HyperCite: Advanced AI for Court Technology
Hypercite was born from a marriage between one of the world's top appellate law practices and Dreamers Inc. Dennis Temko had ideas for major innovations in the document drafting and filing process, and we coded them into reality (patent awarded in 2021).
In the 1990's, hyperlinks gave way to what we now know as the internet (hello world). Hypercite applies the same revolutionary concept to legal documents, building a network of documents to ease the process of checking citation veracity. The product brings artificial intelligence to the world of law, processing and hyperlinking legal documents to increase the efficiency of reviewing court documents and ultimately, saving lawyers a lot of time. We all know how much lawyers charge, so you can imagine the benefit to everyone.
Hypercite is currently trusted by the appellate court of Arizona, and is currently in the process of integrating with Puerto Rico's judicial system.

Automated Logic for Defense Buyers
Spendlogic is a service that verifies defense contracts to prevent overspending. The service utilizes a complex set of rules and algorithms that come straight out of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. This, in turn, saves tax dollars and prevents government contractors from seeing negative results in audits. Our team works closely within SpendLogic, heading the technology development and implementation behind the product. SpendLogic a complex initiative being adopted by more and more high profile institutions and trusted by companies such as
Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, British Aerospace and Engineering, Insitu (A Boeing Company), Ball Aerospace, Science Applications International Corporation, and General Atomics.

AI for Legal Document Drafting
Colorline is the first software of its kind for two reasons: it automates a process that was previously unaddressed, and it does so by leveraging cutting-edge machine learning to make instantaneous a process that could be very compute-intensive. The software allows attorneys to upload and analyze internal documents to compare differences and find errors and precedents. Previous software that enables document comparisons are only capable of comparing two documents. Colorline allows a firm to upload their entire body of documents and compare them in a single interface. In the past, this has all been done by hand, which is painstaking, inefficient and expensive for everyone involved, costing both clients and firms a lot of time and money and producing lower quality results.

Montana Tax Algorithm
Dreamers Inc was contracted by Montana Child Support, LLC to build algorithms to automate tax calculations used by the government and law firms. The program is currently in use by over three hundred attorneys and law firms, government agencies, non-profit organizations and by the judiciary throughout the state of Montana. We are responsible for design, architecture, web development, database management and algorithm construction.

Local Amazon: Blockchain Economy
Around Town has two extremely ambitious goals. The first is to combine the convenience of Amazon with local shops, allowing users to find any product they are looking for within their vicinity. The second is to build a blockchain network with inherent value based on economic growth and progress. As such, it tackles major economical problems such as the network effect, and utilizes advanced technology to do so.

3D Printing Revolution
Wuxn Labs are dedicated to facilitating the revolution that is 3D printing. We were contracted to express Wuxn's vision in the language of software that talks to the printers. To create a lot of change, we take a lot of big risks. The WX1™ is a second-generation highly powered professional 3D printer designed from the ground up based upon customer feedback. Wuxn’s team of engineers got right to work developing the most user friendly, reliable, and precise prosumer 3D machine on the market & we believe they succeeded. For example, As coronavirus spread rapidly the need for medical personal protective equipment (PPE) became too overwhelming for traditional manufacturing techniques. Wuxn™ and the global maker community came together and created open source designs to 3D print and distributed millions of PPE instruments to our health heroes.
As a forward thinking company, we are happy to contribute to the kinds of technology that are rapidly changing our virtual and physical worlds, and especially interested in the interface between the two.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Wuxn3D Marketplace designs, manufactures and sells 3D printers (FDM) and associated accessories and consumables (filament). My role is R&D Director.
For what projects/services did your company hire Dreamers Inc., and what were your goals?
We were looking to customize an open source Slicer, reskin to conform to our colors and to simplify a few of the selection options within this open source Slicer software.
How did you select Dreamers Inc., and what were the deciding factors?
We tried a number of Web base Business Search tools to find a software development company. Lots of hits, but very difficult to engage unless the requirements were nailed. We were not that good at software, let alone documenting at the level most of these guys needed. So we decided to "hire someone" for 3 months so we could "coach" them thru what we actually wanted, not we we wrote down on paper... :). To that end, we posted a number of "help wanted" adds in local schools, Craigslist, etc. Ariana from Dreamers saw my add and reached out... Thankfully
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Reskin the appearance of the software to match our color schemes. Rename the various screens to reflect our Brand. Modify the "build environment" within the Slicer to reflect our Printer and finally add our customized material selections to the list of existing materials and filaments
How many people from the Dreamers Inc. team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Three total, a developer, our project manager, and a tester
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We hired Dreamers twice, initially to customize the Slicer as noted (about 3 weeks), then to add/modify the material list (2 days). Both jobs were performed "on time" (actually about a week late due to our errors) and exceed expectations related to performance, real time "software coaching" and lack of issues.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Dreamers read our poorly written requirements, helped us refine it, helped us understand: test, installers, certifications for Windows and Apple. Ariana provided an email update on Fridays related progress and issues. The project was not complicated enough to create a specific Project schedule or equivalent... We received candidate drops to evaluate and test, we provided feedback and on the 3rd or 4th drop, we called it good and moved forward. It got a little stressful at one point because one of our engineers was providing the wrong image format for a particular screen. Dreamers coached us related to what was probably wrong and we eventually discovered our error.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Great attitude, upbeat, good people. Precise in their communication. Very responsive. This particular Slicer software was new to Dreamers and has a steep learning curve (I've been told). Dreamers came up to speed very quickly and sent back a few Alpha versions for evaluation within the first week. We expected much longer...
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing about their behavior, but we learned a lot about the software development process thru their coaching.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Hyper(Cite) Inc. automates the creation of hyperlinked citations between legal documents. I am Hyper(Cite)'s CEO.
For what projects/services did your company hire Dreamers Inc., and what were your goals?
We hired Dreamer Inc. to conceptualize, invent, and deploy custom software that could accomplish automated hyperlink creation between PDF documents. The goal was simple, create something that existed nowhere in any form in the marketplace. The software is so unique we obtained a full patent.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Prior to Hyper(Cite), Dreamers created another software system for us. We selected Dreamers for that project because Dreamers was the only vendor who responded the software was even possible to create. The deciding factor was only Dreamers could create what we needed.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The scope included total execution and maintenance of the product, including:
- UI / UX
- help with product design
- IP protection
- patent drafting
- algorithm development
- database architecture
- backend development
- server-side management
- scalability
- front-end development
- help implementing marketing strategies
Some of the technologies used include:
- python
- C++
- linux
- AWS lambdas
- AWS EC2s
- CloudFront CDN
- CloudWatch logging systems
- Sentry logging systems
- CI / CD pipelines
- automated tests
- TensorFlow
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Celery task manager
- Kubernetes.
Deliverables included two versions of a complete product launched for use in CA, as well as a separate product designed for Arizona and integrated with their court. Hypercite and Dreamers work directly with the CIO of the appellate court in AZ.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked almost exclusively with the company’s CEO, Adam, however I am also in contact with the engineering leads.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
They built out a system that allowed us to integrate with the court of Arizona, and did so in such a way that was impressively time and cost effective. They exceeded expectations.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
This company has a unique ability to take ownership of products and act autonomously in the best interest of stakeholders, without needing to be managed closely. Communication with the team is mainly over e-mail, and phone. The internal management style similarly relies heavily on extremely experienced engineers who are familiar with agile methodology. They are able to fulfill major project requirements on time, and under budget.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Simply put, they solve problems nobody else was capable of solving. This comes down to innovation, creative problem solving, and work ethic.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As of now could not be more pleased with the service and would ask for nothing more.

Web Design & Development for Software Company
"We’re extremely happy with their work; they’re a very thoughtful provider."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a software company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dreamers Inc.?
We knew nothing about technology and needed someone to manage that for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dreamers Inc. has set up our website and the backend software that allows the technology to work. They’ve engaged a designer to handle all HTML work and figure out what the product would look like. We initially had an idea; they brought it to life, building the website from scratch.
In the beginning, we worked with the designer to come up with mood boards. Once we decided which designs would work best, they implemented them. Our requirements for the website were that it was easily accessible, professional-looking, and conservative.
Additionally, they’ve worked on more than the website. For our marketing and strategy, they helped set up a marketing program that automatically reaches out to other people and finds potential leads. They’ve also worked on the technology that we bring onto our website.
The next deliverable will be to create a desktop application for the technology that we currently host on the website. They’ll set up marketing systems similar to Salesforce and do more sourcing.
What is the team composition?
We work directly with the CEO, and they talk to multiple people.
How did you come to work with Dreamers Inc.?
I had a preexisting relationship with the CEO, so I knew they could do the job.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2020, and our relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re very collaborative. Also, they have a lot of great insights into what would be the best path forward. Dreamers Inc. thinks of things that we haven’t thought about in terms of the technology that would be helpful to the end user.
Overall, their service goes beyond what we ask for. We’re extremely happy with their work; they’re a very thoughtful provider.
How did Dreamers Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They meet all of their deadlines. We communicate directly with the CEO via phone and email and don’t use any project management tools.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re out-of-the-box thinkers. They always try to think of the most efficient way to do something, and we weren’t expecting that. Since I don’t have a technology background, I trust them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be receptive; they have a lot of good ideas. If you’re firm about what you think, you might close some doors. They told us something at the beginning of the process, but we didn’t listen. It burned us in the end, so we encourage you to value their judgment.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner and founder of an e-commerce platform called AroundTown.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dreamers Inc.?
Networking and technical development can be time-consuming, so we needed someone to supplement us with custom software solutions.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’re utilizing Dreamers Inc. as our externalized development team and we’re currently in the process of operating a prototype for a product and migrating to a blockchain platform.
We’re looking for something that can be compatible with JavaScript, so we’re leaning towards Solana, which they have experience with.
What is the team composition?
We’re working with an account manager and two engineers.
How did you come to work with Dreamers Inc.?
I was fielding interests with a job ad on Upwork and came across Dreamers Inc. because of their genuine interest in the project.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent around $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing partnership started in December 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Dreamers Inc. is the best professional blockchain solutions resource I’ve ever encountered. They’re very adept at translating complex business and economic concepts to code and are continually contributing to it.
How did Dreamers Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re great from a project management standpoint. They were able to discuss budgeting, scheduling, and tools to implement and finalized everything at the onset.
We managed the project through JIRA, and typically communicated through Slack, phone, and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We like how they don’t just give gunshot solutions. They’re good consultants who proactively listen to our problems.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have insight into their team management, but it would be great if their team can get bigger.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I advise you to take advantage of what they can offer because they’re very thoughtful when it comes to providing solutions to your problems.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the President - we provide procurement compliance solutions to federal contractors subject to CPSRs (contractor purchasing system reviews).
For what projects/services did your company hire Dreamers Inc., and what were your goals?
We hired Dreamers Inc. to provide software development services. Rather than build-to-print, we rely on Dreamers to ensure that all of the aspects of the system are effectively and efficiently integrated. In addition, we rely on Dreamers to maintain our application security.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We held a competition based on past experience, technical knowledge, and price. At the end of the day, we moved forward with Dreamers based on their problem-solving skills and attention to detail, which we ascertained in a "pilot" project at the start of the relationship.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
I'd prefer not to discuss technology specifics, but we have worked with Dreamers to build a robust development and release process. Our software includes automated logic, workflow assignments, 3rd party software integrations, and a significant amount of back-end compliance logic.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We work with four members of the Dreamers team:
- the President
- developers
- QA focals
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our business continues to grow year-over-year, 5x since we started working with Dreamers. Without the work they've done, we could not have handled that type of growth. The efficiencies they've put in place have allowed us to grow quickly and with confidence.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Communicating with Dreamers is typically done through Trello, with some phone and email support. They adhere to the due dates they sign up to, without fail.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their timeliness, communication, and depth of expertise are unmatched.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I wish I'd found them sooner!
A reliable partner, Dreamers, Inc., successfully customized the Slicer and modified the material list on time, which exceeded the client's expectations. The team's ability to read poorly written requirements helped the client refine and understand. Their attitude towards customers was impressive.
