I am representing a multimedia company as a contracted project coordinator to handle quality assurance，project scheduling between English to non-English countries.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dreamsoft Innovations Private Limited?

-A face app working on the PC platform, a .exe application.the project is a face AR software that able to run on pc (for education purposes).

-When the user approaches a webcam, facial recognition will recognize the user's face. After that, the user will determine which mask/filter from the screen wanna try and the software will place the filter mask.

How did you select this vendor?

We found them from a freelancing website Workana. They are being selected from our candidates base on their remarkable AR/VR software portfolio, and clear description for their profession and experiences in AR/VR software.

The software which contains the functions below

-Face tracking framework implementation.

-Accessible on any official format of screen size.

-Adding filters with augmented reality, filters are available for the user to change (Art provided). -When quitting the software, leave a blank page for the client logo.

The project has been successfully delivered on time, so our company is satisfied.

- Agile on development had given us more time for quality assurance.

- Trustworthy (Highly recommend).

Are there any areas for improvement?

I hope they may expand their team to provide some supportive services besides AR/VR development or software development. Art Department/Quality Assurance/Foreign Communication team can be developed to expand for higher price projects and bigger business opportunities.

We’re a creative design studio that provides app design, product photography, graphic design, and retouching work.

We contacted Dreamsoft Innovations to develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dreamsoft Innovations handled all aspects of development. Our team gave them designs, and they suggested making a dynamic website. We’ll decide on specific and additional features in the next few months. Once development ends, they’ll perform SEO services. They mentioned doing Google Ads as well in the future.

We’ve worked with three people from their team, including a developer, a salesperson, and a member from the board of directors.

One of my colleagues suggested I go with their team. I’d seen some of their previous work and liked it. After viewing their entire portfolio, I contacted Dreamsoft Innovations through LinkedIn.

The total cost was 25,000 Indian rupees (approximately $352.00 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Dreamsoft Innovations in August 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We enjoyed working with Dreamsoft Innovations’ friendly team. Their team completed what we required at a fast pace. We were able to use the platform without any training. They solved any faults on the backend within minutes. The admin panel is very user-friendly.

How did Dreamsoft Innovations perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated with them through Skype and phone calls. It was easy to call and ask for briefs or anything else.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciated the quick job their team did on animated elements and the contact form. Since we don’t have a background in development, their team told us to narrate a storyboard for what we wanted. We gave them a rough description of the website, and they developed it perfectly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not from my point of view. The expectations from our side were met.

I can’t say much about this right now. I need to work with them a little bit more.
