BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Head of Digital Consulting for our Digital Growth Consultancy, what this means in essence is that I am responsible for the training and development of our Consulting team, which is the team delivering the primary services for Webprofits clients.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire The Dream Collective?

We were looking for a company that was the right fit for Leadership training, whilst also specialising in diversity and encouraging our team to find their voice. As a growing Agency it was vital we were providing our team with the skills needed to manage and lead their client portfolios and work collaboratively with one another.

SOLUTION

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We were familiar with the Dream Collective due to their partnership with Google and their ethos and approach felt like the right fit for our brand.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

The Dream Collective delivered a bespoke set of training workshops for the team at Webprofits over a period of 2 years. These workshops were setup in consult with The Dream Collective team, and put together specific to the team members involved and outcomes we were looking for. Some of the topics included Design Thinking, Courageous Conversations, Growth Mindset, Empowering a Thriving team Culture.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 2 - 4 members of The Dream Collective to build the best set of workshops. This included their Head of Programs, their Senior Facilitators and supporting team members Ops/GM.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Our team were extremely engaged and in passing on Survey feedback before and after sessions saw a very positive impact on their learning, intake of information and their confidence in the skills taught in those sessions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very easy and effective. We would plan primarily over Zoom to prepare in advance for the workshops, and we would then debrief and discuss workshop outcomes and finding afterwards. They also setup a framework for running engagement and accountability groups between workshops.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

All members of the team I have met with share a passion and an ability to connect. They responded, adapted, and customized their content to the needs and responses of the room.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had to do a mix of zoom and in person workshops due to covid, whilst the content was excellent and worked well over video, the preference would be in person as you can have more ad hoc smaller engagements between the team.
