We have been able to raise the funding after the MVP of our project and now we are planning to full scale development and launch in next 6-8 Months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was smooth and well communicated over emails and Slack to minimize the communication Gaps. From Day 1 we were particular about the process we needed to implement to increase and maintain the productivity of both the teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It has been a wonderful journey working with Dreamsoft4u as they were very professional through out the project. Their understanding regarding project was always top notch even though there were a lot of changes in the requirement, they always welcomed our CRs/ERs & delivered an outstanding solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would have been great if they could have sent their guys to onsite at our office for training purpose ,however it was not the part of scope so I can understand.

As we are technology driven company ,We Stepped in Healthcare industry and it was new for us .We hired Dreamsoft4u 'The Healthcare Expert. We want to help doctors and surgeon in analyzing the patient using Artificial intelligence. We have expertise in AI but we were lacking on Healthcare understanding. We partner with Dreamsoft4u to delivered excellence for our client.

We have gone through the history of Dreamsoft4u and interviewed them within multiple channels of Decision Makers and they proved us right as they have vast experience in Healthcare industry . Team was energetic and excited . Resources were knowledgeable which was our major concern to shake hands with Company.

We have worked on client requirement and prioritized as per need and pipelines for data to be used first for training the model. We decided the communication channel and Scope of work ,Delivery Phase. We decided to complete this project in 7 Phase. Each of 6 month Duration .Still we are working on it as per plan

We have created team of 15 People ,along with 5 in Data Science. Delivery Manger 1 Edi file integration expert. Database Expert Business Analyst and other developers to complete the task as per requirement.

The results speak for themselves. We have a fully functional SAAS solution with several wearable and digital device integrations and a platform that delivers a telehealth solution in real-time and remotely. The short-term engagement has matured into a long-term collaboration and we look forward to working with them as we grow. Partnering with Dreamsoft4u was the first and single most important decision I took as a Consultant of a digital health Client. In Dreamsoft4u.We found a true collaborator to transform our ideas into a digital health solution, not just a software app.  User experience was always given the highest priority. As in any tech. development life cycle, there were challenges, bugs, roadblocks, and occasional pivots. However, Sanjeev and his team were always available, and just a phone call away, which was very reassuring. Our ad-hoc requests were handled in an expedited manner, and we were kept in the loop.

Everything was taken care by Delivery Manger Lokesh and Helped us in delivery the right results with proper plan. We communicated on emails,calls ,skype,Jira,Srvice Now.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I must say we have a come a long way together and Dreamsoft4u has done a wonderful job. At the beginning, Dreamsoft4u went into details for our requirements and came up with lot of important questions and this really helped us figure out a number of gaps in our requirements. They has been very flexible to deal with our ad-hoc requests, which was an extremely important factor for us while developing a complex product. I definitely see Dreamsoft4u as a long-term IT partner for us. They advised and successfully lead the way from end to end through the technical challenges and considerations with development

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we worked for business we work to deliver the quality and that can only be possible when both the parties are in Sync and Dreamsoft4u has done all the right things to help us. We solve issues and Roadblocks ---No Complians

We came across with dreamsoft4u on upwork , and we researched about the company and their work in healthcare and we found them expert in there domain and mobile development knowledge ,Going with dreamsoft4u is really helped us a lot as they have vast knowledge of HIPPA and other healthcare solutions. Dreamsoft4u were up to the mark and supportive throughout the project

We have decided to complete this project in 10 milestones , We decided to go with the WebApp development first and then we tested and satisfied . After this we went on mobile application phases for both android and iOS platforms, We have also integrated the third parties API for insurance and lab test etc. Dreamsoft4u also supported and helped in ad-hoc request and some extent they have helped us in out of scope requirements.

Initially we started with 3 engineers and one project manager ,later we have increased the team size to 8 which includes UI/UX designer ,domain expert ,business analyst and delivery manager. Everyone was great listener and we acted as a single unit team to complete our project.

After completion of Web App we have tested for 2months we found 5x growth in revenue and reduced our case management time which untimely helps in increasing the productivity and reducing the operational cost . We can now say that we have increased 20x revenue and on boarded 10x more doctors which in turns increasing the number of consultation per week.

We have followed the agile methodology for transparency in communication and setup up weekly meetings to discuss the challenges and deliverables. Sanjeev help us in creating a streamline process for better communication and Delivery.

Dreamsoft4u impressed us by their way of handling the challenges and solutions suggested on time under the budget. We are really happy with the ample amount of support provided and on time delivery .Dreamsoft4u shows professionalism and worked on our feedback on time ,Rohit also helped us whenever we stuck . Great team to work with . We would Highly recommend Dreamsoft4u for healthcare and IT related work. Kudos to the team

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As such I don't see any cons. But I would suggest if they could assign onsite team who can be physically assist me in client meeting.

We needed a custom software solution for our electronic remittance advice (ERA) and medical billing systems.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DreamSoft helped us develop an app in the area of medical billing solutions. They developed a system for accepting and rejecting claims in ERA. It was also a revenue cycle management app that should allow us to submit claims electronically and receive ERA. It should also do all the payment postings electronically.

We worked with 3–4 people over the years. There were a couple of developers and a project manager, including Sanjeev (Co-Founder & CEO), Ramish (Team Lead), and Rohit (Business Analyst). 

How did you come to work with DreamSoft4u Healthcare IT Solution?

About 6–7 years ago, we were looking for good developers with an excellent understanding and experience in electronic data interchange (EDI). We sent a bid and selected a few names, which included DreamSoft. 

We interviewed the team, and we found out they had a good background and understanding of the work we were looking for. Their experience and knowledge in the area was the reason we decided to go with them.

We spent around $25,000–$30,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from March 2016–January 2020. It’s over, but they’re still giving a lot of support for the application they developed for us. When there are minor technical problems, they still come and help us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The application is very good. We constantly use it with clients, and we make good use of it.

We worked with DreamSoft for five years, and all other projects were done successfully. As a result, I would be more than happy to continue working with them in the future, and I would always want them as a part of my development team.

The DreamSoft team was very prompt and responsive. We were never ignored. That was a huge plus for their line of business. They never left my side and were always there to help, which was a good thing. We enjoyed that very much. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team’s attitude and willingness to solve the issues and complete the project on time were impressive. The developers were very nice and willing to work with us, and they were always there to make sure they would finish things on time. Their support services were also very good. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s always room to improve in everybody's business. However, they already have good communication skills and attitude, and their development skills are fine. There’s nothing I can suggest other than to keep up the good work.

Potential customers should have more or less the same experience as we had. Expect DreamSoft to do quality work similar to what they did for us.

We provide an electronic health record (EHR) software for chiropractors. I’m the CEO of the company.

They provided a solution for us to generate claims using an EDI ANSI 837 format.

What was the scope of their involvement?

There’s a lot involved in creating claims for insurers. Our software registers all the data such as insurance carrier, patient name, birth date, and insurance information. That data is used to create claims in a specific industry format called ANSI 837.

It’s been a year-long project with multiple iterations and improvements, as we added claim houses. DreamSoft4u Healthcare IT Solution had experience in doing this for other clients, and we relied on that to make the solution work. We provided them specific data elements based on which they generated the EDI file.

We worked with one developer and his boss.

We posted a job on Upwork, got a number of responses, and had a Skype call with DreamSoft4u Healthcare IT Solution.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with DreamSoft4u Healthcare IT Solution around October 2019, and the engagement is ongoing. We’ve been using the software for more than eight months, and we’re continuing to make small iterations as we integrate with new clearinghouses.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The software is producing the results we’re looking for. Claims are being accepted by clearinghouses and insurance carriers, which was the ultimate reason for making it.

How did DreamSoft4u Healthcare IT Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

DreamSoft4u Healthcare IT Solution does pretty well. They don’t have to manage too much. Their team knows what the task is. They produced the tool that generates the files and anytime we need new iterations we give them the information and they’ll update the tool within a few days. We typically communicate through Skype. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a very honest company and deliver on what they promise. We know that we’re not going to waste our money. We’re getting what we paid and asked for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

You should have clear expectations on what you want and then relay those expectations to DreamSoft4u Healthcare IT Solution on a call. As long as everyone is on the same page, you should get the output you’re looking for.

I’m the CEO and founder of a health IT company. We work in the teletherapy space; we have online mental health counseling specifically for college students.

We needed help with web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DreamSoft4u built our web-based solution from the ground up using PHP and CodeIgniter.

What is the team composition?

I mainly interact with the project managers who have a team of two developers working on our project.

We wanted an overseas partner because they’re more cost effective. In interviewing different firms, we were looking for someone with expertise and experience in building healthcare IT solutions. DreamSoft4u seemed to have that experience and understood the space and the different security protocols we needed to follow, so we hired them.

We’ve spent between $15,000–$20,000.

We started working together in September 2016, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were able to cost effectively get our minimum viable product (MVP) functioning and start working with our first customers.

How did DreamSoft4u Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve had 3–5 different project managers because some left. That led to changeover issues and having to reexplain our project. At one point, we didn’t even have a project manager.

We outlined the initial scope, and they said it would take about three months to develop the solution. It ended up taking about 4–5 months longer than that, which was frustrating. However, now that we’ve been working on smaller projects, their estimates are better.

They don’t use a project management tool, so we mainly communicate over email and exchanging Word documents. Communication has been one of our biggest challenges, especially because of the time difference. It’s been hard to connect with them during regular business hours—we have to talk very late or early, which isn’t always ideal.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The platform’s interface is good; people like the design and the layout. DreamSoft4u is highly cost effective, which is a huge plus.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They don’t seem to have any sort of project management system, so it’s hard to track changes, updates, and progress.

I’m the CEO of a healthcare analytics firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with DreamSoft4u Pvt. Ltd.?

We have a big data analytics platform for managed healthcare. We have our own developers who developed our application, but we ended up deciding to outsource the interconnectivity part.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dreamsoft4u is one of the partners we picked to help us with some applications to be able to test our systems’ interconnectivity. It’s a sandbox (i.e., isolated testing environment) that we use to test our connectivity, APIs, and system interfaces. We have our past environment in Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is the area that DreamSoft4u coordinates. They’ve set up the Amazon EC2 and remote backup system (RBS) environments. They’ve also used PHP to connect to the backend of the RBS.

They’ve assigned two developers.

How did you come to work with DreamSoft4u Pvt. Ltd.?

Their healthcare knowledge was the main reason we chose them. I’ve worked with different companies in India who were very good, but they didn’t specialize in healthcare.

We started working together in 2017 and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re not using the products they developed in a live environment. It’s more like a sandbox for connectivity purposes to test our APIs. We’re in the middle of the process, so I can’t comment on any results yet.

How did DreamSoft4u Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

Rohit (Software QA Analyst, DreamSoft4u Pvt. Ltd.) is very organized. The team is very responsive and has done everything we’ve requested. They’ve come up with a good project plan, developed milestones, and followed up on what they’ve promised. There have been some changes in the process that have resulted in missed deadlines, but they’ve managed to adjust things in order to complete tasks. They’ve used Excel for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I have no comments in this area.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve worked with other firms that use project management tools to allow for better follow-up and to track the work. DreamSoft4u should start using something like that.

I’m the CEO of an electronic medical records (EMR) product company.

What challenge were you trying to address with DreamSoft4u Private Limited?

We needed software development help.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They played an important role in developing the core architecture of our software. They were involved in the very early stages and built the underlying database and the underlying code. They used Java, MySQL, the Merck channel, and PrimeFaces from a design perspective. They delivered a minimum viable product (MVP) from scratch.

There were six developers.

We found them on an online job site. We gave them a mini-project to work on and were satisfied with their response. I met them in person and had an opportunity to see their setup. I was impressed, so we decided to use them.

They built the underlying architecture for the product that we now sell. They did a great job building it. We gave them feedback, tested the project, got feedback from clients, and gave them more feedback. Over time, the product kept getting better. They were quick to fix bugs and quick to implement more functionality.

We used Teamwork. We were very happy with their communication. They were responsive. They worked hard.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The diversity of the resources is key. If we needed somebody to install a certificate, there was a sales specialist. If we needed someone to look at the environment, there was an architectural specialist. If we needed someone to set up a PHP integration with a third-party software, they had a PHP developer. They functioned very well as a one-stop shop for all the developmental resources that we needed.

Most software developers tend to focus on building a product where A leads to B, and B leads to C. What makes DreamSoft4u unique is that they figure out what comes before A and how strong the underlying architecture and code is, as well as what comes after Z and what will be helpful to market the product. They weren’t just vendors. They were partners in the project that helped give birth to the product and helped the product grow. They look at things from a three-dimensional perspective.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They worked in the time zone that we wanted. There were no language barriers. I was happy with them in all aspects.

What challenge were you trying to address with DreamSoft4u Private Limited?

I was looking for a telehealth program to market mainly to sole practitioners or small group practices here in the U.S. It would provide an interface for them to use smartphones to make calls and speak to their patients remotely.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DreamSoft developed the application for both Android and iOS.

I was looking for someone who wanted to enter the marketplace. The niche of software products in the telehealth industry is somewhat limited—not many companies make them.

We began working together in April of 2017, and the work is ongoing.

Several clinicians are currently evaluating the product here in the U.S.

How did DreamSoft4u Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

DreamSoft is easy to work with. They’re responsive to new suggestions or additions, which is important in this market.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re located in India, and I’m in the U.S. I probably wouldn’t have been able to afford the type and amount of work they’re giving me if I’d hired in the U.S. The requirements would have been out of my capabilities. DreamSoft has skills and experience in the clinical market—they know what they’re doing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Software always needs customization or edits. DreamSoft has the skills and experience to make those changes, but we decided to offer the platform as is and make future customizations when needed.

We are a tissue paper manufacturer with mills in Wisconsin and Virginia. I am the IT manager of the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with DreamSoft4u?

We have various divisions, including waste paper, receiving sections, production systems, and we produce various reports on plant efficiency, production quality, shipping, invoicing, and so on. We needed to integrate these facets into an ERP.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DreamSoft4u implemented our ERP system. They provided a project manager for our company, and we had discussions around our requirements.

Our reports are reviewed by upper management, so it's important that the auto-emailing works well. The process is time-based and if any events fail to trigger, we will call DreamSoft4u to fix the issue.

How did you come to work with DreamSoft4u?

We have an office in Jaipur, which is where DreamSoft4u is located. We had an initial contact, and everything went well. We didn't look at any other companies.

How much have you invested with DreamSoft4u?

The total cost of our project with DreamSoft4u was above $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with DreamSoft4u in 2014, and have an ongoing relationship. When required, we will email or call DreamSoft4u for support.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Previously, the reporting process was entirely manual. After implementing our ERP, I was able to immediately pull any types of reports from our central database, so the process has improved and become faster. 

How did DreamSoft4u perform from a project management standpoint?

DreamSoft4u assigned a project manager as our only point of contact. He wasn't perfect but did the job well enough and had good English skills.

What did you find most impressive about DreamSoft4u?

DreamSoft4u employs top-of-the-line developers from their region, with high experience. I've worked with other companies and DreamSoft4u stood out in terms of professionalism. We have a time-sensitive process, and I've appreciated being able to call DreamSoft4u's team in the middle of the night for them to sort out the issue.

Are there any areas DreamSoft4u could improve?

I haven't seen any major problems in our 3-year collaboration with DreamSoft4u. There may be 15-20-minute delays at times, but this is not a problem.

What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of success with DreamSoft4u?

Working with DreamSoft4u depends on what types of resources the client has on their team. DreamSoft4u is a good and professional company, so there shouldn't be any issues.
