Design + Dev of a Global Website for Online Exams
Exam.net was a very fun project for us to help out with. We were supplied with copy and a branding guideline package and produced a completely redesigned website that is multilingual and resonates with their customer base. Exam.net was looking to be able to market themselves globally after a very successful launch in the US and in Sweden where their product was originally developed.
We helped them to reimagine their website and really helped to take them to the next level with their design and customer journey.
Students are able to access their software quickly and easily using our design while teachers and administrators who have different paths on the website are able to access the information they need in order to either take the software for a trial run or learn more about the pertinent info of the software such as security, pricing, and tutorial information.
Since launch, we have helped them add multi-lingual capabilities and added testimonials that filter based on the country, topic, and subject that teachers have. This provides quick relevance and backs up what Exam.net offers as a testing software.
We are very proud of the final end result of Exam.net and we know that the client is as well. You'll find a testimonial/review from Exam.net in our reviews and can learn more about their experience working with us too.

Online Lead Lists + Membership for FBA Sellers
FBA Insiders is a source for Amazon sellers to find information regarding their retail and online arbitrage purchases. They are a source of information and offer a subscription/membership website.
We built FBA Insiders a completely re-thought concept on how to deliver leads to their customers. Previously leads were posted in a private Facebook group and we created a membership site that allowed their users to view, sort, and read leads through the website whether they were on-the-go with their mobile device or plotting their next retail snag from home on their computer.
Users of the website are able to sort their leads using filtering by store, by product type, price, and more. This extended functionality gave the user the ability to really sort their extensive list of leads based on the store that they were in at that moment.
In addition, we've built FBA Insiders custom-developed dashboard, my account pages, and more. We built this site using a combination of WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce Subscriptions + Memberships and a variety of Crocoblock plugins.
Paul, the owner of FBA Insiders, has left us a glowing review on our Clutch profile and we'd love it if you checked it out. Dray Web Services also manages several Amazon FBA and MF accounts and if you have a project that needs someone who understands Amazon's eCommerce system we would love it if you reached out to us.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CEO of Vetaran Decon. We offer biohazard/disaster remediation services.
For what projects/services did your company hire Dray Web Services?
I needed a website that was easy flowing and not convoluted for the visitor. I also wanted to incorporate specific colors and had a logo design in mind. Josh did a great job with both. He send over multiple logos and designs for me to choose from. I also read great reviews online and spoke to several web design companies. He seemed the most straightforward and honest. I am glad I chose to work with him and his company.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I called Josh and spoke to him over the phone. He was easy to talk to and sounded confident in his abilities, which is very important. I read great reviews online and felt I had the best rapport with him over others I spoke with. The design is better than I imagined and I am glad I chose them.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
I spoke to Josh over the phone and provided him with a synopsis of the company and what I was looking for. From there, they went to work on the design. Josh was good with keeping me in the loop and sent me over many web designs and logos to choose from. He was very easy to work with and was very responsive.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I am sure it was an entire team working on the project, but I only had contact with Josh. I definitely prefer it this way. Talking to multiple people can be confusing and is an easy way to create miscommunication. They did a great job.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The design is great. I now have a website to send to potential customers. If they are anything like me, they do research before hiring anyone. The website will give them not only a look into the business, but allows them to get a feel for me because of the detail put into the website. The colors chosen were for a reason and Josh also included an about me which I was able to write.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. I would recommend them for any work, any day of the week to anyone who needs it.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I liked their attention to detail and how personable Josh was during our meetings. There is nothing more you could ask of anyone.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No. I am very happy with their work.

Please describe your company and your position there.
AFCI - The Association of Film Commissioners International - is a non profit membership organization composed primarily of film commissioners from around the globe. I am the SVP of membership and industry relations.
For what projects/services did your company hire Dray Web Services, and what were your goals?
Our website was created prior to any of the recent administrative staff was on board. Over the past few years a new education platform was built as well as a "community section." We wanted to find a developer who could update the system and find connectivity between all these elements, making it user friendly for the members, and provide a sense of purpose for outside visitors.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The service was recommended to us. The president of the company conducted a meeting and was happy with what he heard.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
AFCI needed a developer to work on general fixes. Simultaneously, new leadership came in with the concept of redesigning the website and making it more user friendly. Dray was tasked with finding ways to tie separate websites into the main site and make the functionality more user friendly.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I work specifically with Josh. I know he has other team members but I've not been in direct contact with them.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The project is still on going. We've had a change of leadership in the middle of the project, so there has been a learning curve on AFCI's end. Dray Web Service has been accommodating and patient through the process. The new site hasn't yet launched so there are no measurables to offer at this time.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Trello was set up to share functionality issues during the prime of the new development, keeping three different AFCI staff in line with the work needs on Dray Web Services end. At this stage, development needs are handled by one AFCI staffer, with emails and screen shots going to Dray Web Service. They also provide schematics of new services that are shared with AFCI.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Dray Web Service is extremely patient, and they take time to go over issues in layman's terms. They are willing to provide as many redo's per company request as necessary.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Periodically there are some challenges in connecting with Dray Web Service - but these occurrences are rare. Additionally, a task may drop off the radar, so a second email is required - something that I believe happens with every business.

WordPress Web Dev for Online Fitness Group
"Dray Web Services has been very prompt in resolving our issues, especially when the website got hacked."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Jen’s Get Fit Group. I’ve had this online fitness group since 2018 and it now has over 6,000 members who utilize my recorded workouts. My fitness group is pretty much website and Facebook-based.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dray Web Services?
I worked with a developer back in 2020, but we weren’t on the same page with everything. I hired Dray Web Services to take over the development when it was 75% done.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dray Web Services first made sure that everything on the backend was working before continuing the development of my WordPress website. They added an affiliate program and features that could allow users to purchase memberships and merchandise. We also worked on a plug-in to prevent the site from being hacked again.
I now rely on the team to continuously update the website, backup all of the content in it, and fix any issues that may come up.
What is the team composition?
I’ve solely worked and interacted with Josh (CEO & Owner).
How did you come to work with Dray Web Services?
My project manager outsources the web development work to people she’s familiar with. When she felt that the project wasn’t going well with our previous developer, she arranged an interview with Dray Web Services. We took them on because they brought new ideas to the table and seemed eager to fix all of our issues.
How much have you invested with them?
I’ve invested over $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with Dray Web Services since January–February 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My marketing company has all of the metrics that relate to the web development work. I will say, though, that Dray Web Services has been very prompt in resolving our issues, especially when the website got hacked. Josh drops everything he’s doing to make sure that our merchandise shop is successful, can accommodate enough traffic, and doesn’t crash.
How did Dray Web Services perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re great at everything. Whatever system or implementation I’m not familiar with, he takes care of. Whenever I have an idea, they either take it on or propose a better solution that can work specifically for my website. I would give them a perfect rating on this front.
We mainly communicate via email and text, since those are the channels I prefer. Josh has been accommodating enough towards that and is quick to respond to either, especially when there’s a crisis.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What really sets them apart from other developers is their communication and promptness to complete a project or fix an error. With my previous developer, I had to wait 24–48 business hours for a response and a resolution, and I believe it was because they were overworked and understaffed. With Josh, though, everything is resolved immediately. He gets back to me in less than an hour, prioritizes the problem accordingly, and sets a timeline for the fix.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything. I’m completely satisfied and I’ve never had an issue with their services.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Though you may come into the partnership with a certain mindset, it would be to your benefit to let them show you different ideas. They’re flexible, knowledgeable, and creative when it comes to web development.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Live View Golf, a sports organization.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dray Web Services?
We needed someone to resolve our corrupted e-commerce database.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dray Web Services is providing us with web and e-commerce development. The website runs in WordPress with a WooCommerce backend, and what they did was manually rebuild the corrupted customer tables from the ground up.
Since then we’ve used them to rebuild and redesign our entire website, install additional security tools, block several IP addresses in the backend, and retained them for monthly maintenance and support.
What is the team composition?
I’ve only worked with Josh (CEO & Owner).
How did you come to work with Dray Web Services?
We found them through Upwork and hired them after understanding some of their qualifications.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent north of $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since February 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been satisfied with their ongoing service because Josh is very responsive and the website has been consistently stable.
How did Dray Web Services perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re great from a project management standpoint because they strictly adhere to the budget and schedule.
We typically communicate through email and text messages.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re very impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge base.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything they should improve on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to reach out to them as quickly as possible because they get very busy.

Web Dev, Maintenance & SEO for Branding & Marketing Firm
"Dray Web Services is able to capture the personality of the brand and uniquely incorporate it into the design."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner, CEO, and brand strategist at Redeefined Creative, a branding and marketing strategy firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dray Web Services?
We needed someone to provide our clients with web development services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dray Web Services is our primary WordPress web development provider. We start each project with a discovery call where I explain what the client wants.
My team then puts together the branding with all the color schemes and photos while Josh (CEO & Owner) sits in, so they can get an idea of what to implement into the development process.
Once the branding is done, we’ll pass it over to Josh and the team to deliver design options for the website and present them through Figma. I will then present it to the client for approval so Josh can finish the pages, depending on how in-depth the website is.
Apart from that, Dray Web Services also provides us with a maintenance package, keyword optimization, backlinking, and content writing.
What is the team composition?
I only talk to Josh.
How did you come to work with Dray Web Services?
Dray Web Services came as a referral from a client. I gave Josh a detailed test project and I was blown away by what he delivered.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested over $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing partnership started in February 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I love working with Dray Web Services because they give us instant results. We launched this one e-commerce platform that made us $100,000 in revenue. They anticipate issues and will contact me before the client even figures out that something is wrong.
The best feedback I usually get from clients is how Dray Web Services is able to capture the personality of the brand and uniquely incorporate it into the design of the website.
How did Dray Web Services perform from a project management standpoint?
Dray Web Services is always ahead of deadlines and if they’re unable to meet them, they’ll let me know in advance — but that’s usually because the client wants to change the scope of the project, or want the team to research more plugins.
The project management tools we’ve utilized include Zapier, Klaviyo, HoneyBook, and Asana.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed with their responsiveness and their ability to speak the technical language that I can understand. I can basically give them any form of reference and they’ll incorporate it into design because they’re not afraid of being creatively challenged.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t come up with anything they could improve on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to do your prep work well and have your ideas ready when engaging with Dray Web Services.

I’m the CEO of an e-commerce organization that trains people to sell products on Amazon.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dray Web Services?
I hired them to create multiple websites for my company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dray Web Services provides us with web development services using WordPress. They’ve also built an intricate dashboard for one of the sites. Initially, they sent me an engagement letter with what they would do and the deliverables.
They’ve developed a site that’s a landing page for sales, where users can schedule a call to see if we’re a good fit for them. Another project they’ve done is a site where we deliver leads for Amazon sellers, which functions as a user dashboard. The Dray Web Services team developed desktop and mobile functionalities for the second site. With the mobile UI, users can walk into a retail store and find products they can buy and flip on Amazon.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SEO Services for Legal Outsourcing Firm
“They’re the best at what they do, and I’m really glad I found them.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO of Virtual Paralegal Pros, a legal outsourcing firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with Dray Web Services?
Our website was built six years ago, and we needed help in rebuilding and optimizing it to generate more leads and get more people to reach us through our site.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started the engagement by working on our strategies, conducting keyword research, and setting a budget for AdWords. We initially planned for Dray Web Services to work on two of our websites, but we decided to focus on Virtual Paralegal Pros’ website after we saw some really great results on our initial work.
Dray Web Services has made certain changes to our website, which include some wording changes and typographical corrections. Around this time, they’ve also started managing our AdWords and handling our site’s SEO. We relied on them to choose which words to optimize because knowing our business and having analyzed our site, he already knows what to do. We let him have a free hand at optimizing for us, and the results have been phenomenal.
Additionally, they’ve created some marketing materials for the site for a promotion that we’re currently working on.
What is the team composition?
We work directly and primarily with Josh (CEO & Owner).
How did you come to work with Dray Web Services?
Dray Web Services was referred to us by an acquaintance.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $25,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen significant improvements in our keyword rankings — we now rank on the first page for multiple important keywords.
We also track all the web leads, chats, and email inquiries that we receive, and new business prospects are pouring in from our website because of Dray Web Services’ work. We see a lot of new high-quality leads coming in every day, and just about every week, we have new clients.
How did Dray Web Services perform from a project management standpoint?
Dray Web Services has performed very well in terms of project management. They’re very organized and process-oriented — they track everything well and provide updates on our rankings and website visits every month. We know exactly what’s happening all the time, which is great.
We primarily communicate through email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive thing about Dray Web Services is that they actually know what they’re doing. We had spent lots of time and money with various firms in the past, but none of them had been able to produce what Dray Web Services has. They’re the best at what they do, and I’m really glad I found them.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dray Web Services, and what were your goals?
We were in need of a web developer that could help us with multiple clients at once and take on the day-to-day work of upgrading websites and maintaining them using WordPress.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chose to work with Dray Web Services because of their responsiveness and their competency in WordPress and Elementor. They were not the cheapest, but there is literally nothing that they cannot do. When we have a request they are more timely than anyone else we've ever worked with and that is worth the price.

Dray Web Services has worked with us on over 6 website builds from ground-up to re-design to refresh. They have helped us migrate websites from other platforms to WordPress and helped us update themes and designs on sites already build in WordPress.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Dray Web Services took time to understand exactly what we were looking to achieve. We went back in forth in writing and on the phone until we were well alined and then they gave us an initial proof. Once changes were made to the overall concept they were off to work. They have never missed a deadline and communicate effectively through email or by phone, whichever is preferred by each member of our team. When we got our website they took the time to go with us through each page and make all the changes and updates we requested. We have retained them to maintain our sites and help us with edits.
