We’ve been extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism they offer. We have a large customer base who has been impressed with our product. It’s served them extremely well, which is reflected in the feedback and testimonials we’ve received. It’s also a natural reflection of our partnership with Dreamguy’s, who has been an integral part of our development process.
How did Dreamguy’s Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
We have an in-house project management team, as well as 2 resources from their side, including a product and project manager. They work closely with our project management team to make sure all deliverables are coming along as scheduled. They’ve been a key part in developing our project plan, aligning resources and making sure the rights one are deployed, as well as addressing some key priority areas based on our lifecycle.
They’ve been accessible. Our offices are in the same time zone, so they’ve been able to come in if needed. We use web and phone systems to communicate, and have never had any issues in reaching them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They don’t just act as an outsourced web development team, but instead have become an integral part of our company. We see them as an extension of our team because their goals align with ours. This level of professionalism makes Dreamguy’s stand out from competitors.
We’ve been extremely pleased with the hiring process because they’ve quickly made resources available with short notice. Hiring talent has never been a problem, and once they’re onboard, their own product management quickly trains them.

As long as the client identifies how they will be partnering with Dreamguy’s team and set expectations up front, whether it’s a short or long-term project, then they’ll be able to work.
