The Online Marketplace Dve Lipi
The Goal
The goal for Dve Lipi was to have a comprehensive and easy-to-use marketplace where their partners can register and upload their own products giving the customers the option to buy from different manufacturers at once.
The Result
Dve Lipi has become one of the fastest growing online marketplaces in Bulgaria just a month after their start with many small businesses wanting to join them. The business model proved to work as expected and we are just waiting to see what will come next. The system is very easy to be adapted to any user needs and has good growth potential in terms of the technology stack.
Super Brands Discounter
The Goal
Starting from a single Facebook page with a few sales a day, the founders of SBDiscounter soon realised the need for their own platform to meet the needs of their customers. The goal was to offer a different experience, instead of being just another online store.
The Result
Fast loading and easy to use online store with the option to be easily upgraded on the customer requirements. The customer experience was designed to meet all the expectations of SBDiscounter. Along with the website we were able to improve the visitors' trust in the brand and turn this into more sales. The uplift was about 500% single month after the website was launched.
Bulgarea Website Development
The Goal
Bulgarea came to us with the need for a new digital look that will separate the brand from its previous owners and will give the right message to its customers - they are a true Bulgarian brand, following the Bulgarian traditions.
The Result

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and managing partner of Ecowatt Energy DAC, a digital company. We build finance renewable energy projects and then tokenized them to create digital solutions, such as blockchain NFTs, in order to make brands green.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dream Solutions Ltd.?
Our company was transitioning from a B2B to a B2C model, so we needed to increase our social impact in order to deal with a completely new type of audience. We needed a company that could help us increase our overall online visibility.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dream Solutions Ltd. helped us redesign our overall digital footprint and improve our messaging across all our media channels. They redesigned our website, mission, vision, key messaging, positioning, and how we generated content for our site.
Before we did all of those things, Dream Solutions Ltd. took the time to understand our company by interviewing our team leaders and conducting a thorough analysis of our website, digital content, business challenges, and business processes. They also helped us develop a list of our key requirements for the project.
Aside from that, they developed and implemented a social media strategy and helped us set up our accounts on Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, and Discord. They also developed a new content strategy and used it to help us create new content for all of our digital channels.
Additionally, Dream Solutions Ltd.’s backend software development team handled our systems integration in the backend with APIs and integrated payment solutions as well as a CMS software into our website.
We’ve just finished implementing everything Dream Solutions Ltd. created for us, and we’re planning on reaching out to them soon to help us launch new campaigns.

We spent somewhere between €50,000-€100,000 (Approximately $56,000-$110,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked on this project from October 2021-January 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Dream Solutions Ltd. helped us build a social media following, which has gone from basically zero to several thousands of followers across all of our channels relatively quickly. This has also resulted in a measurable increase in our sales volume, as more and more people are now aware of and are buying are digital assets.
Dream Solutions Ltd. also helped us set up a live event on social media. It had well over a thousand attendees, all of whom are now a part of our digital community.
Even though they were more expensive than their competitors, we've generated a positive ROI from this engagement in terms of our community growth and sales. So technically, this engagement didn’t cost us anything.
How did Dream Solutions Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?
Since we needed new strategies and guidance in order to develop new content, the original deadline that we had planned wasn’t hit. We had to be flexible because we needed Dream Solutions Ltd. to learn about our company first and help us develop the list of our key requirements. We had a slow start, but they still delivered everything relatively quickly and within budget.
We primarily communicated via Slack and email.

Our mutual project was about design and development for our new online shop BBQArena. We had requests such as modern look and easy user experience for our clients. We needed many payment methods for our shop and different request such as filters, sorting option and etc.

Out communication with Dream Solution during the whole project was very good. The first task for them was to create a new brand identity for our website. They created for us brand guideline with logo, colors and typographic. After that they started to work on our new website, creating the back end programing look and after that our new modern and beautiful website design. The last step was to add payment methods They created templates for blog articles, products, and recipes, that are very easy to use and look beautiful.

We needed a website for our brand new company and we wanted to escape the stereotype.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I looked up a few options, met with 4 shortlisted design companies and in the end chose Dream as they really "heard" and understood what we wanted to achieve.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After the first discovery meeting where we set the stage, we received a couple of options for initial design of the main page. We tried a few other tweaks and ideas and after 2 more styling sessions moved on to the other sections. Dream supported us every step of the way until we agreed on the final product.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I personally worked with 2 people - 1 Project Manager and a Senior Developer, but i know that there were other team members involved in the process.

very effective. Dream chased us and continually showed us that we need to be synced on all stages of the development process.
