with us until very recently, maybe a few months back. At that time, our company started to change and we had to shift priorities, and we didn’t have any need for them anymore for various reasons. We separated as friends. I would go back to them if needed, but right now we just don’t have a need for them anymore.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
We’re sending 30,000 messages a week on this app. We have 20 paying clients that use it. We also have free users because there is a free mode where you can download it for your organization if you don’t want to use premium features. We’re marketing it progressively. We’ve got a couple of good deals this quarter in that area. We continue to develop it.
How did DreamTeam Mobile perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re pretty good. The 2 founders that I interacted with, Alex and Alexey, they are pretty on top of things. They are also hands-on so if there’s any technical issue we need to resolve, they will jump in and help out. Them being in the U.S. really helps. They also have a good project manager. For that other project that we did for Windows phone, they assigned a project manager in Belarus, and she was on top of things and worked directly with me. I’m a native Russian speaker so being able to talk to them in Russian also helped, but even without that, they all speak pretty good English so that’s not an issue. We’re very happy with them.
What did you find most impressive about DreamTeam Mobile?
I don’t have experience working that closely with other mobile app providers. What I did like about DreamTeam is they’re trying to stay on top of new trends and technologies. They will tell me about conferences they go to and give suggestions about new things they learn about. They keep us apprised on what’s going on and they recommend which technical direction we should take. That was helpful. They’re not just doing what we tell them to do. Sometimes we listen to their advice and sometimes we don’t, but it’s good to use them as a partner and not just jump to doing your initial plan.
Are there any areas DreamTeam Mobile could improve?
The arrangement we had with them was pretty good. Even though I didn’t use mobile outsource before, I had a pretty good experience using outsource in general.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the president of AgriSync. We’re a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service [SaaS] provider in the agriculture vertical.
What challenge were you trying to address with DreamTeam Mobile?
We needed assistance with our video-collaboration API.
What was the scope of their involvement?
DreamTeam Mobile was engaged from a consulting perspective. They served as our core development architect for a key piece of our iOS, Android, and web application. We are working on Xamarin forms for the mobile platforms and .NET components for the web.
The product is a Zendesk-like customer service platform for the agriculture segment. DreamTeam primarily focused on our video collaboration API and provided mobile and web development, as well as architecture.
How did you come to work with DreamTeam Mobile?
They had produced some blog posts on topics we were interested in, which led me to their company.
How much have you invested with DreamTeam Mobile?
The cost of their work has averaged $2,500 per month since the start of the engagement, or $25,000–$30,000 in total. We have used DreamTeam for contract work and not as full-time providers.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with DreamTeam in April 2016.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or impact of the engagement?
The feedback has been very positive. I think that we’ve received good service, although I cannot go into customer reviews. We’ve been happy with the work performed by DreamTeam Mobile.
How did DreamTeam Mobile perform from a project management standpoint?
I have no concerns in this area. We have worked with Alex [Founder, DreamTeam Mobile] and a team leader.
What did you find most impressive about DreamTeam Mobile?
They genuinely cared about the success of our business. DreamTeam is a good partner. They’re highly responsive, available, and collaborative.
Are there any areas DreamTeam Mobile could improve?
They did well overall, and I have no big concerns.
What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of success with DreamTeam Mobile?
Engage them directly and bring them into the project team. DreamTeam worked best when they were deeply engaged in our business with clear expectations and accountabilities in place. I highly recommend them overall. They’re a solid extension of our team.
The company’s AI and VR demos have received positive feedback from stakeholders, and they’ve secured financing because of them. DreamTeam Mobile has also met the client’s requirements. The team effectively uses GitHub and Slack to communicate closely with the firm about their projects.
